“My phone was delivered much quicker than expected and within the one hour slot that had been allocated. I was having a slight issue with my phone not connecting to my home wifi and on contacting Appliances Direct, as I thought the phone may be faulty, they were quick to reply to my email to try and help. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the phone, the problem was with my router and my ISP got this sorted.”

“Appliances Direct had the product I wanted at the best price I could find. Throw in quick delivery at a date of my choosing. Great shopping experience. As everything is ok and working I haven't had to contact further, but given my experience so far next time I'm in the market for an electrical appliance they will be my first port of call.”

“Bought a dual fuel oven. There was a variety of ovens to choose from and prices seem reasonable. All the necessary information about each product was clearly shown (I needed one which could be used with LPG and this is not always easy to find). Simple ordering process, good communication regarding delivery and friendly helpful delivery men who very speedily unwrapped the cooker so I could inspect it. All staff I encountered were cheery and positive. Delivery made on chosen day. Will definitely use again.”
