“Don't buy @ Banggood. Here is just the story what happend to me and could also happen to you: Summary: Ordered the goggles over 3 months ago and still have no goggles and still waiting for my money although i paid the extra cash for the insurance. Long story: I contacted banggood a few times about me waiting for my item and the estimated shipping time of < 15 business days => They always told me to wait (no compensation, no reaction on mentioning my insurance). A few chats later i was told to wait until the 67 days are over (i don't know where this number comes from). After this 67 days i thought i was going to get my refund (remember the claim the refund within 1 businessday, if you pay for the insurance and the item doesn't arrive within the estimated shipping time!). After this i was told i don't get the refund, because my package is still on the way (and trackable) and i have to wait! Waiting for another 2 weeks i contacted banggood again and demanded the refund. The accapted it and told me the refund via paypal is going to take 7 days (not business days). After another week i contacted them again and just got some general excuses i should wait. Mentioning the refund within 1 business day just gets ignored. After another few chat i got a conformation about a ticket to banggood and that i want i refund (Why is there a ticket now? I already got the conformation for my refund in the chat...). I was told that the "escalated" my case and it is being processed with high priority, but i don't beleive a word of that. While talking to banggood i opened a case in paypal and banggood just gave the wrong tracking number to paypal and they closed the case. I don't know if they did it on purpose... Now i'm sitting here waiting for over 3 months now still got no goggles and banggood still has my money, so DON'T ORDER HERE OR YOU PROBABLY LOOSE YOUR MONEY Maybe the refund will be finished in a few weeks/months and i get my money, who knows.”

“very bad online shop, they promised to deliver goods for extra paid money up to 15 days but not able to deliver it for 45 days...really Chinese crooks, and get money back it will be another problem, they lie and repeated nonsense like trained monkeys....”

“BANGGOOD floods the internet with their BIG sales especially to people on Facebook. I got sucked in because I needed a nice case for my new Drone. They had the perfect case for my exact drone. I ordered the case and I was so happy when it came today until I opened the box and found the WRONG CASE FOR THE WRONG DRONE. I have attached the photo of the item I ordered on the left and what they shipped me on the right When you try to contact Banggood they make sure you cannot get to them no matter how hard you try. If you want to return the item YOU must pay shipping and they will refund a "partial amount". DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BANGGOOD”

“In July purchased a 3d printer. Banggood sent to a PO box 1300 miles away. asked them why and was told it was returned. Gave ma a choice of refund or ship again. Choose ship again. They then insisted I received item Paypal gave me a tracking number tha ended up in Korea. Had to involve my Credit Ccard Co. to get resolution in my favor, because paypal took their side and insisted I had this printer.”

“Items did not arrive, even though they were shipped with EU Priority Mail. Exchanged emails for 2 weeks on and they were saying the package should be at the local post office, because that's what "logistics replied", even though the tracking number clearly stated they were lying. Awful customer service, avoid them at all costs! If you absolutely need to buy from them, use PayPal, never a credit/debit card.”

“This is a scam. Be warned. I ordered a quad copter on Aug 4th. Add says ships in 7 to 14 days but it takes that long to process. Then I get an expected delivery date of Sept 9thand that it has shipped. OK Its coming from China right. No tracking info and when I contact customer service they tell me order was returned. Now its gonna take another month at least to get my refund. Don't do it man. Stick with Amaazon”

“a complete rip off waited over 6 weeks and still nothing spoke with online support and getting fobbed off and getting told to wait 2/3 weeks more what a joke i recommend getting refund from your own bank card company they will refund asap i did .....”

“I don't recommend this company. I asked for support from them because I didn't received my item and they didn't care. I received my parcel today after one month and 2 weeks, even if there it was written 7-15 working days... I'll not order from them never, the customer support its very bad, user experience the same, waiting time also...”

“This company sold me a drone that was dead on arrival. It was a pile of tat which cost me nearly £200. The company offered me a derisory refund offer to keep it which I declined. They told me to return the item, including batteries which they knew would not get through customs. Because I realised this, I removed the batteries before posting.The company pretend to use broken English to avoid answering questions and contradict themselves in every communication. The item got to the Guangzhou province and is now enroute back to the UK which will take up to 4 months because they have either given a false address, refused to pay the customs charge or refused delivery. Royal mail and PayPal will take no responsibility or refund any money. They have said that most Chinese companies like this are scam artists and make it impossible to return goods. They make it take 3-5 months to get the goods back so you can't get a refund through your credit provider. It's a well oiled machine to ensure people cannot return things. If you choose to buy from this company then beware because you have no right to a refund at all and nobody will do anything about it.”

“Scam website!. I made a few small orders which were delivered, then I ordered some aluminium extrusions for £167.00, never arrived. when queried with Paypal, Banggood supplied the tracking information of the smaller orders. Do not use this website unless you want to be robbed.”

“Ordered 5th June 19 with delivery scheduled for 23rd June. Now 7th August and still waiting. Customer Services refuse to give refund so if it never comes £150.00 down the drain. Second time this has happened so will not be using this company again. There a small company trying to be Amazon”

“This company is the worst I have encountered. I ordered two tops from them. The photos show apparels of good quality, linen, etc. When you receive the items the quality is nothing like the ones shown in the photos. They are sooooo cheap I didn't know if it was okay for me to donate them to anybody. The "linen" top was acrylic and of really bad quality. I can't even identify the fabric of the second one. It was so cheap I couldn't even use it to dust furniture with it because it kept peeling. They are a fraud because they do exist but the products they show are not the product they sell. What a waste.”

“I will never recommend this site to anyone not even my enemy... I received a damaged package and I am still today trying to get it resolved, I just want the problem fixed by an exchange or refund. But Im just getting the runaround I am being offered points which are worth only $12 USD Really! or a % discount on my next purchase! I wouldint buy from them ever again, so why do I want a % discount!!! According to their site it says you can return a product if its damaged with in 7 days! I still cant even resolve it. I want this problem solved. not even their Chat site are willing to help, I spent one hour and a half chatting for nothing!!! I was very MAD and still upset I cant even get a refund or exchange yet!!!! Who ever reads this I encourage you to help me resolve this problem!!! I dont want deals I just want a refund or even an exchange.”

“This is the worst company in the world see this is why you only use American company when they make a mistake they refused to give you the right product or a refund and for weeks now they haven't resolved my issue or even make a tent to try all I wanted was a simple plug for my device they going to send me the plug so I have a product that I can't use in the United State this is why I only buy product from Amazon because Amazon they get it right company like this outside of the United States it's too much of a risk so please do not take chances little company like this cuz then refused to take the product back I refuse to give your money back Miss company no one should take the chance and do business with them because they want to blame you for their mistake and all I'm asking for is a plug it been almost two months and didn't have to go back and forth finally get the product somewhere else with the right plug been weeks now I got the product from somewhere else not a problem but this company still refuse to give me the right product still refuse to give me a plug still refuse to give me the refund still refuse to take back the product still refuse to fix the problem this is why this is the worst company in the world and no one should buy anyting from them because it's too much of a risk”
