“Second item we have bought from them and we would definitely use them again. The assistant was very pleasant and most helpful he also gave us some great advice on TV s which will be our next purchase. We did pick up the items ourself but they were very efficient with emailing once our item was at depot . The price of both our items were very good especially my range cooker.”

“Worst company I have ever dealt with. Supplying an incomplete electrical appliance and sending their installer twice to do nothing but to report that the appliance has a missing part. Chasing for a replacement, customer service is the worst to deal with.”

“Excellent service all round. The price was the best I could find elsewhere for the item, with a sensible delivery fee. The delivery was made promptly, only 4 days from ordering and the couriers couldn't have been more helpful. I received a call from Appliance Direct confirming the order details, offering the option to take out an extended cover over the manufacturers guarantee too, although I didn't take this out it was good to have the option.”

“All went well, my only criticism is I booked a delivery for Monday but it arrived on Saturday when I wasn’t in and it had to be left with the neighbours for 2 days.”

“Quick service in terms of ordering to delivering, however there was no instruction manual, and 2 of the pins that are required to hold the top rack in place were faulty and all bent out of shape so can’t be used. Not ideal when you are hosting a bbq the next day.”

“I placed an order for 2 separate items and the first part of the order was delivered very promptly. However the 2nd part of my order was missed through no fault of Appliances Direct, just a lazy DPD driver who clearly couldn't be bothered to make the delivery and then tried to suggest that I wasn't available, which wasn't true. When I informed Appliances Direct of this issue, they immediately rectified the problem and I then received my item 24 hours later. Well done AD.”
