the fulfillment process is just horrible. they will lure you in with fast shipping options but will then take their own sweet time to actually ship out the item. customer service has also gone down the drain in recent years and is among one of the worst there is right now. price wise is is usually one of the most expensive as well. worth keeping only just to compare prices. if you do end up buying something and a problem arises, just go to paypal immediately it is a waste of time talking with their customer service.

I ordered a package from banggood with a estimated shipping time of 23 days.. one month later i am yet to receive my package, i then contact banggood regarding this and there with a response of pretty much that’s too bad but you didn’t get traffic insure so its not our problem but we hope you have a great day... VERY UNHAPPY and i horrible first experience with banggood!

An item was ordered from banggood that was for Europe instead of North American power requirements (different plug and 220V 50Hz instead of 110V 60 Hertz). It was in the fine print and not in the description. I contacted them immediately 20 minutes after the order, they said the order was "processed" and could not be changed. They said refuse the item or return to sender upon receiving it and they will refund no problem. When I did receive it, it was opened at my door. I went to the post office they would not accept because it was opened. I paid to have it returned to sender. I watched the tracking until it reached its destination. The post office sent me an email of the signature of the receiver. I emailed Banggood and they continue to be vague and go in circles around the point. They said to return the item to them in China not to a warehouse where it came from. They will not do anything about it. I called the warehouse they speak Chinese and hang up on me I guess due to a language barrier. I have spoke to online chat and am told they cannot refund me due to not contacting them prior to sending it back. I contacted them prior to receiving it and prior to sending it back. They never told me to send to a Chinese address.. just to return to sender. The sender was from the warehouse as far as the postal company could tell!! As that was the return address on the shipping label. They will also not give me this Chinese address (and its too late now anyways but still wont provide it). Their emails are like speaking with a 4-year-old child, their online chat is also terrible they use fake names and stock photos and just try and quote statements from their return policy that I did follow so in reality doesnt make any sense to validate their defense. Its like trying to speak with a stubborn child. They will not refund they will not rectify the issue or call their warehouse where it was sent to. They just keep sending me the same email when I inquire about it. I even told them I will accept store credit instead of a refund in order to get the right product. In 15 years of purchasing online I have never been ripped off or seen such terrible customer service. Actually insulted to be quite honest by their responses. I would attach emails if I could to illustrate the point I am trying to make. This is just a scamming company with the worst customer service I have EVER!!!!!!!!! Seen. Stick with Amazon or Ebay or reputable companies. Avoid Banggood lke the plague……. 120$ totally wasted and nothing to show for it except a lot of wasted time sending emails back and forth and significant time on online chat trying to resolve this.

My first order, kept it low value just in case I had any problems. Good job I did as my goods arrived in England but could be delivered as the address was printed with no house number and the road printed three times! According to Banggood it was my responsibility and not their's that it was sent. Despite many emails they would not accept any responsibility, after threatening to report to PayPal they offered a refund of 50% if I agreed to pay to return postage costs to China!! I escalated the claim to PayPal and they immediately made arrangement for a full refund. I have made my feelings clear to the company and I for one will avoid them in the future.

Worse support ever. I bought a smartwatch after 2 months the display stop working and after waiting for 6month of for repair they end up telling me that the smartwatch was lost and they couldn't refund me! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

sent a jacket back about 3 weeks ago because it was wrong size,was sent an email saying i would get a refund.i paid nearly $200 australian.they offered me 25 usd.all they had to do is send me xl australian size and i would have been happy with that.also cost me $50 aud to send it back....rip off bastards !!!!

I made one purchase of shoes from these guys and ordered in US not Ozzie so I went on live chat within 1 hour of purchasing, I was told it's too late to change. sent an email asking to change and its all too hard for them. Now I get their advertising junk every few hours... I have called them , went online to unsubscribe many times all without success. Their quick to take your money and that's where their service ends...never again

The shirt I ordered as a gift for my husband arrived within the shipping window and was in good condition but it was the wrong size. I wanted to exchange it for a larger size, but I have had no success getting through a ridiculous information loop on banggood's website, and there was no return information provided with the shipment. After spending considerable time trying to figure it out, I am giving up and giving the shirt to a friend of smaller build. But I will never order from banggood again.

Order stuff from Banggood from China order#61042288 and do not receive my order after 1 month. E-mail back and forth about it but Banggood said it was my fault for not buying extra insurance so they will not get me replacement or refund. Will not buy or recommend to buy from Banggood unless you want to loose your money, if you buy from it, use Paypal so you can get your money back.

When customer service seems to be a forbidden flower hidden in the Sahara desert! True in all ! This website is not promising to sell first class items. We all know that. Yet, through coupons, offers and medium product quality it manages to balance quality and price. At a low level, but balanced enough. Unlesss… something goes wrong. In case your order “goes south” you are doomed. Totally. I noticed an item under a special discount(via coupon) and decided to place an order. As I was finalizing the order a glitch to their system declined my credit card. Been to on line ordering for years, so I said “no big deal” I will do it again. The second time the system accepted my credit, but remove the coupon. I didn’t noticed the coupon was removed and placed the order. Been to on line ordering for years, so I said “no big deal” I will send an email to the customer service team and ask for a refund to the value of $28.50. That was the extra I was charged, as the coupon failed the second time. Yes, this is about $28.50. Twenty days later, more than 50 emails later, they refuse to refund the astronomical amount of $28.50 caused by a glitch to their system. Been to on line ordering for years, so I say with certainty: Never seen that again. Never! So, go ahead and gamble with Banggood. I did and lost. Lost money, lost time, lost a customer. Oops! they lost a customer. A life time one. By the way, a screenshot can prove duration and volume of correspondence. To whom ever wishes to confirm the story.

Very very Bad product Quality, My Order No is  60813831 n tr No ALJCC9030000284YQ two months late Deliver item and very Bad product Quality totally Cheating. I don't buy any product on Banggood. Totally Careless service. I am Daily chat with Banggood Customer care but not Responsible and Product Quality is very very useless, wastege of Money.

I purchased a SJRC Z5 5G Wifi FPV With 1080P Camera quad copter. The second time I used it I couldn't get a picture from the camera. I contacted them & was told I'd get a reply 24 hrs later. 5 days later and an email asking what is happening - nothing. I don't know where to go from here, 85 quid wasted? They CENSOR your posts, and will not publish negatives! Tried to post the following, but it was denied: "Product obviously arrived broken (see pictures). Packaging was thin and inadequate; basically, some foam wrap inside a flimsy plastic bag. No box, no padding, no wonder it was broken. Worst part is Banggood Customer Service--it sucks! I have been fighting with them every day for a week to replace the broken item or refund my money, and they have given me the runaround or flat-out refused. I even purchased insurance on this item, and they still won't provide a refund. I have decided to no longer shop at Banggood. Their products are low-quality junk, their products take way too long to arrive (more than a month between placing the order and arrival!) and they provide poor service to the customer. Whenever I have had a problem, they try to pin the blame on me (Can you repair the item? Will the item still work?) or offer a low-ball refund ("Will you accept $20?" even though I paid $55!), and the resolution takes multiple emails over days or weeks. Completely unsatisfactory. Do yourself a favor and shop at Tmart.com or anywhere else but here. These guys are scam artists."

I tried to rate the product. They do not accept lower ratings on product. Also the user comments seems to be moderated as per their own rules. They attract people to rate by giving points. So obviously product rates are not genuine rates. Secondly refund process is very bad. I requested refund for bad quality product, but even after 10 days, no status change. Finally, their delivery team is bad. They have tie-up with some courier companies in India and they cannot locate address properly. They do not call us back if they are unable to deliver and return the product.
