“They could supply what I wanted at an excellent price, I was kept up to date with delivery information. Appliance arrived on time, the delivery crew unpacked and took away the packaging and my old appliance for recycling. Really happy with my new freezer. What's not to like?”

“Excellent service from point of ordering right through to delivery. The customer service lady was very knowledgeable and helpful and took my order there and then. The washing machine was delivered 3 days later by 2 very efficient and delightful men. Have used company previously on 4 occasions and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.”

“Their prices and selection were the the best I found when looking for a fridge freezer on-line, the delivery was speedy and I was kept well-informed of delivery time. I called customer services as I needed a quicker delivery date than I had originally requested, and the associate was very helpful and accomodating. Will definitely buy from this company again!”

“I spoke to a customer service person prior to my purchase to get information in general. Spoke to her several times thereafter by email and always got a prompt reply. “When my fridge broke down in the middle of a heatwave and unable to find a replacement locally a mild panic overtook me at the thought of searching online, Within minutes I had found Appliances direct, they had exactly the fridge I wanted at a very good price and could deliver when ever I wanted. Two very pleasant young men turned up with my new fridge unpacked it and took my old one away. I felt saved! Great service all round.”
