Excellent service, just wish the chap on the phone selling an extended warranty had not been so pushy.

Very poor service I ordered a cooker it was damaged when waiting a week for a new one when the guys showed up no cooker on van now saying have to wait till 14th January 2018 for new one disgusting 😔

Was shopping for fridge freezer, tumble dryer and a cooker, found all 3 with great prices and put them in a basket. Half way through I backed out of it not proceeding with payment. Got back on website, decided to create an account and purchase chosen items. New account, empty basket - I selected all items again, proceeded to check out, completed order, got confirmation, checked status and to my surprise I got two orders! I panicked that I will be charged for both, called the number provided, asked for a call back and it was returned first thing in the morning. Even though I placed order at around 21:00 on Saturday, call back was the first thing on Sunday morning! I am impressed so far and looking forward to delivery. Will post second review when merchandise delivered.

Had a washing machine delivered for installation and removal of old one the 2 installers said my washing machine connection was wrong and they could not fit it do I was left with the old machine I told them to leave the new one I explained that the cut off switch was above they assured me I was wrong despite me having 4 previous machines in the past 15 years with no problems . I had to use a plumber who told me I was right all along they just couldn't be bothered to look or listen I had to pay more money and have the old machine taken away at an extra cost i will not use your firm again total waste of time what a day 😐

After waiting in all day for a delivery i got a hour slot 19.44-20.44 only to turn up at 16.30 unable to deliver they left a card saying they miss me so will deliver the next day so i cancelled the order as i work and cant take another day sitting around from 6am-22pm after cancelled the items they still tried to deliver only to see half of the order the cheaper one the main order the vax cordless vacuum wasn't even dispatched just the £50 steamer i wasted so much time customer service was useless didn't help one little bit told me i would have a delivery by 5pm but on the dpd tracking they said due to over loads they can't deliver until the following day who is lying here i will never trust that company plus had me on the phone for a very long time listen to horrible music then pass me off by saying someone will call back shortly...people don't trust them stick to currys or local stores

Time slot was 10-2 automated service said 9-12. Rang continuously driver always unavailable and then phone cuts off. Delivery came 11.00am. Washing machine plug too short told point too far away. They didn't have an extension lead they didn't have time for me to go and buy one. Left me with plumbed in washing machine unusable till extension lead and moved under shelf how could i possibly move the washing machine by myself?! And off they went. Had to contact my lovely new landlord. Not at all impressed and why can't you speak to anyone in customer services and just cut off?!. One star.

We ordered a full kitchen of appliances and a TV. Some were in stock, some not, so AO did 2 FREE deliveries instead of waiting and doing one. This meant I could finish fitting the client's kitchen. When both deliveries arrived, the driver and passenger wouldn't even let me help get it up the stairs. A pleasant change from the usual "sorry mate 'elf and safety innit?" I use AO for all my kitchen fits and they've yet to disappoint. I've even been called up after making payment, to tell me that they price match daily and my washing machine was £20 cheaper & refunded me the £20. Can't get fairer than that. Thanks to all at AO.

Terrible waited in half a day for men who work the vans to turn up at my door and tell me my washing machine has not been loaded absoulute disgrace service to then phone customer sercice who tell me i nesd to wait abother 3 hours to see if it able to be delivered today bearing in mind i payed extra for quick delivery wont be ordering again

Ordered dryer on Saturday, was delivered Sunday. Tried it and found it faulty on Monday, was replaced and installed for free online on Wednesday. Very quick, polite, brilliant service and fab delivery men. 4 hour time slot and a call when delivery men are en route. Fab service.

Customers services at ao.com is seriously useless, they just give you excuses after excuses then promise you delivery which doesn’t arrive and then say oh it’s not our fault it’s the couriers fault. Never again will I order from this company.

Order item last Saturday with next day delivery, it’s niw Tuesday and I’m still waiting for item to arrive. Got text on Saturday afternoon to say all’s good and your item will be there tomorrow. Waiting in all day and nothing arrived, called them late afternoon and was assured it would be delivered next day thus being Monday, I took the day off work and waited all day but once again nothing. Called again Tuesday evening and apparently it’s the delivery company’s fault which are DPD. To which I replied your just fobbing me off with excuses. Was assured it will be with me today Tuesday 28 Nov and yet again I have to take another day off work and seriously don’t hold out much chance of my item arriving. As yet no text message to say it’s even coming today so looks like I’m being fobbed off once again. I’m taking my complaint further to ao.com as I want compensation for loss of earnings and I will NEVER use them again. There good at the big talk but cannot handle more than a couple of deliveries BUT are happy to steal your money.

A complete nightmare...Don’t believe all the hype, this is the most chaotic company ever...Ordered a Sony TV with the installation service...It took a week to schedule the installation.. I took the day off...got the text the night before to say my order would arrive the next day and track on the app...tried to access the app for updates on arrival time..No luck so called the driver..He gave me a delivery time... And told me he would ring before arrival...I waited and waited..The app wasn’t working and no call from the driver...I called again..He said I have a job to do (In other words I don’t have time to call you)...the delivery was now very late and no call from rude driver...Having waited in all day, I couldn’t wait any longer..Second delivery attempt...The measurements on the website were incorrect and therefore the stand didn’t fit on my TV stand..3rd delivery attempt...another day off...Got the text the night before saying your order is out for delivery...Checked the app no information..Having heard nothing rang AO at lunchtime...Was told unfortunately the TV didn’t make the delivery van so would not be coming...I am so angry by this time...They offered me numerous discounts off the TV to try and make up for the mess which was the only reason I stuck with them...My TV was finally delivered this week almost a month after I ordered it...NEVER EVER AGAIN...

The price was very competative and the ease of there website was good. Delivery the next day at a collect location was convient and with text alert very good.

One of the worse and careless companies I had to deal with. Just to take money and be careless. Product on stock and provided tracking details of package which they never sent! After inquiry just postponing and saying next day. Then find out product was out of stock and I have to wait for refund several days or buy from them different product for more money! In 6 years ordering from different companies I never had this problem. This company first order as they had this machine on stock and immediately there is an problem. Strongly advising to avoid and shop with better ones.

Ao. Com. Customer agents are extremely helpful and polite. They will always try to help to resolve any issue. Delivery is quick and very convenient where your able to choose a time slot. There Service is suburb!!

Basically I tried 4 times to buy an item, with 2 different credit cards. All transactions were paid according to my card companies, they even gave me reference numbers. AO "didn't receive" any of them, they blamed my side everytime, I gave my card companies some grief and they explained they had paid.... AO had NO idea what was going on, just kept asking to try again. Customer service agents were clearly unable to offer any advice of any value for this matter. I suggested the contact their online banking company and find out why... they couldn't do that. Strongly advise you don't buy anything through this shambolic pile of trash company. Stick to Amazon.
