“I rang Appliances Direct as I was looking to buy a Beko upright freezer and at the time I was in Currys, purely to physically view the item in question. The sales person gave incorrect information and I rang Appliance Direct to check their price and the very helpful guy I spoke to confirmed a very good price for the same item and I ordered it from them on the spot. As it turned out, the total price was way cheaper than Currys could do it..and that was before Currys add in their times delivery charge and VAT. Appliances Direct - very helpful and efficient. Order delivered on time. Thank you!”

“I had problems trying to order a microwave oven from AO.com last Friday, so I tried Appliances Direct. The order went through immediately and the microwave was delivered the next morning. The price was highly competitive, no charge for delivery. I'ma happy customer.”

“Excellent service, would definitely recommend. Ordered a Belling Range oven on line. The purchase process was very straightforward and the site was easy to navigate and user friendly. Delivery was swift, within a couple of days, and all arrived,when expected and in excellent condition by very competent and friendly delivery men. Excellent communication throughout. “They were very cheap for the product I was looking for but I was also very pleased with the speed they gave me a delivery slot and the delivery time. I had to contact customer service and got a very quick and helpful reply (from Kathryn) so I was very pleased with the service and based on my experience I would recommend them”
