“Ordering easy and quick delivery the same really good service. We are waiting for a Media wall to be built, so have not yet unpacked the Fire, so hope there is no problem with it. Otherwise very happy and will definitely use them again.”

“You really do not want to know what I think and it’s better if I don’t put it in writing. To have the delivery team say it was not listed for installation and walk back to the truck and drive away was not on. I bought an appliance with free delivery and free installation.”

“I am delighted with my choice of this company, the ordering online was easy, the delivery was excellent and I was kept informed the whole time of my slot in the delivery process. Two men delivered the radiator, which was incredibly heavy, and brought it inside for me where I wanted it. I would certainly use this company again.”

“They were fast to respond to the problem with the delivered unit and organised its return on the same day. They later offered an alternative unit as they were out of stock of the returned item and delivered that the next day. I was kept informed throughout. This is the fifth domestic appliacnce I have purchaced from Appliances Direct and I have so far never had a problem with their service.”

“Again, a smooth service, I didn't expect my second dehumidifier to start to fail just after a much older one had to be replaced. As the service was swift and smooth last time a few weeks ago, I had no hesitations buying from them again.”

“I was quite pleased with the service from Appliances Direct. The price was very competitive and the Air Fryer arrived quickly and safely. My wife after looking at the Fryer said it wasn't the one she wanted. After contacting AD, they agreed to an exchange. I returned the original Fryer and after a bit of a delay and a few emails the new Multi Cooker arrived safely the next day.”

“They have very competitive prices and we chose our dishwasher because of the energy rating and the price.It was easy to order and we chose the package that sited and removed our old one.We were informed by email when the appliance would come and on the evening before the delivery we were informed of the time slot.The dishwasher was delivered exactly as informed, sited and the old one removed.Very happy with the service.”
