“Rhiannon answered all my questions, excellent product knowledge, followed up with the supplier re an enquiry on timing for a newer product, got back to me within 15 minutes and sorted out the shipping and payment. Lovely phone manner, a credit to your company. Such a shame this level of service is becoming almost impossible to find. Well done Rhiannon, well done Yes Medical.”
