“Quick delivery, good value product. 3 stars as the dehumidifier has a annoying sound like its rubbing on something. I will contact the company and see what can be done, will involve returning/exchanging which will take time and effort which I'm not looking forward to.”

“My fridge freezer arrived on planned delivery day but it didn’t work! They were able to re-deliver a new one the next day. On both occasions the fitting team were very good and competent.”

“I did not appreciate the surprise premium rate phone number to place my order £5.99 just to phone through an order - outrageous! I also thought the price of delivery was ridiculous to have the cooker delivered the same week but I paid because I was without any means to cook with. Additionally, I had a phone call from them two days before delivery. I said I was driving (hands-free call on my part) so make it quick thinking there was a problem with my delivery - there wasn't thankfully - but the customer service advisor wanted to do a survey on why I had chosen the cooker etc. even though he knew I wanted a quick call. I just wanted to buy a cooker, not have a conversation about my decision making process. Honestly, why do these companies think they have a right to my time? I would not use this company again and I would not recommend them.”

“Was delivered on the day it was supposed to although arrived after the allotted time which did worry me. Tried to call and noone picked up the phone. When you search the number it comes up as possible scam. They should do something about that as it creates stress for the customer. When unpacked I became aware of a damaged part and to their credit customer services replaced this within 2 days of me contacting them. The bbq looks incredible and I'm looking forward to cooking on it. Let's hope we have an Indian Summer.”

“So far a terrible experience. Microwave delivered simply in shrink-wrap plastic no proper protection and display had large vertical crack down it. Will re-review once replacement has been delivered and inspected.”

“The experience with Appliaces Direct was all good, but their nominated carrier Arrow XL made a delivery to us of a large heavy box, only 1 young man making the delivery, should have been a 2 man delivery, health and safety issues completely ignored by Arrow CL.”

“Absolutely appalling service. Three fridges delivered all with the same fault. Wanted me to wait until the first was returned before sending me a replacement during a heatwave. Eventually agreed to send a second and collect the first at the same time. This did not happen as drivers hadn't been told to collect it even though I had an email saying they would. Sent the second straight back and the third. Had to wait several days untill the first was collected before they processed my refund which was minus the delivery charge. Half an hour after it was collected had a phone call from a different courier saying they were on the way to collect.”
