Buying from this dodgy seller is like playing Russian Roulette All seems good with this seller until you receive a defective product. Good luck with trying to get a refund or replacement. They have standard responses as quoted below: "Thank you for your feedback regarding order 54512073. We want to express our genuine apology for all inconvenience caused. We are sincerely sorry for the situation. We would suggest you check the warranty clearly next time. We beg your understanding." They can beg all they like but I simply cannot understand why they will not refund the full value of the product if it is defective. I purchased a smart watch which stopped working just after a month. Trying to get a refund or replacement was a most tedious and frustrating experience. I gave up in the end and am posting this review.

Absoloute BS after sales service and they support criminals I bought a 3D printer for about $190 on 10 November. 2 weeks pass and it arrives in my country, I have to pay customs. That's fine. Then I hear that customs has chosen my package to be audited and I have to send proof of payment and various other documents. Turns out that Banggood.com's carrier gave incorrect information on the import tag, citing the value of the item as $104 and this incurred a heavy customs penalty of more than $200 which is being charged to me. I have questioned Banggood throughout this process and they give me similar responses all the time, this was the latest reply: "Dear Muhammad Cassiem, Thank you for your e-mail. About the order 56967234, we are sorry to hear that you have charged by the customs. We advise you to find out about the import regulations and tariffs of your country. And sometimes the price on the package will be revised by our shipping carrier in order to pass the customs inspection, which is actually beyond our control. However, we kindly inform you that customer is responsible for paying all customs charges and import duties if orders without a tariff insurance. Below you can find more information about our policies for the tariff (link removed) We suggest you buy the tariff insurance next time so that you will be eligible for a refund of its import duties. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to receiving your reply soon. Best regards, Stephanie" Which is essentially means "we don't want to hear anything its not our problem". It is their problem if they're choosing this carrier that has a well known history of FRAUD. Their tariff insurance also does not cover customs penalties so that doesn't apply at all. Banggood refuses to pay the fine or give up their carriers details so that they can pay the fine. They have offered me store credit. They also offered to refund me if I return the item but they do not mention refunding me the courier fees or the customs I have paid thus far. Banggoods carrier is Rong Yao Lu LTD and Banggood knows very well that Rong Yao undervalues items to pass through customs. This constitutes fraud and tax evasion. It appears that Banggood does not care. Currently my item is sitting at the cargo depot and will not be released until the fines are paid.

The worst shop ever! I got an offer in Black Friday for a Xiaomi laptop 13.3 intel i5-8250U, confirm me the order several times with service customer (I have the conversations saved) and delayed the sending for restock but it will be sent immediatly and after waiting from 26th November, today 9th December informed me that I have to pay 60 usd more because the offer was very low???Lieeer!I won't buy with them anymore, they don't deserve so many worries for their cheap stupidities..I cannot say what it will happen if the laptop won't work correctly, how are they going to answer if they want to steal from you after you order...

Absolutely terrible customer service. They sold me a bricked phone and refuse to stay true to the return policy they've referred me to several times. This company pretty much robbed me of over 100$. Absolutely would not suggest.

Bought a few things on Banggood. On some orders I didn't have problems, but on others I did. I bought a 3D printer and they cancelled my order saying the price was wrong. A few months later I bought the same printer again. A few days later they contacted me to tell the printer was out of stock and to ask me if I wanted to wait to be restoked or if I wanted a reimbursement. I told I wanted to wait and reinforced this decision two more times. After almost two months waiting they cancelled my order against my will. One week later the 3D printer was in stock again and now they want to force me to pay USD 60 more than I originally paid to send me the printer. Bottom line: if you have any problems (even the ones created by them) they will not solve to you.

Absolutely horrible service told them my item hasn't came after I wait 4 week know it lost I askof my money back only to by told "I'm sorry it's websites policy for you to wait 60 days before you request a refund" so I had to wait all that time just to get my money back really annoying people they are

Ordered a gimbal a month ago and the tracking info shows the very same ever since. Ordered a small digital voice recorder 2 days ago, still processing so I asked live chat what takes that long in processing a paid order. I was told they need to wrap it!!! Seriously, no kidding. Then the agent told me they'll urge the colleague to wrap it faster. Why??? I got no help at all, no answers to my queries, only a dozen apologies for the inconvenience..that's what I got... poor service, that was the list time I ordered from banggood

Ordered from the US warehouse to get my items faster comparing to ordering from China. They provide 3-7 days delivery time service. Waited 2 weeks, contacted customer service, they suggested to wait a week more. Buy from them if you are ready to wait a couple of months

This is possibly one of the worse online sellers I have come across. I ordered a replacement part for a Bosch tool according to the description on the Banggood website. The part that arrived was half the width of the original that was fitted to the tool. I contacted them using their frustrating contacts page and went through the rigmarole of having to send them photos and measurements of the item. After several emails they said they'd sent the correct part and this meant I couldn't return it for a refund or have a replacement. The item was not a direct replacement for the original part, but yet they washed their hands of the matter. Banggood are clearly a chinese company selling cheap chinese items. Customer service is appauling.

I bought couple of shoes from this store. They are basically $2.00 stuff made in China stupid cheap stuff they sell for $30-40. they are not even finished products. This company doesn't even know that their supplier in China sent the product or not. Just a garbage store making tons of money from people like me trying to spend less money to buy some products. what you get is garbage. when I send them email for support just empty promises. Please save your money or pay a little more and buy good stuff from some reputable companies in the USA.

I ordered a replacement cell phone on 7/10/18. It took them 4 days to ship it (I suppose I am too used to Amazon). I contacted them twice and both times were given empty promises (I will make sure we send it out right away the first said two days into the 4 day delay)... Then it was shipped and lost in NYC at customs (arrived in customs on 7/23 it is now 8/16, still no package). I have contacted them several times for a refund. Again laughable empty promises and platitudes. All have told me they will reach out to the shipper to request that it ships (like the shipper does not know what to do with the package... should we ship this one or keep it on the truck...), further, none know which shipper has it at the moment so I guess they will call all of them (how many shippers could there be in the USA anyway), lol. I hear lots of "we are sorry" (yes they are sorry - probably the sorriest company I have done business with this year in fact), and one told me that she hopes it will arrive soon - I responded by telling her why stop there, I hope for world peace and an end to hunger - sadly my hoping for things will not make them happen.

PURCHASE ELSEWHERE Worst customer service department and policies of any company I have traded with. Every company has defective goods and shipping errors but Banggood refuse to resolve any issues perpetually bouncing back automated replies to frustrate you to give up. To delete an account they insist on you uploading a video! I will NEVER purchase from Banggood again.

I purchased a product from Banggood early one month and received confirmation of the sale and tracking info for the product. The tracking info did not update and indicated the destination as a different country. THREE weeks later, Banggood Customer Service contacts me to say that my product is out of stock and ask if I wouldn't mind waiting 1 week for shipment. This would make 4 weeks before even shipping the item. Confused, I show them my receipts and they have no clear answer, but it's clear my order was never shipped. Their "customer service" involved stalling with slow email correspondence for 1 week and eventually refunding my order even though I expressly ask for a replacement to be shipped ASAP. Poor communication, inability to follow instructions, falsified shipping documents, and slow delivery are all reasons I will not shop with Banggood in future.
