“Good price, very helpful staff but delivery was a nightmare. Ordered friday paid extra for next day delivery waited in all day as the tracking said was 'out for delivery'. Did not arrive - phoned Monday - returned the extra to my account no problem, apologised for not arriving Saturday but definitely going to be today - explained i had to go out for 30 minutes arranged to leave note on door saying where to leave. When got home he had been whilst i was out and didnt leave parcel as required signature (I had confirmed it did not). Delivered tuesday first thing - no signature required and is perfect. Delivery needs sorting out but customer service excellent and products very good”

“Was asked to give a review but not even received my goods yet. Purchased a freezer and opted for a Saturday delivery as at home. Received an email on Thurs saying my item had been dispatched. Then received another email later saying they couldn’t deliver on sat. Gave me the option of only two dates for the whole of Oct to choose a delivery none at the weekend which means taking a day off. Delivery firm said that Appliances Direct don’t have access to their delivery schedule. What’s the point of giving an option on delivery dates for me to choose then. Email AD but sorry for the inconvenience was the best they could come up with. And now they email me to ask for a review? So not very happy to say the least”

“Bought a £1500.00 Miele wine chiller. It arrived laying flat down in an empty van, no straps and is covered in dents. Spoke and emailed five different people each time someone different replied all of who'm kept offering me a small refund. Now they say it's out of stock and discontinued and I have to go through more tooth pulling just to get a decent service. This is rubbish... worse than rubbish”
