I think they scam people Say they will deliver....lose the item and the employees either sell it or take it home. I am z member of the Greater Manchester fraud squad and we will definitely look at this company...... my advice don't youcu with a barge pole ......we will also be talking to Amazon.

Was supposed to have a sofa delivered yesterday (purchased from Furniture 123). Received a call in the morning to say their van had broken down so delivery wouldn’t be made today. Inconvenient but okay… was told it would be delivered today (Sunday) instead, only to realise they don’t deliver on Sundays and you can’t even call them to ask as their offices are closed! Specifically ordered with Saturday delivery as I work in the office during the week.

Delivery due at 12:45 to 15.45 today. Was text to say it would be 3 hours late and it is now 21:50 pm and no sign of parcel and no communication. Atrocious!

Delivery booked in for Saturday 2nd December, told item not on van, sat waiting 2 and a half hour for this item

Wouldn’t have gave any stars but need 1 to review. My freezer delivery advised for delivery 5 times and still not received won’t be buying anything from a company who uses arrow xl for delivery

Absolutely useless. They were supposed to deliver an oven I bought on Amazon. I took a day off at work and booked a sparkie to connect it. The courier has never turned up. I only got a text saying 'sorry we missed you' though I was at home all day. They say they tried to phone me but I didn't answer, which might be true as my network was down for a short while. They didn't use a buzzer though. Two other couriers and a postie managed to deliver my parcels on the same day. Customer service is a disgrace, the lady on a chat just keeps telling me I wasn't at home. Will definitely never use again

Rubbish delivery company , package did not arrive at designated time , no updates for over 5 hours and eventually arrived over 7 hours late, customer satisfaction survey sent before the package was delivered and no 30 minute advance notice of delivery, 🤬

We had a planned delivery of a new cooker for Friday 17th November and had our old cooker removed on Thursday 16th in readiness. Checked Amazon to see if we had a time slot for delivery and saw that Friday had now become Saturday before 8 pm. Waited all day and checked their delivery page that evening only to see 'delayed, very sorry'.. No date or time at all.. tried to contact AXL, but they don't work weekends.. contacted Amazon but they only see what we see on AXL website (so why tell us to contact them?) and we are now 3 days with no cooker and no idea of if or when we will get one. Cannot cancel the order for some reason, so Amazon have our £350+ and we rely on family to supply hot meals. We will see what drama we get tomorrow IF we get through... To date, not a single communication from ArrowXL.

Been told twice now about a delivery and each time they don’t turn up. What a disgraceful company you are. I cannot believe you are still in business

On two occasions in the last 10 days ArrowXL failed to deliver despite pretending they were outside.Ultimately the Company admitted the drivers had been lying and had been reprimanded. I will never again purchase anything from suppliers who employ ArrowXL as their delivery company.We were flood victims waiting for urgent replacements.

Bought a £1600 pressure washer from Amazon, Arrow XL were the designated courier. Got a date for first delivery, A XL could not make that, so arranged to be delivered to work address as this was only available slot. Contacted by A XL to tell me they had lost the item. Said they would contact me, didn’t, said it would be rescheduled, hasn’t, AVOID IF YOU HAVE THE CHOICE! Amazon had to arrange a new order, which is due this Friday, hopefully not from Arrow XL….really poor customer service, they just ask you to wait in the hope it will turn up. Please check with your supplier and ask who is delivering your order!! If its Arrow XL then dont hold your breath or leave it to the last minute!!!

Nightmare experience from start to finish Customer service staff abrupt and rude I waited in all day for promised delivery then cancelled at 4-15 pm I then had to chase and chase for another delivery When it was delivered the highly advertised 2 man turned into 1 man who rolled our heavy parcel from corner to corner up the rain puddle filled drive. Avoid at all costs utter nightmare

Put in the instructions very clearly that I live in a flat, noted down the odd stairs we have to get up here, yet on the day they told me they only deliver to the ground floor. I could choose between taking it up myself (I'm not the strongest and my wife has a disability, no one else I could ask for help this quickly) and getting it returned and refunded. While I understand health and safety, what's the point of delivery instructions if they apparently get ignored?

Deeply unhelpful. Ordered some furniture. The website I got it from stated it was a second floor flat, they brought it up and told me they were on a deadline. They then couldn’t fit it any further (they didn’t try it at any angles) and took the item back on the van. A pair of miserable sods who complained all up the stairs. Get another job if delivering is too tiring

Don’t trust this company! If you are doing fine with it, you are just lucky. But not everyone is lucky enough! First time using arrow XL and Amazon Prime. So far the worst experience I have in my entire life. I order a mattress few days ago. Supposed to receive a sms yesterday, but only receive it at 6 something when ppl are still sleeping… if you have to send it at 7, please at least send a SMS a night in advance so that I have time to arrange! Do u expect customer to wake up at 6 am on the day off and wait for your sms? And even you want to reschedule it, they not gonna send you ASAP. They will let you to sleep on the floor for few days, and still not gonna tell me abt wt time they will come. And this is the Amazon Prime delivery service!? Total waste of money. Overall,The delivery guy is very unfriendly, the CS team is not helpful at all. And until now I am still not sure would they send it on time or not. Definitely the worst experience I have ever have. And I would suggest everyone not using it

Delivery drivers if you can call them that dumped my furniture in boxes in the garden didn’t even try to bring furniture in to living room for two pensioners keep saying they don’t understand poor poor customer service would highly not recommend them stay clear

Absolutely awful. I wish there was a no star... All day I have been tracking my parcel and 10 minutes before my 2 hour window it is suddenly 'undeliverable'... Apparently it was never put on the van . Shoddy service from a company that simply doesn't care. Avoid at all costs...

It is hard to describe how comprehensively awful this company is. So far they have failed to deliver my item THREE times. That is three days off work waiting for them to not show up. No contact, no information, nothing. At no point in any of these failures did they proactively communicate. I had to chase to find out why they did not deliver each time. Customer service are either bots or teenagers copy/pasting stock responses that are worthless and only serve to defer legal responsibility. Customer service on the phone were incredibly rude and aggressive. Most of my emails have gone unanswered. Still no washing machine. No explanation, no help. Terrible company. Most normal people can understand how taking time off work 3 times for a delivery is difficult, but not ArrowXl, who told me "nobody asked you to take time off work to wait for a delivery" and that was that. If you have any choice at all, please do not use ArrowXL. They are incompetent, disinterested, and dishonest. I honestly can't recall a time in my life where I have had to deal with such terrible service at such a great personal cost as I have when dealing with ArrowXL. They will probably now just tell me to send the details of my complaint to one of their customer complaints addresses so they can ignore it privately. Again, please avoid these scam artists at all costs.

One is to much Faked photo delivery and my signature disgusting service Arrogant guy on the phone Would not recommend at all Horrible service still waiting to hear back from guy I spoke to Feel free to contact me regarding this matter
