“I had a problem with my new dehumidifier and, as usual, was expecting a battle with the supplier to get it exchanged. We've all been there, print label, take to depot, stall, quibble, etc. Appliances Direct didn't argue or stall, they sent a van to collect the faulty machine and delivered a new one. Excellent service.”

“Delivered next day with in the time that they had text to say. Very polite delivery man who lifted it across my drive even though it was in the middle of construction when a delivery from a different company would only leave it on the pavement.”
