“The appliance that I ordered was obviously not in stock at the time of ordering. You still took the order without showing this. Very dishonest behaviour. The appliance arrived nearly one month later.”

“Purchased a washing machine but the spin was so noisy I had to turn it off and call an engineer who said it needed a new drum as counter weight had broken aways I called to have a new machine delivered the next day but deliveryman said he could not take away the broken machine which has now been sitting in the middle of the kitchen for 5 days they are due to collect it this eve”

“Brilliant service. Paid a little extra for next day delivery and was given a one hour window. Makes a nice change from waiting in all day for a delivery! A named driver….Fred who was really pleasant. Thank u Appliance Direct. I would definitely recommend.”

“Very happy with delivery, was kept well informed. Delivery man was more than helpful, putting it inside my hall, not just in porch. Very pleasant man also. EWxcellent service. “Induction hob was due 30th November, but it arrived 17th November and in pristine condition! (Our previous one from another company arrived smashed). Extremely impressed with speed of delivery especially considering I live on an island and not mainland uk. Delivery company then kept me up to date all the way. Really impressed. Will buy from you again and give that enormous company beginning with A, a miss.”
