This company sold me a drone that was dead on arrival. It was a pile of tat which cost me nearly £200. The company offered me a derisory refund offer to keep it which I declined. They told me to return the item, including batteries which they knew would not get through customs. Because I realised this, I removed the batteries before posting.The company pretend to use broken English to avoid answering questions and contradict themselves in every communication. The item got to the Guangzhou province and is now enroute back to the UK which will take up to 4 months because they have either given a false address, refused to pay the customs charge or refused delivery. Royal mail and PayPal will take no responsibility or refund any money. They have said that most Chinese companies like this are scam artists and make it impossible to return goods. They make it take 3-5 months to get the goods back so you can't get a refund through your credit provider. It's a well oiled machine to ensure people cannot return things. If you choose to buy from this company then beware because you have no right to a refund at all and nobody will do anything about it.

they messed up my account and sent it to my old address of 4 years ago would not send it to the right address or refund the money don't buy from them

Scam website!. I made a few small orders which were delivered, then I ordered some aluminium extrusions for £167.00, never arrived. when queried with Paypal, Banggood supplied the tracking information of the smaller orders. Do not use this website unless you want to be robbed.

Ordered 5th June 19 with delivery scheduled for 23rd June. Now 7th August and still waiting. Customer Services refuse to give refund so if it never comes £150.00 down the drain. Second time this has happened so will not be using this company again. There a small company trying to be Amazon

This company is the worst I have encountered. I ordered two tops from them. The photos show apparels of good quality, linen, etc. When you receive the items the quality is nothing like the ones shown in the photos. They are sooooo cheap I didn't know if it was okay for me to donate them to anybody. The "linen" top was acrylic and of really bad quality. I can't even identify the fabric of the second one. It was so cheap I couldn't even use it to dust furniture with it because it kept peeling. They are a fraud because they do exist but the products they show are not the product they sell. What a waste.

I will never recommend this site to anyone not even my enemy... I received a damaged package and I am still today trying to get it resolved, I just want the problem fixed by an exchange or refund. But Im just getting the runaround I am being offered points which are worth only $12 USD Really! or a % discount on my next purchase! I wouldint buy from them ever again, so why do I want a % discount!!! According to their site it says you can return a product if its damaged with in 7 days! I still cant even resolve it. I want this problem solved. not even their Chat site are willing to help, I spent one hour and a half chatting for nothing!!! I was very MAD and still upset I cant even get a refund or exchange yet!!!! Who ever reads this I encourage you to help me resolve this problem!!! I dont want deals I just want a refund or even an exchange.

This is the worst company in the world see this is why you only use American company when they make a mistake they refused to give you the right product or a refund and for weeks now they haven't resolved my issue or even make a tent to try all I wanted was a simple plug for my device they going to send me the plug so I have a product that I can't use in the United State this is why I only buy product from Amazon because Amazon they get it right company like this outside of the United States it's too much of a risk so please do not take chances little company like this cuz then refused to take the product back I refuse to give your money back Miss company no one should take the chance and do business with them because they want to blame you for their mistake and all I'm asking for is a plug it been almost two months and didn't have to go back and forth finally get the product somewhere else with the right plug been weeks now I got the product from somewhere else not a problem but this company still refuse to give me the right product still refuse to give me a plug still refuse to give me the refund still refuse to take back the product still refuse to fix the problem this is why this is the worst company in the world and no one should buy anyting from them because it's too much of a risk

very poor quality nothing like what's shown online. I have since returned the items of clothing but haven't heard from Banggood. Cost me £15.65 to return the items. I hope they will refund my my money.

BANGGOOD TRACKING NUMBERS ARE USELESS - THEY EVEN INVENT THEIR OWN NON EXISTANT SHIPPING COMPANIES AND DISTRIBUTION POINTS! I ordered two mobile phones from Banggood at the end of May 2019. The estimated delivery date was 28th June 2019. It is now 21st July 2019 and no delivery of either phone. I contacted Banggood customer services regarding the matter and they supplied tracking numbers for both phones. Both tracking numbers terminated at HUB Logistics at Longdon, UK having been received there on July 1st, 2019. I contacted this company directly and they were very annoyed that Banggood customers were complaining to them about late deliveries. They confirmed that they did not recognise either of the tracking numbers and that they did not operate a parcel delivery service in the UK, in fact they are a heavy haulage company only. With this in mind, I researched the two shipping companies supposedly handling my orders from Banggood, namely "EU Priority Mail" and "Royal Shipping" only to find that actually, both these companies are Banggood themselves, not separate shipping companies at all! On this basis, I demanded a refund of my total payment of 92 GBP from Banggood. They refused and asked me to wait a further 32 days......totally unacceptable. I am now taking out a claim with my credit card company and will never deal with this company again.

Unable to return socofi retro classic shoes due to very small size from PR to China. Returning shipping fee will be of $70(US) even they have a policy of returning at their cost. Even using paypal will not resolved issue neither better bussiness bureau mediation because they didnt had good faith and willing participation to resolve dispute. So they had an F from me and many other voices. But guess what, theres a GOD...

Banggood is the worst eCommerce store i have ever done business with, and what is even worse is the customer experience. I have ordered an electric scooter in May and 2.5 months later my scooter was still marked as shipped but not actually shipped, UPS verified this. Banggood told me to wait another 1 month instead of refunding me as they claim they do!! Never ever again from a Chinese website.

The first orders went well, but then an order of expensive batteries I got 1 battery less than ordered and paid. After complaining I got some points as compensation, the order of the missing battery suddenly got very high shipping costs far more than the compensation points (4x). Shipping times are moderately good. But for every item I bought I did a review and it appears that when you have even the slightest negative mentioning, even if it is minor, the review will not be posted. So forget the reviews on Banggood, you only see the best with 5 stars only! The interesting ones are not visible! This I see as scam, so the one star only.

(banggood.com ) In sintesi: ho spedito un cellulare per la riparazione in garanzia per un problema nella messa a fuoco della fotocamera (cellulare nuovo, usato neanche 6 mesi) dopo 7 mesi, ripeto 7 mesi, a oggi: 15 luglio 2019 dopo decine di mail di sollecito ancora non me l'hanno restituito... perderò telefono e soldi, fate un pò voi. Non acquisterò mai più nulla da questa azienda. Sconsigliatissima e poco seri, al limite della truffa.

Dear all Beware from Banggood I am sharing my experience with you as follows. I ordered many items ant the same day. But!! 1st order I ordered an item and pay for it but it reached me wrong item and I lost more than 50$. 2nd order I ordered many items and I received 5 off them defected (broken, missing parts) that cost me more than 66$. I contact BangGood regarding the items with pictures proves all my issues. The reply was 10$ refund!! While I spend more than 120$+shipping. Asked for returning the items and fully refund no answer back shame on you BangGood. Be careful all from this cheap company and no quality management. Best Regards To all

I've purchased from a number of these Chinese mega tech resellers in the past (e.g. Gear Best, Geek Buying, etc) without any problems, but in my experience Bang Good is at the bottom of the pile - definitely one to avoid. If you do happen to gamble your money on these cowboys, whatever you do, don't take out their customs insurance. This is supposed to protect against being charged import duty - however, when you make a claim you will be met with a barrage of requests for documentation which you simply won't have. You'll never get your compensation. Items advertised as being well stocked often miraculously go out of stock after you pay for your order - and the refund won't be as much as you paid in the first place! Items are poorly packed and arrive in poor condition. If you contact them then you will undoubtedly experience shockingly bad customer service too. Read the other reviews on here before placing an order. Note also that many positive reviews for Bang Good have been removed from this review site as they were considered suspicious. You have been warned!

Please be aware that Banggood is a criminal firm, headquartered in Dubai. Their only goal is to take your money, and they will succeed if you would deal with them. In my case, they sent me (from China to Canada) a wrong item after charging my card for $77. They sent it to me by FedEx though I paid for regular shipment and I did not ask for express delivery. The order was placed on June 6 and the wrong item, which I did not order and don't need, was delivered to me on the 19th (in two weeks by FedEx!). I was charged by FedEx extra $26 for delivery. It means I paid to both Banggood and FedEx but I received nothing for my money. Between June 24 and July 5, almost daily, I had correspondence with Banggood re: returning the wrong item or refunding. They said, "Customer need to responsible for paying the return shipping fees and if there are any customs duties when we receive the parcel, you will also be responsible for paying them." Returning the wrong item to China would cost me from $46 to $96. At the end of the day, (1) Banggood stole my money, (2) FedEx kindly agreed don't charge me for this delivery, and I lost $77. It is exclusively my fault because I did not read REAL reviews from REAL people who have dealt with Banggood. They are criminals.

it appears that they block all negative reviews. I tried to post negative review few times due to low quality and none of them got posted. If negative reviews are getting blocked, then we can never trust to any review there and any seller. Will never buy anything there again.
