“Delivered on time. I left my 85 year old dad in charge of delivery. On arrival the cooker wouldn’t fit through the door so had nightmares as my old cooker had to be taken away. They were very unwilling to help so I managed to get a neighbour to take my door off to Allow them to get the new cooker in and the old one out. It is stated on delivery terms so be warned. No help was offered at all.”

“I needed an upright freezer because our old one was not keeping the correct temperature going up and down. I needed one quick to avoid loosing the contents. Appliances Direct could get my choice of freezer to me the quickest and it was competitively priced.”

“Delivery delayed as only one item in stock but when contacted they were very helpful and dispatched the large item (dehumidifier) and put the smaller item (filter) on hold and the order was then delivered on the due date. The product is excellent and does all it says it will do and has removed a lot of moisture from our 3 bedroomed bungalow.”
