“Excellent service with communication very easy (I emailed) the response was quick & very helpful regarding buying a cooker. Can’t recommend them highly enough -arranged delivery super quick & the whole service was faultless- amazing people!”

“I had the Electriq ice cube maker as a Mother’s Day gift. 6 months after purchase it stopped working. I emailed and explained it had stopped working and I was asked to send pictures of my appliance. I sent those across and was told a new machine would be sent out straight away. I received it within 48 hours but I was in hospital. I didn’t open the replacement one for nearly 2 weeks. Once it was opened and switched on it was making a different noise to the first once. This one turned out to be faulty too. Communication was much slower this time and twice I was asked to send in pictures after I’d sent them. I sent a video too of the noise it made when turned on. After 4 days I’d heard nothing so made contact again. Again I got an email saying someone would be in touch within 24 hours. I waited gor 48 hours and then I got another message telling me the appliance I had was not in stock. I picked something similar and then received a phone call 48 hours later asking if I wanted to reorder or get a refund. I chose the reorder and my new ice machine (exactly the same as other 2 )was with me 48 hrs later. Apart from the customer service being a bit slow I’m very happy with the service I received.”

“Had some difficulty in getting to the order page, so a ‘phone call resolved a query and a successful order. A very prompt dispatch to DPD who delivered the Meacon Dehumidifyer next day. Thank you Appliances Direct and DPD for a very expedited service.”

“So despite a fair few emails letting me know that there was a delay with my order I am still giving full marks. I really really appreciated being kept in the loop with my order and my most recent communications stayed it would be delivered on 20th December only for it arrive on 15th December. The dehumidifier is brilliant and the customer service was top notch as well. Thank you.”

“Purchased a Samsung mobile phone. £50 cheaper than i could find it anywhere else. Delivered next day as promised. Arrived all sealed in original Samsung box in brand new condition. Very pleased.”

“Not really as described. I ordered a washing machine described as Grade A, refurbished, as it was considerably cheaper than the normal retail price. The description also said that refurbished models could be noisier than new machines. When it arrived, it seemed to be completely brand new, in unopened packaging and in absolutely perfect condition. Once installed, it's also far quieter than any washing machine I've ever owned, even on a 1600rpm spin. So much better than I was expecting and at almost 40% below retail price. Delivery driver even managed to get down a slope that's currently covered in a sheet of ice to deliver it.”

“I had to phone as new hob didnt seem to be working on small ring after speaking with technician it seemed it could be my pan , which it turned out to be , they also refunded me the cost of my call as i used wrong number. Very happy with help i received and the hob is excellent”
