“Excellent delivery service. Purchased a freezer for my disabled mother in law. The delivery guys unpacked, inspected and even wiped the drawers for her. Sales team very helpful too”

“Exemplary service! I needed to change a big item and the staff were so helpful. From original order to change over, all within 1 week! Their prices and special offers, exactly as described with no hidden extras. The delivery within a couple of days is so refreshing. Delivery efficiently carried out within the hour of driver calling. “Ordered tumble dryer on a Wednesday said it would be delivered Friday - it was. Kept me updated via email re time slot. Phoned 15 mins before delivery. Asked if I wanted machine unpacked, I did. The delivery men were efficient, professional and polite. Definately buy from Appliance Direct again.”
