“Large quantity of very thin shiny leather, the chemical fumes are very bad. I have had to put it outside, I don't know if I will be able to use these offcuts because of the fumes. I won't be buying again.”

“I Had Made A Purchase Of A New Kettle, In The Month Followed A Fault Developed To The Lid Mechanism. “The e books I ordered all arrived at time of order. Other items arrived the next day through amazon prime and I am very satisfied and I use Amazon now for greetings cards and it’s its range is great”

“Amazon are still one of the cheapest online retailers around and their review system is top notch. I often visit Amazon first, even if I end up buying elsewhere. I get frustrated though with having to juggle orders to get free postage. It used to be a lot simpler, but since they brought out Amazon Prime you only get free postage when you buy £20 worth of their stuff. For that reason they lose a star. I also get tired of having Amazon Prime shoved down my throat during the whole shopping experience. "Only available on Prime!" "Pay us an extra £80 a year to get free postage!" "Try Prime for free (or click this tiny link to continue...)!" "Are you sure you don't want to try Prime for free?!" and so on, and so on, and so on.”

“I started purchasing Marriners Yarns from Amazon early 2016. I chose the wool which was instock most of the time and it was delivered to me in the Channel Islands within a few days. I think Amazon Uk is a fantastic way to shop.”

“Prime delivery has gotten quite bad in the last couple of months. Other than issues with delivery up to 9.30pm when getting items sent to a business address- utterly ridiculous! And deliveries now being sent partly with other couriers and Royal Mail... I live in London surely there is enough demand. That said, the expected delivery date and the reliability is now sub par. Bring back the old service that I joined for! Big shame”

“The delivery took 5 working days. The bulbs received were well packed. Just that the price for the two bulbs was just under £10, but together with the packing and delivery to the local Amazon collection point the total cost was £15.99. So it would be cheaper if you could find the item from a local retailer shop.”
