“agree with most posts here, been shopping at banggood for 10 years, they have really changed and not for the good, no customer service, never answer your problems when you have defects which is half the stuff they mail out anymore, their prices are not any better than I can get from ordering from USA anymore. Take way ti long to ship out your products, which by the way most of their stuff is not even shipped from a true banggood warehouse, they get most of their stuff from 3rd parties, so they are nothing more than a cheap version of amazon anymore.”

“I purchased a pair of tennis shoes. 1 whole size Too small, quality not good. Trying to reach them difficult. I tried sending them back that would be $25. in shipping to China. (why do they get such a break in $ in sending to us) Tried contacting again (like 8 times total) they said to keep the shoes and I can donate and they would give me $11.00 credit with a scripted apology, then I had to contact again never got that , that is less than 1/2. Finally got the $11. I tired 2 different companies for shoes also New Chic. Both experiences were bad. I did not want to go through the hassle again so I contacted Pay Pal they were kind enough to refund me $30. which was 1/2 of what I paid for the shoes at New Chic. All this to say sizes are off in China and not easy to return. Not buying again from China. Lesson learned.”

“Worst service I ever had. Experience made with 3 independent cases. Only if somebody buys without eating to get in time. They try their best to avoid understand your problem (or their problem). They avoid to refund the money in any case. Do Never rely to delivery dates they estimate. Instead of 7 days they couldn’t ever deliver faster than 40 days. Also the European Warenhaus that they propose seems not to exist. They estimate 3-7 days, after baying they inform for 14 days and at the end you will be happy to get the thing you payed for in 20 to 80 days. The points are lost in stacked payments, the coupons are 99% not usable.... I am very disappointed and have used the site over 7 times. The 4 of them I almost forgot that I ordered until I got it. 3 times I regretted. Sorry. AliExpress is much better and reliable. At least they are closer to what they estimate”

“Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with Banggood. I ordered a mans jacket and did not get the size right. It is very confusing with all the different size options. Anyway the jacket arrived and it looked great, it just did not fit. Communication with the company was not great. They wanted the jacket to be returned to China with the parcel being tracked. This was going to cost over £20. If I had known that I would never have bought from Banggood. I thought that a company that advertised through a reputable UK newspaper would have better trading practices. I have learnt an expensive lesson and will never buy from a company outside of UK.”

“One of my orders took 3 months to get here. It took them ages to ship it. Service reps. rude and have little knowledge of the English language. Orders shipped with zero protection. I bought some RC propellers and all were damaged. I was offered a refund of less than less than what I paid for the order, adding insult to injury.”

“Order Number: 71728575 Tracking Number: RW879542299CH i have placed my order 71728575 on Aug/20/2019 and until now Sep/23/2019 , i did not receive it ! up to 38 days now , there is nothing , the post office says there is no package here . the parcel did not arrive to my country yet , more than 38days now! the tracking number did not get any updates since Aug/30/2019 !! more than 23 days and no updates on track !! According to all the evidence and facts described and in addition i have paid the ASSURANCE also : i request a REFUND! as soon as possible!”

“Many items never arrive - do not inform you until you complain - then will only refund less double the delivery cost !!! Suspect they never send as refuse to reship - great business, hang on to clients money for a few months, never ship, then refund and collect double a none existent delivery charge 🤔”

“Please please dont Buy anything from Banggood, they are purely just can say fraud. I had purchased a DC kettle from them but the product was faulty & the voltage selection during purchase was done wrongly. I had requested them to replace the good product along with the corrected voltage. initially they have started to play with gift points providing me free and some free coupons.. but ultimately they denied to replace the product, since it's already been delivered, even though they are having seven days free refund policy.. I had highlighted them very next day of received my product. (”

“These are an evil unscrupulous gang of thieves masquerading as though there UK based there actually China based, I ordered goods for £144 (C02 monitors) because they advertised them as very cheap (that's the plan) however I never got my items from these liars and Paypal is another gang of thieves who’ll take their side before offering you buyer protection which is another lie, also for every bad review they’ll produce a good but fake one. My suggestion is stick with Amazon and normal debit card to buy your good Amazon is simply 2nd to none in my view.”

“Paid for a phone that was shown as available to ship within 24 hours. Waited for a week while it was shown as processing. Contacted them multiple times through chat and email and every time was told that it would ship in the next 24 hours. After applying some pressure to let me know if the item is indeed available and will be shipped in a reasonable timeframe I received an email saying that they want to cancel the order and refund me as they were not able to ship to my country without customs (not true). I agreed to get the refund since there was nothing else I could do. It has now been 5 days since then and every time I contact them, they ask me if I do want to get a refund and give my consent etc... They hold more than 500$ of my money for two weeks for a product they never had and never intended to ship. Bangood is ok for cheap things, but will never trust them again for anything over 20$.”

“I purchased a security camera from Banggood. It arrived with the wrong adapter plug or Australia. They refunded me $7 and told me to buy one here in Australia. I did so and when I tried to set the camera up, it ended up being a faulty product. I have spent hours trying to set it up using my phone, ipad and even my husbands phone and keep getting the same error code. I took a video and sent it to Banggood. I have sent them about 10 or more emails and spoken on Messenger chat to a few different people and they seem to not understand or choose to not understand. Two weeks later and I get told I am going to be refunded $7 again instead of the full amount (minus the $7 I already received) which means they still owe me $32. Their customer after-sales is useless and condescending. I think they are just hoping that I will give up because of all the stress. I have learnt a valuable lesson here, to never ever buy from them again. We had another order worth even more for another item and got sent the wrong thing, but didn’t bother complaining about that, and now wishing we had at the time, although I am guessing I would get the same run-around that we have had with this purchase. Banggood is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with when receiving a faulty product. I would never recommend Banggood to anybody. BUYER BEWARE - they are so difficult to deal with and I think the language barrier is a great problem with them understanding what I am saying, but the video I supplied and the screenshot of the error is explanation enough - language does not have anything to do with photographic proof that I have supplied countless times.”

“I have placed an order with delivery to the address different from my payment method address, and it was canceled! I got in touch with an agent and she wasnt helpful stating that they do not ship to different addresses. She advised me to place another order which a priori trey cancel again.”

“Four shirts purchased, adult 3X and 4X, big guy and accept my size. Shirts were labeled properly, but sizes measured small to large. Made multiple contact attempts, but they didn’t respond until just before the cutoff period, leaving me no ability to get product back on time.”

“My father bought a mid-range drone from Banggood and had it delivered to my address. As we don't live in the same state, he didn't get to see/try it for the first few weeks. When he finally did and we tried to use it, we couldn't get the drone to work (it won't fly/motors won't "unlock"). We did a lot of research on the drone itself (before and after) and there had been a few bad reviews about the poorly written manual and supporting phone application and trouble around unlocking the drone, but good reviews about the drone itself (once the shortcomings had been navigated) and he decided to buy it. After exhausting the manual and the user generated advice online, we tried to contact Banggood regarding getting better instructions/clarification. Banggood refused to assist because the drone had been in our possession for a month and therefore we "must have broken it". We responded with additional information (it's clear that the drone has never been used, has no signs of damage or wear) and I suspect it is actually just a software fault (it is partially operated by phone app), but they are now ignoring our emails. They clearly have complete disregard for Australian consumer law. They are in breach of a number of points such as the product being fit for purpose (it doesn't fly - it's primary function...fail), matches the sellers description, acceptable quality/durable (drones in this range normally last hundreds of flight hours). We have now forwarded a complaint to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). I encourage everybody else with a bad experience to do the same as I suspect the ACCC will only act if they get numerous complaints.”
