“They had the dehumidifier in stock that I wanted at a good price. Service was exemplary with the unit arriving next day. Excellent company to deal with.”

“Electriq 12 Litre Dehumidifier immediately started leaking then acquired a electrical fault all this in 5-6 uses and damaging two separate floors... Customer service was appalling and a waste of time no discount no apologies and was told to get someone to look at it!! Also purchased a fridge freezer at the same time which is also showing signs of wear very early on... avoid avoid!!!!”

“I was worried because my mirror would not turn on from several months and didn’t know if the company would repair or exchange it. One day i said I’ll give it a go. Contacted them and i think within a week or so they arrenged collection inspected product and resent me the very next day replacement mirror. Thank you.”

“PROS - Ordering was very easy and the website is easy to navigate around with good options to filter what you are looking for. Next day delivery is available on most items. I am happy with the washing machine I chose. CONS - I didn't receive a time slot until about 9am on the day of delivery so I made sure I was up from 7am (unnecessarily) in case it came first thing. Throughout the day my time slot and changed about 5 times - first it was earlier than planned then by the afternoon it changed to later than planned. Only by an hour or two each way but was a bit inconvenient.”

“Excellent! I couldn't ask for better service. I reported a recent fault with my dehumidifier which I had purchased several months earlier. The friendly, helpful customer service team arranged a date to collect it and I received a brand new one the next day! I recommend them highly and would definitely buy from Appliances Direct again.”

“Ordered a microwave/grill/oven and it was delivered promptly but it had a damaged door. I phoned customer services and did not have to wait long before speaking to an agent. He understood the problem and clearly explained how the company dealt with such events. He arranged collection of the damaged machine and a replacement was sent a day later. I was pleased and relieved AD acted so efficiently in replacing this machine.”
