“My phone call to clarify a technical query was dealt with promptly and accurately, enabling me to place my order. I received the AEG cooker the following day, having been kept informed clearly by both the company and the carrier of when my delivery would arrive. Delivery crew courteous and efficient. I purchased a Miele dishwasher earlier in the year from Appliances Direct with a similar good experience.”

“Easy to order online. Later that day received a phone call checking my order and explaining delivery procedure. I was offered the usual extended guarantee for an extra payment, but no pressure was put on me and as soon as I said no thank you it was politely accepted and the subject changed. Delivery was exactly as explained. A two hour slot texted to me the day before, a phone call 30 minutes before. Delivery people polite and helpful. Would definitely use them again.”
