I bought a professional Canon camera from the Amazon Warehouse section as second-hand but very good condition. When I got the item it wouldn’t even turn on, the battery was fully charged and all options had been exhausted. I thought the return process would be as simple as any other order but no - the only option is a Hermes collection for sometime “in the next business days”. So basically all of us who work 40hrs a week are stuffed, and Amazon are asking me to pander to the courier’s vague, whenever-we-feel-like-it, schedule. The livechat adviser seriously suggested I leave a £300 camera with a NEIGHBOUR to collect or even worse “in a safe place” (AKA out on the street) with a note attached! Honestly you couldn’t make it up - take some bloody responsibility for your faulty product Amazon!!!!

Fraudulent activity on my account back in March 2020. Spent hours on the phone getting this sorted. Now received email stating that the item from March can’t be paid for so they’ve closed my account. I appreciate that the fraud side of things need to be looked in to but so frustrated with Amazon as this should have been sorted 5 months ago! Also have all my music devices and alarm clocks with Amazon and my Kindle too, which can now not be accessed for up to 48 hours due to my account being closed. 😡😡

Can it? Sure. Anything that is accessible through the internet has a vulnerability in some form of another. Whether it would be a technical or a social vulnerability, it can be exploited. If people find security flaws in the software, exploit it in certain ways and abuse it for their malicious intents, I see no reason why that cannot be done. However, it is probably a majorly complicated issue to get into the application, and multiple layers of security protecting it don't make it easier. Another approach is Social. Either phishing or another form of getting employees credentials or access to development devices. If you can’t do it directly, you can always attempt another approach. I would assume that there are security measurements for such issue as well. But it is not all 100% safe. Additionally, I recommend reading other answers here as they are equally insightful. I have ordered and item on the 29th of May. Even though the item was on stock when i ordered it,I did not get a delivery date. After a month still no delivery date but what is worst,the did not contact me to say there's something wrong. I have then contacted them every day spending at least an hour on chat with them trying to get this sorted / escalated. in the end they gave said that i have NO choice but re-order the item as it was stuck in their ordering system..bla bla bla. I have then re-order it on 2nd of July 2020 and was re-assured that a manager will personally be monitoring this and will update me,,guess what?! nothing happen till today when they have asked me to re-order the item as is stuck in the ordering system !!! UNBELIEVABLE !! They don't even know the history of it. I never had to deal before with their customer services but I have to say that this is the worst customer services I have seen in my life! People on their end failing over and over to do basic customer services and they're probably still being employed!!

Website five star, always has what I need. I pay for prime so normally next day delivery. Delivery drivers not the best very lazy and many occasions they have left my parcel by the door without even knocking. They have also lost a few of my parcels by delivering them to the wrong address which is a hassle. Customer service has always been good, tracking and replaying missing items.

Lack of information,with regard collection of purchase, I selected to pick up my parcel, from my local Post Office, upon my arrival at designated time, was told my Post mistress, that Amazon were told that parcels,could not he accepted, due to Corona virus, and lack of space in the PO. Amazon should have deleted the local pick up option,on their site, and saved me time and money In making a wasted journey.

The plugs are two pins not 3 pins uk standard this needs to be put on the product specification, as electrics and water do not mix relating to the lazy spa, returned the product and now has been lost, £630 + I have also paid £79 for returns. when the product is not to specification why is the ownership on the customer, also it is impossible to contact amazon and also the third party who sold the product emails no reply, no phone numbers. Ps you are on your own

I recently bought a video form Amazon The Life and Death Of Brian Jones. I've got to say this documentary is very moving and inspiring. This is probably one of the best documentaries I have ever seen it's a must if your a stones fan or not. Get it now guys or you will miss out on a great film. RIP BRIAN.. REGARDS SHAUN.
