“Received order on time but I'd ordered the wrong items x 4, spent over £1k for business use and was going to reorder. Appliances Direct didn't offer to collect the incorrect items, I had to pay for the collection. Now I'm trying to find out when some HEPA filters will be in stock. Last week I was told by 1 person that they would be in stock Monday 11th January and by another person just the week commencing 11th January, we need 8 packs of these. Today Tuesday 12th January I have had an online chat and been told that these HEPA filters will not be coming back into stock, to start with!! Then I said I wasn't happy because of the previous times I had been promsed and then I was suddenly told the goods would be arriving today at Appiances Direct and more on 5th February. I said ok and Callum the online person just disappeared, didn't say is there anything else I can help you with or goodbye, he just went. What kind of customer service is that??”

“I order a lot of things online so it would be helpful if you were specific about the product that you supplied to save me having to research it. In this case it was an electriQ Antiviral Air Purifier 7 stage cleaning with True HEPA UV TiO2 Ioniser. This is a lovely bit of kit. Well made, virtually silent on sleep mode and the built in Ultra Violet lamp claims to deal with viruses. You really notice the fresh air affect even with windows closed. Delivered early next day. It has been on continuously since it arrived. Well done, I'm thinking about getting another one.”
