Put in the instructions very clearly that I live in a flat, noted down the odd stairs we have to get up here, yet on the day they told me they only deliver to the ground floor. I could choose between taking it up myself (I'm not the strongest and my wife has a disability, no one else I could ask for help this quickly) and getting it returned and refunded. While I understand health and safety, what's the point of delivery instructions if they apparently get ignored?

Deeply unhelpful. Ordered some furniture. The website I got it from stated it was a second floor flat, they brought it up and told me they were on a deadline. They then couldn’t fit it any further (they didn’t try it at any angles) and took the item back on the van. A pair of miserable sods who complained all up the stairs. Get another job if delivering is too tiring

Don’t trust this company! If you are doing fine with it, you are just lucky. But not everyone is lucky enough! First time using arrow XL and Amazon Prime. So far the worst experience I have in my entire life. I order a mattress few days ago. Supposed to receive a sms yesterday, but only receive it at 6 something when ppl are still sleeping… if you have to send it at 7, please at least send a SMS a night in advance so that I have time to arrange! Do u expect customer to wake up at 6 am on the day off and wait for your sms? And even you want to reschedule it, they not gonna send you ASAP. They will let you to sleep on the floor for few days, and still not gonna tell me abt wt time they will come. And this is the Amazon Prime delivery service!? Total waste of money. Overall,The delivery guy is very unfriendly, the CS team is not helpful at all. And until now I am still not sure would they send it on time or not. Definitely the worst experience I have ever have. And I would suggest everyone not using it

All I can say is any negative reviews aimed at ArrowXL could not have dealt with two exceptional couriers Trevor and David from Harrow. They delivered our sofa last Friday 29th September very early morning. Both men were personable and professional plus helpful and caring and good advertisements for ArrowXL

Delivery drivers if you can call them that dumped my furniture in boxes in the garden didn’t even try to bring furniture in to living room for two pensioners keep saying they don’t understand poor poor customer service would highly not recommend them stay clear

Absolutely awful. I wish there was a no star... All day I have been tracking my parcel and 10 minutes before my 2 hour window it is suddenly 'undeliverable'... Apparently it was never put on the van . Shoddy service from a company that simply doesn't care. Avoid at all costs...

It is hard to describe how comprehensively awful this company is. So far they have failed to deliver my item THREE times. That is three days off work waiting for them to not show up. No contact, no information, nothing. At no point in any of these failures did they proactively communicate. I had to chase to find out why they did not deliver each time. Customer service are either bots or teenagers copy/pasting stock responses that are worthless and only serve to defer legal responsibility. Customer service on the phone were incredibly rude and aggressive. Most of my emails have gone unanswered. Still no washing machine. No explanation, no help. Terrible company. Most normal people can understand how taking time off work 3 times for a delivery is difficult, but not ArrowXl, who told me "nobody asked you to take time off work to wait for a delivery" and that was that. If you have any choice at all, please do not use ArrowXL. They are incompetent, disinterested, and dishonest. I honestly can't recall a time in my life where I have had to deal with such terrible service at such a great personal cost as I have when dealing with ArrowXL. They will probably now just tell me to send the details of my complaint to one of their customer complaints addresses so they can ignore it privately. Again, please avoid these scam artists at all costs.

I think I got lucky compared to others reviews. Althought it didn't arrive within the time slot and I didn't receive a phone call prior to delivery, luckily I was in all day and it arrived 15 mins after the slot. The delivery drivers however weren't that friendly but I guess they're carrying heavy things around all day and must be feeling abit grumpy. I will not put them down for that though, I'm lucky to have received it at all after hearing the horror stories!!

We had a delivery planned for last Tue. On the morning of the delivery I received a phone call which they hung up immediately as I answered. I then receive a text to say our sofa cannot be delivered as there is warehouse issue. I ring customer services and I am told someone had tried to ring! It was obvious they did not want to speak to me. The the lady explained saying there was a problem with the van and it could not be loaded. Our delivery then was rescheduled for tomorrow. Today my husband phoned just to make sure it was coming tomorrow. Good job he phoned as it's not coming as there is now parts missing!! Absolutely abysmal service from this company. We have now cancelled our order with the Range. Why the Range use this company I don't know. We certainly won't be ordering anything from the Range . Pity we can't leave a 0 for this company.

I've been waiting for a new fridge freezer since 08.09.23, no updates on delivery, I received a message on the day at 16.45 to say it wasn't arriving. Still no updates as yet, Amazon will not refund until after the 15.09.23. Tracking hasn't been up dated. Useless company!!!!!

I've been attempting to cancel the delivery of unwanted goods for the past 5 days, sending multiple emails and messages. Regrettably, all of these attempts have been ignored, both by the delivery company and the vendor. I must express my dissatisfaction with this company, as they appear to disregard all forms of communication and requests. I would advise others to save their time, as responses from this company seem to consist of generic, pre-written replies. Avoid at all cost!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Delivery got cancelled after waiting in all day my window for delivery was between 1.30-4.30 still nothing then eventually had a message at 5.30 to say there running late to then having a phone call at 6 to say they cancelled it! And wait for a text to rearrange absolutely awful customer service AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Terrible experience both times! 2 separate deliveries (about a month apart) both of which Delivery was cancelled on the day. One arrived on new slot and other delivery which was a tv turned up as a mattress!

They were meant to deliver a washing machine. I got the delivery slot the day before, advising the delivery drivers would call when 30 mins away. We live 2 roads away from where it was being delivered so this was fine. On the delivery day, got a text advising delivery would be delayed by up to 2 hours - again fine, we were 2 roads away and would simply pop over when we got the 30min call. Got a missed call which I responded to 6mins later. They had been at the address and no one was there so they left! I complained that we were meant to get a call from them 30 mins before and to come back - the delivery guy said not his problem, the call comes from head office but he would let them know I wasn't happy. Head office phoned me and I told them what had happened, they could see from his call logs that I was correct and no notice that the drivers were on their way had been given. He agreed to get the delivery guys to come back and deliver that day! They didn't show up, no phone call, nothing. Then can't even book another slot for a week and we have been completely ignored. I would avoid this company and if Amazon gives a choice of companies, choose someone else!

You have had a delivery for me since the 29th of June and it appears that you are keeping it. I was offered 3 delivery dates and replied to you that any of them would be O.K. You then contacted me telling me to contact you at a later date as you would have other dates then. Not a company that I could recommend.

Completely useless. Took my number down wrong and therefore no one contacted me re delivery which was missed. I rang customer services while the delivery drivers were stood banging on my front door (ring camera view, they didn’t hear me shouting hello at them though, probably couldn’t over the noise of the banging) and they refused to either ring the dynamic duo and ask them to wait or, as I watched tweedle dum and tweedle dummer get in the truck (having stopped banging ferociously on the front door) and drive off, asked them to turn the truck around as I could be home in less than 5 mins but was told “no, the delivery has failed” - BECAUSE YOUR DRIVERS HAD THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER 🤦🏻‍♀️ Here we are a day later and it’s going to be ANOTHER 24 hours before delivery is rescheduled. Absolutely abysmal and you have to call their service centre all the time, they don’t have lines out! What company in 2023 doesn’t have phone lines out ffs - Arrow XL, that’s who.

What terrible customer service, not only did they fail to deliver they failed to investigate why the delivery failed, why the driver didn't contact us or why the service centre staff mislead us ! No cooker and nothing but fake apologys !!! Despite getting a manager involved they are still unable to tell me where our cooker is let alone when it will be delivered.
