“Dont be conned by their offer of a complete service! I ordered a fridge freezer from you for one reason only, you offered a full service which I needed e.g. Order, delivery and recycle. The last element was the critical difference within the timeframe I had. The item was delivered to our holiday home on time and first thing. I received 2 emails and one message telling me what to do with thje recycled item; disconnect it, leave it in an accessible place and most importantly ensure it is dry and no water inside. I diligently did all of the above. When the driver rang me to tell me he would be with me in and hour I told him that the recycled item was waiting in the correct condition he said they didn't collect another van did that. Smelling a rat I tried to contact your office but it was pre-9am. THEN Suddenly a text arrives telling me that you cant recycle the old one and I would have to get rid of it myself. I would be refunded my £19.99. I then got an email n a somewhat congratulatory style from yourselves 2 hrs later telling me that I had been refunded. If you could not do the recycling I'd have bought it from Currys and had the whole thing done next Tuesday with free delivery. Instead you left me with the problem!! I have managed to get a man and a van to recycle it for me for £50!! and it will go later this afternoon as I'm not allowed to have it sitting outside my lodge. Having worked in retail for 30 years pre retirement your service is appalling and I will not buy anything from you again as telling me 20 mins pre delivery that you cant collect is shocking practise! I would be ashamed. I warn other people of your poor practise. Would never use again!”

“Cooker was a great price. The delivery service was very professional. The driver was polite. It was delivered on time. I got a phone call to say when they were 5 minutes away within the 3 hour time frame. Would definitely use them again”

“I was very happy with the service that I received from them, it couldn’t of been any more better, I ordered the fridge freezer in the evening and it was delivered the following morning. Very pleased customer.”

“I ordered an air purifier and had email this would be delivered Monday 17/08 but to my surprise this arrived early as this was delivered on Saturday. Very pleased with the product and speed of the delivery.”

“I ordered a table top freezer to be delivered on a specific day. They delivered it a DAY EARLIER and rang me at work to say that they had arrived! They left the freezer at a local cafe but I could lift it myself so had to ask for help. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I order from this company . Bad service”

“Goods arrived damaged, put back in box cut my thumb open, emailed straight away sent pictures, tried phoning told they would ring back never did, in fact wasn’t acknowledged for 3 days and told I needed to fill a form in which I couldn’t get on for another 2 days. They still haven’t acknowledged my injury or told me when there collect it and returning my money. Dreadful communication dreadful company”

“Absolutely shocking customer service. Non existent. Bought a cooker hood that was faulty. Had to send in a video of the fault. Told me they couldn’t do anything due to file format. Got them to agree to collect after waiting hours on hold. Booked in collection but didn’t turn up. This is happened twice and is still not resolved. Absolute joke”

“Needed new Miele washing machine asap. Tried my usual favourites John Lewis=non in stock. Tried Miele direct = no answer to call and no call back. Tried Appliances Direct = delivered the next day. Lee who took my order very helpful. Will go to Appliances Direct first next time I need a large household appliance.”

“Happy!!! Never buy from this company, I purchased an air conditioner in May which is faulty and cannot get it returned or repairedbdespitevtakingbout a 5 year guarantee, their customer services is non existent and I have emailed three times to their complaints department with no response whatsoever, emails to Managing Director, Complaints Manager and individuals go unanswered, impossible to speak to anyone on phone.I am now having to initiate legal proceedings as they are in breach of contract, seemingly they don't care if they are.”
