“I received a DOA item. It is a 1/16 scale RC tank. The box is huge. They won't pay for shipping it back to them. I have been trying to get them to take the tank back for 2 weeks. They just keep saying they can only pay partial of the postage.. It clearly states on their website banggood is responsible for shipping on DOA items. They won't take the item back. I'm stuck with a broken item.”

“Spent $130+ dollars on a kit. The kit came without instructions, missing parts, and some of the parts were the wrong size (presumably for a different product). I contacted them and asked that they send the missing parts and the instructions. They offered a discount of about 10% but there was no way in which I could have gotten the product I bought to work. As in, no way to get the parts individually. I followed up explaining as much and they never responded again. Basically, they robbed me of the cost.”

“When I purchased a camera,(FireFly Q6), warehouse was listed as "CN",so I thought it surely won't take that long to arrive here in U.S. from Canada. Wrong, the warehouse is in China.Also Banggood didn't list any expected arrival delays until after purchase was made. Very deceptive on their part. So now I have to wait a month for my camera to arrive for my son's birthday, which is in a week. Very disappointed!”

“Bought a CNC Router. It came with an upgrade collet which was unusable due to excessive vibration. The PCB on the CNC router caught fire whilst running a job. Both issues I reported back to Banggood and they have just fobbed me off with no help or solution, They are not compliant with EU law and must be considered a risky place to buy from. Thanks god I was there when the board caught fire. Customer service is non existent.”

“I ordered women's fashion items and found the fabrics and finishing to be of very poor quality. The old saying is true here: you pay for what you get. I certainly won't be ordering again. Everything looks great in the photos but the actual product is very cheap.”

“Last November I bought a cellphone in the website. I never received the cellphone. After several emails to costumer service, they agreed to make the refund once that I close the case in Paypal. I close the case in Paypal but they never refund the money. DONT BUY IN THIS WEB if you dont want to lose your money.”

“Order # 14811662 for a Teclast x98 Pro received defective : shipped to China/Banggood for repair , received back w/out any repair done , shipped a second time : Tablet was lost somewhere is china as a result I am out over $475.00 & over 11 months loss of use and of course over 125 emails trying to solve issue. Finally I was paid $ 76.00 ....stay away from Banggood & Teclast NO Customer service they do not stand by their product.....NO service either !! Save your money ! I will give them a -5 ( minus five star ) if it exist!!!”

“I ordered two pairs of shoes at the same time. One pair arrived that were uncomfortable and cheap looking. The second pair never arrived and Banggood offered no refund nor replacement and simply blamed the post office. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. Save your money.”

“Don’t even bother shopping with this company! On April 10th 2019 I ordered some small FPV hobby parts from Banggood, on April 25th I got my order but all the parts except one were wrong. I immediately emailed them to tell them of their error and rather than shipping me the correct parts they wanted to give me a partial refund forcing me to pay for parts I didn't order and $8.60 for a $3.20 part, I refused this and told them just to send me the proper order they said OK but the parts were out of stock now and I will have to wait. I gave them plenty of time, they said it would be in stock on May 10th, 2019. I kept waiting and watching their website and their stock, still didn’t hear a thing from them so I emailed them asking for a tracking number, they again offered me a partial refund I told them I refuse to pay for their mistake so they said they would ship when in stock. The website said they were supposed to be back in stock on May 28th and their site said it was so I emailed them on April 28And they again said it was out of stock and for the third time offered me a partial refund asking me to pay for their mistake. I have Bought parts from all over the world including China have never had experience like this, not just that they are refusing to fix their error. Way too much frustration for only about $40.00 worth of parts! Very slow communication and bad service! Trust the reviews on this site and don't bother with banggood! I wish I had read the reviews on this website before I ordered from them, there is a reason why they got left in two stars do not buy from them! I would give the zero stars if I could!”

“This company can't be trusted with any sort of warranty/repair. I had a Tablet that was faulty within a couple of months, sent several email trying to get some sort of answer. That took at least a month of emails and it was decided that i had to return it for repair. They received it 14 weeks ago and since then i have not been able to get a sensible answer as to whats happening. The quote time for returning the Tablet to me was 9 weeks. Have contacted manufacturer and they say they have no record of the repair, go back to Banggood and they say the Tablet is in repair in spite of being told the manufacturer has no record. So i think the Tablet has gone missing, so i asked for a replacement or a credit only to be told the Tablet is away for repair. Things to note. You can't talk to any one You keep getting email replies that are all the same There is no attempt to sort out any problems Conclusion. If you can't afford to lose the your money don't deal with them In spite of professional web page they seems to have no staff or any idea of customer service. Just stay away from them it's not worth the trouble.”

“Ninjavan, the shipping agent which Banggood used is the idiot company. I have waited for almost 30 days, and I still havn't got anything. Goods arrived in Thailand but Ninjavan can't delivery it, even I told them to deliver again but they send it back to China. Many times I tried to cooperated with Ninjavan and Banggood but nothing better. Banggood said I should wait but Ninjavan said they will retry sending me (finally they send back to China) I lost my money for shipping fee, even it's not my guilty. I will never forgive for this!”

“I tried my first order with Banggood. I ordered a linen shirt, size L, my normal size. When it arrived it was not as pictured. The color was off and the material was very cheap. Plus, I would have needed to order a XXL to have it fit. I wanted to return it but they ask you to submit a video for proof of the problem and I would have to pay for shipping. For a $24 purchase not worth it. I will keep it and use it as a rag. Stay away!!”

“It took 4 weeks for company to tell me what I ordered was not in stock and would not ever be available. Cancelled order and was told it will take 8 days to process. I'm waiting for the refund. They have had my money over a month with no merchandise to deliver.”

“I placed an order with Banggood, provided them my shipping address which was clearly displayed in the payment confirmation email from PayPal as well as the transaction details on my PayPal account... What does Banggood do, they go and ship the order to the wrong address and then refuse to refund or re-ship the order? Where's the logic? Although PayPal will undoubtedly come to the rescue and refund me the transaction, do your selves a favour, use eBay and stay far away from Banggood as you have very little recourse when something goes wrong and rest assured...it will!”

“Banggood, the company who take payment for goods the are not holding in stock, now has a new twist. When you get a refund they will actually keep your cash. That's right they will hang on to your refund and turn in to what amounts to store credit, or BGpay as they call it. Unbelievable! But it gets worse. If you decide to sign up to use your own refund, and if the goods cost slightly more, you cant use it, your own credit! But thankfully you can top up BGpay FOR $100.....minimum I have used Banggood for a number of years they where ok-ish The last couple of orders I got refunded for not being in stock. Now they have the audacity to just keep your cash, Complain and you get a nice cut an paste invitation to the hilarious named customer service. There answers read like fortune cookies saying nothing and sounding cryptic. Read the reviews on review website. You have been warned, use this company at your peril.”
