We're not disrupting an existing market, we're creating a new one. There are plenty of companies supplying commodity products at cheaper prices, it's the easy way in and so that's fair enough, we're not against that. However, through in depth market research it was established that there is a share of the market who are extremely fired up and passionate about the equipment they use and were looking for a more proactive supplier that could consistently supply not just the "market standard" level of product but a "best in the world" level of product, in each key area at a more affordable price.

Simply put our target market is passionate professionals who are seeking a supplier of the world's best products, world's best range, at a more affordable rate along with outstanding customer service.

Madeyln was very helpful today. She quickly realised that although the order was placed last week it was not processed. She has since done this and I'm sure our order will be delivered in no time. Many thanks.

At a very emotional time for me your consultant was beautiful. Her name was Debbie and if I could have given her a hug over the phone I would have. My mum was on palliative care and I was having trouble sourcing a catheter pack for her. Debbie was able to source a comparable pack to the pack I was asked to get for the catheter change. Debbie was everything she needed to be and more. My mum passed away a couple of days ago and I am emotional but my interaction with Debbie made me feel I wasn't on the journey by myself. She could have never known what she did for me that day. Many thanks Donna Robinson

They took awhile longer to answer the phone this time around however they were.able to get my product neck collar and send to the alternative address. I wish their couriers would leave parcels at the door

I ordered 5 cartons of Kleenex Hand towels but only 4 delivered. My secretary who accepted the goods said the driver took a picture so you can easily check to see if the right amount delivered. After a few phone calls I was promised it will be delivered on Thursday last week. 2 days later we still have not received the good. This is the first time I use the company, I thought I will give them a try. After this experience I wonder if I will use them again

As per the screenshot we emailed through, the couriers did confirm that it was going to be delivered Thursday: I advised them immediately that it had not been delivered and they confirmed they were doing depot searches. As discussed, we resent the goods free shipping and are arranging the credit for the original order. We are so sorry for the inconvenience of this delivery, and will ensure the next order you place with us will be our usual next-day delivery with the 5-star service we are known for ✨

We have been wanting to buy a reasonably expensive walking frame from Astir for 6 months now. The first consultant just didn't call me back and pretty much ignored me and the second consultant that i am now talking with has pretty much done the same thing. the service is appalling and to be honest, I'm not sure why manufacturers would use these guys. I would have brought the walking machine 4 months ago if someone, anyone would help me at ASTIR.

Highly impressed with the speed and efficiency of processing the order. I would have purchased the holder to fit the Swann-Morton surgical blade but couldn't find it on the website I paid by credit card, and my bank statement said the transfer was successful - but several days later I got an emailed request for payment from Accounts
