sent me a broken item only cost £5 very difficult to get a refund they asking me upload videos from youtube send receipt how did I pay for it when they already know I used PayPal would never use them again scammers!!!

If you are in the UK i would advise you not to use this site. I received an email informing me of a customs problem and giving me options as to what I wanted to do the email reply address was not possible to reach. I do not know if I will ever get the order or a refund ???

Ordered asmartphone on the on Jan 17 2019 cost AU$1055.02. Checked tracking everyday for 3 weeks, nothing showing up. Emailed EMS agent, no record on file in regards to the tracking number, no paper work nothing. Emailed banggood and told them of the situation, they replied with an email "saying Chinese Spring Festival (chinese New Year) here everything closed down", "item has been dispatched and will be delivered within 7 - 14 days check tracking in 2 - 3 days". Emailed them on the 15th of feb and said I am not hppy with your reason, order was made 21 days before the festival started. After my response got an email saying "We will need 3-5 days to check the problem of your order 60252570 with the logistics company and our warehouse." This is after they have said they sent it for a second time. I emailed them 4 days after the "second posting of the item" and said there was till no tracking information. reply was: "sorry for the waiting. About the order 60252570, it might get lost on the way. Then we could make refund as the item is out of stock right now. Could you kindly refuse the parcel in case it arrived there later or repay the parcel if you accept it? Is that acceptable for you?" I agreed to it, and I would be happy to pay them back if the item was delivered after the refund given. 21st of feb email from banggood saying... Thank you for shopping on Banggood and sorry for the delayed delivery. We have arranged a refund of your order 60252570 as you requested. You will receive the refund to the same payment method you used to place this order. Refund amount: AU$1,055.02 Refund arrival time once approved: PayPal Express Checkout - Within one business day We apologize for the inconvenience caused. If you have any other inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us. 24th Feb I emailed saying, refund had not showen up. reply I got was.. Thank you for the contact. So sorry for the delayed process due to the Chinese Spring Festival/weekend here. We will ask the related guy to refund your payment in priority. Could you check your Paypal account wihin 24 hours? Any other question, you could feel free to contact with us. 24 hours after 26th feb...no refund.... 27th feb I emailed. " Hurry up with the refund, I need the funds back so I can order another phone before I leave for a holiday". Reply was. Thank you for the reply. We could make refund for order 60252570. But it shows the dispute is opened here. Would you please kindly close it first and then we will arrange in the shortest time? We are looking forward to your reply soon. My response was, You have mucked me around for more than 6 weeks, refund me then I will close the disput So still I wait.. I 100% do not recommend Banggood.com at all

By far the worst company ever. They shipped me a defective product and I am trying to get a refund or replacement of the defective product. I already sent pictures and described the situation. The ask me to send videos onto Youtube, and 1001 other things to convince them the item is defective and if I don't they won't give me a refund/ send a replacement. I have contacted their after sales department and they have given me three different email addresses since our first conversation They are not a reputable company and their sales team will not give you any solutions. The latest email that they sent specified that I need to provide a tracking number to them for shipping the item back to them, and they will deduct the original shipping fee and insurance fee from the product It is now your responsibility to issue a shipping label so that I can send the item back to you and get a refund. threatening me to deduct shipping fees and insurance fees from the product is considered poor customer service. They refused to issue a shipping label to me shows that they have no intention of solving the problem. Hence I have no reason to believe that they will issue a refund or replace the damaged product that you gave me. Do not buy any item from Banggood if you value your money and you don't want to get cheap quality products which break instantly

Ordered item on Chinese New Year sale, order was processed and charged via PayPal, 8 days later they send me e-mail - Item is out of order you can wait or get refund. Shure I choose refund since item is still for sale on their site but at the twice of the price. Cheaters! No business any more with them.

Order two items. Got one in 15 days. After over a month all I get from customer service is "keep waiting". Chat puts you in a 70+ queue every time, just to ignore you at the end.

Bought items from them.never received what I paid for they keep telling me in Japan they was celebrating so holiday never will buy from these scam artist again anyone who's stupid will buy from these criminals.

I ordered 8 items from the american wearhouse. That was back on 12/28/2018. Here it is 1/17/2019 and 5 of the 8 haven't arrived and there all being shipped from China:( Don't buy from this company!!!

Ordered two pairs of shoes in Oct 18. Have not received any after 3 months. Au Post said they have returned a pair at end of Nov to sender and another pair early Dec 18 due to incomplete address (they left out my parcel locker number). Discussed with BG regarding the order.. they promised to refund two weeks ago but nothing happened since. what a lousy online store!

Had a DOA product they wouldn't refund full price Had a DOA product, which shipped from China. No markings or instructions on the direction to put batteries, subsequently doesn't matter because the unit started to smell of fire/smoke after inserting batteries. The build quality was horrible. The refund was a nightmare! They are still trying to get me to pay for shipping. Essentially they are having Americans pay for the shipping of defective items for us to throw in our waste fields vs there own. Pretty good scam getting people to pay for your garbage! This company also makes you go through paypal so you don't chargeback. If you chargeback then paypal will charge you for the chargeback. Would only do business with this site if I HAD too. Search around and find a better supplier. Everything is email based no live person, if you do live chat they are HORRIBLE, and can't offer anything but route your question/issue to email support. Takes days or weeks to get anything done.

After a long delay in shipping, the product arrived broken. After dozens of emails and pictures, they tell me a replacement part will arrive in 15 days. It's been two months and no part. Repeated attempts to request a refund go unanswered...

They refused to cancel my order 61475968 They refused to cancel my order within 45min since I placed the order and i discovered the specification in product page are wrong. My order is not shipped yet. They are scam .

Can't get through to find out status of my orders. Sent an email via the web site and it came back as undeliverable. Tried to get on live chat and I was 124th in line. After 10 minutes I was 121st. At that rate I would have had to wait almost 7 hours to chat with someone. Have not tried the phone #, which is an international number, which would cost money. Their guarantee of a shipping time is a joke. My items are at least 3 weeks to over a month, the post office has been notified they are coming, but they never arrive. If this is the service you want, order from this company at its low, low prices. But only if you don't mind getting old while you're waiting!

Good selection of phones and other electrical item at a good price. Haven't had to best customer service experience with them yet. They don't always reply to messages and the return processing is a bit strange... if you say the item doesn't work, the insist on you sending a video of it?? Is still a good site to shop on but have to wait a long time for some items..

Please don't purchase from banggood. They are so Careless I've ever seen in my life. That's why we call China Product. Sorry to say but this is truth. I ordered a Ruizu X02 8GB 1.8 Inch Screen HIFI FM Alarm Clock MP3 Music Player - Black. Though I got this product within 11 days but inside the box the Earphone was missing. How it is possible if they are promising that there will be 1 x RuiZu X02 8G Mp3 Player & 1 x USB Cable &1 x Earphone &1 x Manual inside the box. I already Mailed them many times & waiting for the final reply. Even they are not publishing my Review for the Product purchase experience. This is really a Fraud kind of business !!!

Buying from this dodgy seller is like playing Russian Roulette All seems good with this seller until you receive a defective product. Good luck with trying to get a refund or replacement. They have standard responses as quoted below: "Thank you for your feedback regarding order 54512073. We want to express our genuine apology for all inconvenience caused. We are sincerely sorry for the situation. We would suggest you check the warranty clearly next time. We beg your understanding." They can beg all they like but I simply cannot understand why they will not refund the full value of the product if it is defective. I purchased a smart watch which stopped working just after a month. Trying to get a refund or replacement was a most tedious and frustrating experience. I gave up in the end and am posting this review.

Absoloute BS after sales service and they support criminals I bought a 3D printer for about $190 on 10 November. 2 weeks pass and it arrives in my country, I have to pay customs. That's fine. Then I hear that customs has chosen my package to be audited and I have to send proof of payment and various other documents. Turns out that Banggood.com's carrier gave incorrect information on the import tag, citing the value of the item as $104 and this incurred a heavy customs penalty of more than $200 which is being charged to me. I have questioned Banggood throughout this process and they give me similar responses all the time, this was the latest reply: "Dear Muhammad Cassiem, Thank you for your e-mail. About the order 56967234, we are sorry to hear that you have charged by the customs. We advise you to find out about the import regulations and tariffs of your country. And sometimes the price on the package will be revised by our shipping carrier in order to pass the customs inspection, which is actually beyond our control. However, we kindly inform you that customer is responsible for paying all customs charges and import duties if orders without a tariff insurance. Below you can find more information about our policies for the tariff (link removed) We suggest you buy the tariff insurance next time so that you will be eligible for a refund of its import duties. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to receiving your reply soon. Best regards, Stephanie" Which is essentially means "we don't want to hear anything its not our problem". It is their problem if they're choosing this carrier that has a well known history of FRAUD. Their tariff insurance also does not cover customs penalties so that doesn't apply at all. Banggood refuses to pay the fine or give up their carriers details so that they can pay the fine. They have offered me store credit. They also offered to refund me if I return the item but they do not mention refunding me the courier fees or the customs I have paid thus far. Banggoods carrier is Rong Yao Lu LTD and Banggood knows very well that Rong Yao undervalues items to pass through customs. This constitutes fraud and tax evasion. It appears that Banggood does not care. Currently my item is sitting at the cargo depot and will not be released until the fines are paid.

The worst shop ever! I got an offer in Black Friday for a Xiaomi laptop 13.3 intel i5-8250U, confirm me the order several times with service customer (I have the conversations saved) and delayed the sending for restock but it will be sent immediatly and after waiting from 26th November, today 9th December informed me that I have to pay 60 usd more because the offer was very low???Lieeer!I won't buy with them anymore, they don't deserve so many worries for their cheap stupidities..I cannot say what it will happen if the laptop won't work correctly, how are they going to answer if they want to steal from you after you order...
