“Excellent customer service and price. Rating elevated to 5 stars because although the carrier making the delivery did not deliver the next day as I paid for on the website, Appliances Direct were very fast at reorganizing a new delivery slot, very apologetic and made a goodwill gesture to boot.”

“A faultless buying experience I’ ve not experienced before. The order was confirmed, backed up with a phone call, delivery was tailored to suit me, a time slot given, the driver gave me 1 hour notice, and everything was unboxed and checked properly, as well as the old appliance removed. Great service indeed.”
