“The most disreputable company I've dealt with in years. Ordered a new Gas Hob from them and it arrived damaged. They are doing everything to avoid replacing with a new undamaged replacement Only offered a worthless voucher for their own products. Why would I wish to order from them again? Don't touch them.”

“Very happy from placing the order to receiving it,. Great customer service, the driver called before delivery, and we're very friendly and polite and helpful bless them.,they took my cooker all the way to the kitchen carrying it very carefully. I haven't tried my cooker yet helpful it will be great as the customer service Thank you”

“Originally bought a dehumidifier from Appliances Direct and was pleased with product and quick delivery, however after 6 months the product stopped working and I thought I was in for a long arduous process. Well I couldn’t have been more wrong , they bent over backwards to make sure I had a replacement as quickly as possible, emails were answered straight away and I was kept informed as to the progress of my new dehumidifier all the way. I cannot fault them as a company, great range of products at reasonable prices and as important, great customer services.”

“I was happy that delivery arrived eventually. I was offered and received confirmation of Saturday delivery. This was never the case though as when pallet turned up it was marked up Monday. This was nothing to do with courier. I've worked in a pallet network so have a full understanding of how the system works.”

“If you're going to sell American style fridges that are wider than. The standard doors in the UK, you need to let your delivery guys take the doors off. Most, including the one I bought, have quick-release doors. Despite paying for installation, they ended up having to leave the fridge outside the back door, and I took the doors off with a mate that afternoon.”

“I ordered a new fridge freezer hotpoint. Lovely arrived well no issues yet. They are good with communication also. I bought a gas cooker from them 6 months ago also very good no issues. Nice delivery service. I will use them again and again due to good pricing.”
