There was a small hitch with delivery / communication, however, this was sorted quickly without any need for further phone calls, plus email confirmation was also received. In addition, the delivery date requested by me was booked without question. The guys that delivered were polite, friendly and professional. I am a customer performance manager and value great service

Ordered a cooker hood and asked for it to be fitted. When the fitters arrived they explained to me that they could not fit it due to the layout of my old cooker hood and I would need to contact a kitchen fitter company. They took the hood back and I received a full refund within two days. Although I was disappointed the customer service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in buying again from Appliance Direct.

Extremely pleased with the service, delivery and price. Table top dishwasher is easy to use and quiet, a great replacement for my 10 year old machine which had been 'condemned' as unable to be repaired. Hope this one lasts as long! Thank you.

Delivery was on time, delivery men were extremely helpful very pleasant and helpful. Well packed fire, when we opened the box we were so pleased it is gorgeous, looks fantastic works perfect.

Online ordering was easy and delivery arrived much sooner than expected. Cannot comment on Customer Service or returns/refunds as not used these services so far.

I bought a cooker for my brother as he is autistic and special needs. I arranged delivery and collection of the old cooker. I also arrange 5years insurance. The following day my brother was contacted and ask if he wanted to take out a better insurance . It was a scam and they somehow got the purchase information. Try to contact appliance Direct and it's a premium phone number that cost a fortune. Had to contact the my brother banks and cancel his debit card . Purchase details not secure.....

Product was available quickly and price competitive. Unfortunately arrived damaged (only found after unwrapped ie after delivery team had left) but they answered phone quickly when I contacted them. They did try to persuade me to accept the product and have a discount but as I was unsure if the damage was only superficial, they finally agreed to replace. Was very happy that the replacement was delivered the following day, less happy that they only collected the damaged one 4 days later, a bit inconvenient to have an extra tumble drier in middle of the room.

After giving a good review and later finding out the item was faulty I am very disappointed with the customer service I received to have the item changed. All I got was a string of emails and WhatsApp asking for the same pictures over and over. After a good few days and putting my foot down I was finally given a return label to post the item back for a refund/exchange. Its been 8 days since I posted it back to Appliance Direct and no one is getting back to me to tell me if they have received it or if my exchange is in the way. Word of advice, when invited to give a review use the item then wait a good few months. Not a happy customer

I needed a gas hob that was 58cm wide to fit the space of my existing unit. The model that was our favourite had both 58cm and 60cm listed in your description. I called your customer service to confirm the actual width and was assured that it was 58cm, so I ordered it. The hob arrived today and it is 60cm! Very disappointed, especially as I had been specifically assured otherwise. Not sure yet if I will return it or do some kitchen reconfiguration, at additional cost, to make it fit. Not good customer service.
