Service was brilliant ordered on line delivery real quick and great communication on delivery slots. I have had the appliance installed today and great for money and is what it said on the box definitely recommend your sight

Delivery was really annoying. I was told when the delivery would be and was told I'd have choices of what to do if I wasn't in. But I wasn't given choices, they just said they'd deliver it again, but no option to leave it with a neighbour or collect from a depot. I could change the date of delivery but not chose a time. If I'd known delivery would be like this I would have ordered from a different company. The product was fine once I'd managed to receive it.

After placing my order with Appliances Direct I received a call confirming the details and delivery date that had been chosen (several weeks hence): this date was confirmed on all of the email paperwork that I received too. All seemed well except then I had a notification that DPD had attempted to deliver my parcel and it was now waiting for me at Homebase. I specifically chose a delivery date several weeks in the future and confirmed that with the person that called because the room that the appliance is for is not yet ready - so now I have had to store it for the remainder of the time and also had to arrange to go and pick it up when it should have been delivered on the date agreed. Very frustrating and not what I was expecting.

Delivery was really annoying as you had to be in to receive it and there was NO other option offered, no leave with a neighbour or collect from a depot or anything. And you couldn't chose a time for delivery, just a day. If I had know I would have ordered it from somewhere else. Everything else was OK.

Good communication regarding delivery time. The drivers were careful and courteous and installed the machine as requested, although I still had to adjust the feet afterwards. Bear in mind though I live in a 200 year old house with uneven floors!

Easy site to order from, you can have a chat online with a customer service person. I found that more reassuring so ordered that way. The take away and recycle and connect your new washer meant no problems for us. We ordered an indesit innex washer with a one button push & go feature, worth the money just so even my husband can do the washing when I’m not there. I was reassured that the company kept in contact with us. They don’t just deliver and forget you like some companies. They are ready to talk to if you have any follow up questions. That’s the reason for the 5 stars.

Generally a good service. However, some confusion was caused by the order being split into two separate deliveries without it being made clear in email.

Ordered a A1 refurbished Neff double oven. Arrived on notified time with polite delivery guys. Unit came wrapped in some sort of tubular air cuff with padded cardboard base and top cap. I closely Inspected the oven with a bright torch and found it to be perfect apart from a few finger print marks on the stainless steel. I would certainly recommend them.

Honestly do your yourself a favour and buy your electic appliances elsewhere, unless you want to messed about with every-changing collection dates. The website said 'collect tomorrow' on an item I purchased 10 days ago, I am now being told it won't be ready for another 5 days. The date has shifted back several times. I am now having to cancel this order and re-order from somewhere reliable. By the way, the website STILL says 'collect tomorrow' for the same item even this is obviously totally incorrect. I had a similar experience with a second item I ordered, although that did only take a week longer than expected to be available to collect. Customer service not much help either - just blamed systems for getting dates wrong. They are cheap for a reason. Avoid.

Do yourself a fav our and go somewhere else. They didn't take my old appliance even though I have paid for it, because this was not disconnected for 12 hours, but never been told this. Terrible communication, and all apologies, no solutions.

I ordered a Zanussi Canopy Cooker Hood. At checkout on the website there was a pop up saying don't forget you'll need a ducting kit- we recommend : Universal 120-125mm Diameter 3m Kitchen Cooker Hood Ducting Kit. On this recommendation I added it to my order. When it came to be fitted 4 weeks later the electrician informed me that the 'universal' ducting kit- did not fit the extractor. It's unscrupulous to recommend items that do not work together. It's also misleading to describe an item as 'universal' when it doesn't fit a brand you are selling on your website. As I am a few days over the 30 days return in their t+c's customer services have refused to do anything. I feel I was mis-sold in their keenness to upsell at checkout. Update: I have been offered to return the £10 vent. The cost they are charging for the return is £15. This is despite the fact that they mis-sold me the product.

I've been warned this company cherry pick reviews, so this will probably get deleted They went to the wrong address and tried to blame me saying someone is in but not answering and they had ''photographic evidence'' of attempted delivery I asked for the address and he said 19 instead of 18. I double checked my order and it has the correct number so how they went to the wrong house Ill never know. Person on phone then tried to get the driver to come back to right house as he was only 6 minutes away but refused? My family now has to wait and extra week for a working washing machine all because someone working there is incompetent at I.T and could not copy paste my address and fat fingers 19 instead.
