“I have not as yet had my cooker connected. As it was not delivered on the date specified, iwas told the delivery amount would be refunded. The delivery was £19 plus, but i was only refunded £10, please explain”

“Very happy with the whole process, unfortunately delivery was a few hours later than expected due to the van breaking down but was contacted straight away & they were very apologetic & gave me an estimated time. Delivered the dryer, put it in place & took all the packaging. Really friendly drivers & product itself is fine & a godsend to have again!”

“I bought a gas hob from AP as I couldn’t find it any cheaper anywhere else that could be delivered quickly. Very easy process and it was delivered the next day on a timed delivery. Excellent!”

“Staff on the phone were helpful, but I didn't receive a message confirming delivery till the day when it should have been the day before. We paid for packaging to be taken away but it was left with packaging still on.”
