“I'm having problems with my oven I have only had it for one week th facia and knobs get so 🔥 I have to use oven gloves to turn it off m gas fitter said that the fit so it isn't that when I rang your department for complaints the person who answered the said it was a design fault and they was nothing could be done as we are pensioners I find this very scary and wonder what else I can do thanks for letting me have a say as the operator was very off pub mmrss Sandra whittle Sandra”

“Very polite, helpful and speedy service. I ordered the appliance on Monday and it was delivered Tuesday. I paid for unpacking and room placing. This was done by 2 polite young men who worked quickly and efficiently. I had a phone call and messages too explain about the delivery and to keep me up to date.”

“I had a faulty cooker hood which I wasn't very happy about but hey ho these things do happen I emailed customer services and sent them a video of the fault Within a couple of days they sent out a replacement, to which I thought was very prompt. I'm now very happy. Based on my experience and the turn out they are Very good company .”

“Item arrived on the specified day but not with the two delivery drivers expected. Got a strange text saying it was not in the right part of the warehouse so it wouldn'tr be deliverded. Luckily one of us was home when one man from the warehouse delivered the washing machine which was heavy for just him. Well done him for delivering despite being let down by other delivery drivers so it meant it was delivered on time as promised. Not 5 stars due to odd texts but they did fullfill the order on the chosen day”

“Ordered a Meaco 20 Litre Platinum Low Energy Laundry Dehumidifier and Air Purifier on Wed (10:30 ish) & the order process was quick & simple. I payed for next day delivery & my order arrived via DPD on Thurs at 11:00. From this single purchase & interaction I rate Appliances Direct 5 stars, as the order process was simple, everything arrived as & when expected within 24 hours & with no damage.”

“Yep pretty good. Not my usual online supplier for appliances, but they could offer the product I wanted delivered three days before my usual guys, for the same price. So I went with them. I bought a washing machine and paid them to take away the old one. They turned up 45 mins later than the end of the supposed 'delivery window' (4 hours long) but other than that, deliver was excellent, nice polite people who did everything I wanted. They called in advance to say they were on their way as was promised, and basically it all worked well. Machine is great so far.”
