“Had to wait nearly a week for delivery, when the cooker did turn up the packaging wasn’t taken off and disposed of (for which I had paid for). I went to install the and a power cable was not included, which meant my kids and I had to go another few more days without cooked meals.”

“Our tumble drier arrived on the spray stated and within the timeframe given ( just). The delivery driver was pleasant and took it into the utility room for us, having unpacked it and checked it was undamaged. He took all the packaging away for us.”
