Banggood are a bunch of liars who will tell you what you want to hear and then do nothing. You would have to be an idiot to deal with this company.

I placed an order with Banggood, provided them my shipping address which was clearly displayed in the payment confirmation email from PayPal as well as the transaction details on my PayPal account... What does Banggood do, they go and ship the order to the wrong address and then refuse to refund or re-ship the order? Where's the logic? Although PayPal will undoubtedly come to the rescue and refund me the transaction, do your selves a favour, use eBay and stay far away from Banggood as you have very little recourse when something goes wrong and rest assured...it will!

Banggood, the company who take payment for goods the are not holding in stock, now has a new twist. When you get a refund they will actually keep your cash. That's right they will hang on to your refund and turn in to what amounts to store credit, or BGpay as they call it. Unbelievable! But it gets worse. If you decide to sign up to use your own refund, and if the goods cost slightly more, you cant use it, your own credit! But thankfully you can top up BGpay FOR $100.....minimum I have used Banggood for a number of years they where ok-ish The last couple of orders I got refunded for not being in stock. Now they have the audacity to just keep your cash, Complain and you get a nice cut an paste invitation to the hilarious named customer service. There answers read like fortune cookies saying nothing and sounding cryptic. Read the reviews on review website. You have been warned, use this company at your peril.

Banggood my experience, ordered Winter coat turned out to be a corduroy shirt. Returned at my own cost, they wanted a tracker ID, the postage cost would have been almost the cost of the item. So returns not economically viable, lesson learnt you get what you pay for, best to make a donation to a charity, rather than throw it away in their direction.

courier service didnot deliever to me but insisting they took back parcel from my door step,actually nobody try to deliver. this is not fair to charge me double postage. it totally cheat.

A One Star rating is too good for this company. I purchased shoes and blouse. They did not fit and poor quality. I tried to return them working through customer service. After many hours of chats and emails, I sent the items back and they said "too bad". No refund. I will NEVER buy from this company again and will tell all of my friends not to do so as well.

I preordered Original Xiaomi Roborock S55 and waited about 2 months than they cancel my order. Meanwhile I opened countless support ticket. All answers are full of lies. Then today I received a message that they cancelled my order automatically. (sense something?) My order number was 62546944.

I place an order with banggood for a tablet and case, on April 11th, on April 19th my order was still in processing status, I contact Banggod which first told me my order was cancel, That they will refund me but wasn't able to provide the date. Because of lack of customer service, not enough info by chatting and sending varios email and chating to different agents, I placed a paypal complaint, then banggod wanted to force me to close the paypal complain, saying they will not ship or refund if I didnt close the complain. Paypal accepted my complain and refunded me since my ordes was in backorder never shipped and banggod was planning to keep my money. Bunch of thieves

i want say how bad is this company Banggood and want worn all buyer that they do frode. i bought a lipo battery Transaction amount: £43.36 GBP i ordered as they show on their website a lipo 3s 5000ha T plug but guess what they sended a TRX plug so i told them and no action was taken they just disappear. wasted money time and never more buy to them and will not recommande to anyone stand far away.

the fulfillment process is just horrible. they will lure you in with fast shipping options but will then take their own sweet time to actually ship out the item. customer service has also gone down the drain in recent years and is among one of the worst there is right now. price wise is is usually one of the most expensive as well. worth keeping only just to compare prices. if you do end up buying something and a problem arises, just go to paypal immediately it is a waste of time talking with their customer service.

I ordered a package from banggood with a estimated shipping time of 23 days.. one month later i am yet to receive my package, i then contact banggood regarding this and there with a response of pretty much that’s too bad but you didn’t get traffic insure so its not our problem but we hope you have a great day... VERY UNHAPPY and i horrible first experience with banggood!

An item was ordered from banggood that was for Europe instead of North American power requirements (different plug and 220V 50Hz instead of 110V 60 Hertz). It was in the fine print and not in the description. I contacted them immediately 20 minutes after the order, they said the order was "processed" and could not be changed. They said refuse the item or return to sender upon receiving it and they will refund no problem. When I did receive it, it was opened at my door. I went to the post office they would not accept because it was opened. I paid to have it returned to sender. I watched the tracking until it reached its destination. The post office sent me an email of the signature of the receiver. I emailed Banggood and they continue to be vague and go in circles around the point. They said to return the item to them in China not to a warehouse where it came from. They will not do anything about it. I called the warehouse they speak Chinese and hang up on me I guess due to a language barrier. I have spoke to online chat and am told they cannot refund me due to not contacting them prior to sending it back. I contacted them prior to receiving it and prior to sending it back. They never told me to send to a Chinese address.. just to return to sender. The sender was from the warehouse as far as the postal company could tell!! As that was the return address on the shipping label. They will also not give me this Chinese address (and its too late now anyways but still wont provide it). Their emails are like speaking with a 4-year-old child, their online chat is also terrible they use fake names and stock photos and just try and quote statements from their return policy that I did follow so in reality doesnt make any sense to validate their defense. Its like trying to speak with a stubborn child. They will not refund they will not rectify the issue or call their warehouse where it was sent to. They just keep sending me the same email when I inquire about it. I even told them I will accept store credit instead of a refund in order to get the right product. In 15 years of purchasing online I have never been ripped off or seen such terrible customer service. Actually insulted to be quite honest by their responses. I would attach emails if I could to illustrate the point I am trying to make. This is just a scamming company with the worst customer service I have EVER!!!!!!!!! Seen. Stick with Amazon or Ebay or reputable companies. Avoid Banggood lke the plague……. 120$ totally wasted and nothing to show for it except a lot of wasted time sending emails back and forth and significant time on online chat trying to resolve this.

My first order, kept it low value just in case I had any problems. Good job I did as my goods arrived in England but could be delivered as the address was printed with no house number and the road printed three times! According to Banggood it was my responsibility and not their's that it was sent. Despite many emails they would not accept any responsibility, after threatening to report to PayPal they offered a refund of 50% if I agreed to pay to return postage costs to China!! I escalated the claim to PayPal and they immediately made arrangement for a full refund. I have made my feelings clear to the company and I for one will avoid them in the future.

Worse support ever. I bought a smartwatch after 2 months the display stop working and after waiting for 6month of for repair they end up telling me that the smartwatch was lost and they couldn't refund me! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

sent a jacket back about 3 weeks ago because it was wrong size,was sent an email saying i would get a refund.i paid nearly $200 australian.they offered me 25 usd.all they had to do is send me xl australian size and i would have been happy with that.also cost me $50 aud to send it back....rip off bastards !!!!

I made one purchase of shoes from these guys and ordered in US not Ozzie so I went on live chat within 1 hour of purchasing, I was told it's too late to change. sent an email asking to change and its all too hard for them. Now I get their advertising junk every few hours... I have called them , went online to unsubscribe many times all without success. Their quick to take your money and that's where their service ends...never again
