“Everything was fine with the delivery and the drivers were great. However, Appliances Direct charged me £30 for disconnection and installation of a fridge freezer, which was unplugged by us and plugged in by us. This is a rip off by the company, so very disappointing.”

“Customer service was excellent and the prices are very good with an excellent range of stock.. Delivery was arranged quickly but was let down by DPD who failed to deliver (apparently they couldn't find my address) however appliance direct quickly refunded the next day delivery charge within an hour.. Definitely recommend applicance direct.. Very happy with the service”

“I was disappointed that initially when I purchased the appliance they falsely portrayed that they had stock and hence the delivery date was set accordingly. Only after I purchased the appliance did they set the delivery date to 11 days later than first, dishonest. To be fair though they delivered 5 days earlier than later date but still 7 days later than set at purchase.”
