Was in a virtual queue for over an hour. When it was my turn it said ‘redirecting you to B&Q page’... But redirected me to another virtual queue for 59 minutes. Not happy at all.

Try getting in touch using a Ouija board, you might have more success!!!! Ordered items over a month ago, appealing!!!!! Some of the staff are wearing masks, reminds me of a certain Mr. Turpin!!!! Just don't bother, read the reviews.

Click and collect what a complete and utter joke. A 3 year old could run a better service, paid for 17 items to be told 9 days !!!! later they were not in stock. Still waiting for a refund, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

After 10days I got an email picture of a bar code nothing else so I assumed it was my turn got there, waited in qu for forty mins got to burger King when a bloke was coming up the line to inform me that from then there was a 3 hour wait, bear in mind I went on Sunday to be told they were not doing it that day, if they keep their website up to date for the people who keep their company going we could have a better understanding as we know we are in unprecedented times, but I will leave my refund till a later date I will not be buying from bnq again.

Rubbish waited 3 hours to pick up materials to do a customers roof that's was open due to the fact B&Q said they had what I needed in stock after 3 hours sat in there car park waiting for click and collect and a customer with out a roof I was told we don't have it in stock I have paid for it already can they not do stock checks before they take your money and a refund is a joke now I have to explain to my customer they have no roof until I source out more materials ridicules.

Absolute shambles from ordering to attempting to collect. Received an email saying to come to the store from 8am today waited in a long queue to be told that in fact my order was not ready. Ordered same item from Argos, paid online, instant click and collect, waited less than 10 minutes, collected item then home. Don't take people's money if you can't deliver a service. Maybe you should contact Argos for some advice....

Absolute shambles. Don't waste your time. After waiting over an hour on Tuesday I finally got on the site and placed my order for a small charcoal bbq and coals etc. Read all the blurb, paid and was notified to wait for confirmation before going to the store. I received an email saying my order would be ready for collection anytime after 8am today. Just home, still fuming.... waited in a queue of cars for over half an hour to be told that in fact my order was not ready..... Asked to speak to someone from management to be fobbed off with an excuse that it's head office's fault. Perhaps if they had thought of getting a memeber of staff to go down the line of cars letting people know that wouldn't have been too difficult? I wasn't the only one turned away. Poor show. Went online to Argos, ordered a small bbq etc, paid online and went off to collect it instantly. Only had to wait for 10 minutes to collect. Maybe someone should take note...you won't be getting my money again.

Shocking why put things on a website for sale that says in stock when in reality there's nothing. Keeps you waiting for an hour for nothing

Placed an order online after waiting around 2 h to get on their website. I order some timber and then wait for their confirmation. I receive text message after 3 days at 6 am in the morning that my order is ready to collect so I went to the store as soon as they opened at 8 am. Been waiting 2.5h for 10 timber boards that they couldn't find. Car park was full and they are trying to sort 3200 orders at the same time. They moved me all around the car park from A to F then to E. I had huge surprise when my timber boards arriwed. I honestly think that this is the perfect opportunity for stores like B&q to sell everything that they didn't sell before due to poor quality. The worst timber I ve ever seen. Noticed few other customers disappointed and looking to return some paving that was scratched all over. I wouldn't take that timber even if they would just give away.

I ordered some small (but vital) items on 6th April for a job I'm doing (replacing gutters and downpipes on a customer's house). Got an email straight away telling me NOT to come to stire until notified etc. I know how to follow instructions so waited and got on with other things. Got email on 13th saying items ready. Wen to store today (15th) to collect. Lots of cars in carpark so parked alongside. B&Q worker came out and asked me when I placed order and did I get phone call saying they were ready. I was a bit surprised at this as I'd followed instructions and printed off the confirmation email ad brought photo ID. Anyway guy took my order number and said someone would come to my (numbered) bay with the goods. Girl came out with them after about 45 mins. Sorted. However in this time there were all sorts of a*******s coming up who obviously can't follow instructions and one **** was asking to speak to a manager as he couldn't get his stuff immediately. Follow the guidelines folks. It's not a normal time just now and this system will work if you let it

Tried and failed several times. You shouldn’t send emails saying collect on a certain day, to drive 25 miles to be told there’s a glitch you should wait for a call. You shouldn’t let people pay £100s for a delivery within 4 days to be told 2 days later you won’t get your delivery for 3 weeks. What’s the point. Better off closing and not pissing people off. Trying now to get refunds for £100s No one to talk to, feels impossible.

After seeing all the negative reviews, I think it's only fair to give praise where it's due. Picked up click and collect items from Warrington store today. Excellent service from Molly. Many thanks.

This “virtual queue” to enter v&q website is the most ridiculous thing ive heard! Corona virus destroyed most of our lives but been good for some companies like this one, which without competition can do what ever suites them, and then they gonna say: at this difficult time we are doing whatever we can....”!!

I Placed a order of a kitchen from b&q that would take 7 weeks to come. 5 working days before delivery I received a email that it would be curb side delivery due to covid 19, I then got a email 2 days later saying it has been put on hold!! I’m know in a position of not getting any information from store who tell me to call customer services who you can’t get through at all!! £2821 out of pocket and as much as these are hard times I find the no contact poor and won’t be using B&Q ever again and really struggled to give them 1 star
