“Good product, good price, but the collection experience was rubbish. On ordering I was told it would be available on 15th, I didn't get an email on 15th so I chased up and was told it would actually be ready on 16th. By the 17th I still hadn't had an email so I contacted customer services who apologised for inconvenience and said it wouldn't be available until 20th. Then half an hour later I received an email saying ready to collect now. Seems a bit disorganised”

“after purchasing a dehumidifier for our young relative, they found it a great success and we liked the price tag, suits everyone all round. on another occasion we found customer service unbeatable, extremely helpful, the best ever and we got the result as promised of which we are extremely happy and appreciate the effort by all involved”

“Received my sink Tuesday night broken gave them a call on the Wednesday and told the girl the problem took 10 minutes and sorted it out and had another sink by the Friday which I was happy with”

“Tyronne handled the delivery and installation of our new washing machine. He was friendly and polite - a credit to Appliances Direct. It was not easy for him to do on his own (we thought there would be a 2 man team) and he arrived towards the end of the day. He still had more deliveries to make, so was working a long day but still remained positive and professional. He took away the new machine packaging. Good service.”
