“Amazon are still one of the cheapest online retailers around and their review system is top notch. I often visit Amazon first, even if I end up buying elsewhere. I get frustrated though with having to juggle orders to get free postage. It used to be a lot simpler, but since they brought out Amazon Prime you only get free postage when you buy £20 worth of their stuff. For that reason they lose a star. I also get tired of having Amazon Prime shoved down my throat during the whole shopping experience. "Only available on Prime!" "Pay us an extra £80 a year to get free postage!" "Try Prime for free (or click this tiny link to continue...)!" "Are you sure you don't want to try Prime for free?!" and so on, and so on, and so on.”

“I started purchasing Marriners Yarns from Amazon early 2016. I chose the wool which was instock most of the time and it was delivered to me in the Channel Islands within a few days. I think Amazon Uk is a fantastic way to shop.”

“Prime delivery has gotten quite bad in the last couple of months. Other than issues with delivery up to 9.30pm when getting items sent to a business address- utterly ridiculous! And deliveries now being sent partly with other couriers and Royal Mail... I live in London surely there is enough demand. That said, the expected delivery date and the reliability is now sub par. Bring back the old service that I joined for! Big shame”

“The delivery took 5 working days. The bulbs received were well packed. Just that the price for the two bulbs was just under £10, but together with the packing and delivery to the local Amazon collection point the total cost was £15.99. So it would be cheaper if you could find the item from a local retailer shop.”

“I have used Amazon for many years now and don't have a bad word to say about them. Unbeatable for value and range of products. Delivery time is always spot on, usually arriving before estimated date. Now I am an Amazon Prime member, things just get better and better. Love Amazon, one of my favorite companies.”
