“Does not deserve 1 star. After waiting over a month, a mangled excuse of a hard-drive caddy to (purportedly) fit in a Lenovo Thinkpad T420 arrived today. It was missing the one feature (visible in sales photos) which causes people not to order from other caddy sellers who do not show the feature on their sales photos. The plastic face-plate does not come close to fitting a Thinkpad. A large rectangle has to be hacked of it to enable the caddy to close into the CD compartment of the Thinkpad - and then the face-plate is not flush with the Thinkpad case, as it is less than half the thickness of the CD caddy face-plate. Product looks like it was thrown from Hong-Kong. Meanwhile, I have been bombarded with daily bangrubbish-marketing emails for which I have yet to find an OPT OUT, not having opted in at the outset. Does it work (I hear you ask)? It will doubtless work once it has been melted down and recycled into paperweight. Photos are worth as quick look-see ... . P.S. nothing chucked in a polythene bag - with no protection - is going to delight the receiver.”

“I recently used Banggood to buy a GPD Win 2 computer that costs $700 on average. The unit was marketed as brand new when I purchased it and it took 41 days just to receive the unit. Upon finally receiving the unit, I noticed that I had received a used unit that was sent back to do being defective. It would seem as though it’s their policy to resell their used defective items at brand new prices without concern or knowledge of their customers. I immediately opened a case with PayPal and they will be receiving their junk item back, but now I’ve got to wait until they receive it in the mail in order to receive my $700 refund. Please buy from eBay so you can see the ratings of the seller.”

“BANG.......BAD!!! Horrendous, nightmare of a lame excuse for an online store. Wrong items sent with no refund. A number of other problems with this company that would require pages of description. They'll take your money claiming items are in stock when they are not and will NOT notify of the situation. If you get tracking, it is totally inaccurate. Countless bad reviews for this "company" from what seem to be thousands of disappointed and scammed customers are reconfirmed over and again. Orders that do arrive average about a month. Just DO NOT buy from banggood. Does not matter what $ you think you might save, it WILL cost you in wasted time headache and worry. Spend the extra $10 or $20 and order from a US based company and has legitimate service. I was one of those that went in thinking i wouldn't happen to me, but if you order more than one item in an order or make more than one order, they will eventually pull some sneaky tricks to get your $. Read the other reviews and you'll see the patterns I am referring to. The "people" at bonggood know exactly what they are doing and they are being instructed to do so. They know just the right number of customers that they must to appear to be honestly serving in order to profit from ripping off the rest. A campaign to remove banggood from the internet should be launched to stop people from getting scammed by banggood.”

“Bang hole - the worst toilet on this planet !! I ordered a controller (it was a copy of the original) which didn't work. I asked to send it back and for a refund, they said to wait and gave me another instructions, same as the ones I received with the controller. Nothing !!! I have tried to write an review many times, but never appear on that page. They won't let you write anything bad about the product or them. Latrine/Earth closet !!! Better try Aliexpress or Gearbest or Dx.co, much faster shipping/good quality and they accept bad review and returns”

“biggest problem is...they sell what they don't have in hands. Once they get your money, they will monkey around to find it and ship. Most of the time if they don't find cheap enough to make profit they will not cheap...or tell you about the dealy. then when you contact them is always the same reply, please give 2~3 days, it is on your way. I was hearing that same crapola for one month...never got the $522 item, will fight with PayPal now to get my money back...AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!”

“They don't listen when a product is completely wrong and will not refund your money. They have taken £160 from me. I also spent £18 returning the chinese software phone and they refused the parcel.”

“i will not shop with Banggood again because customer service is rubbish .Ordered a childs box of magnetic building blocks and when it came half was missing, my 3 year old grandson was very disappointed that he couldn`t build anything from the book.”

“If I could rate ZERO stars I would. Ordered mens shirts. Cheap material, poorly made and bizarre sizing... Contacted the company many, many times via their web site and Facebook. Never got information I requested on returning the shirts. Never got the refund they promised. BUYER BEWARE...”

“I should have read the reviews BEFORE I ordered! Two pairs of shoes came damaged and so small couldn't get my big toe in. I ordered the correct size. I had to pay 26.00 in postage to return the shoes. They did not follow through on return policy that I followed. Customer Service rep Abbie is very sweet in her communications but hasn't yet provided results. Still waiting for refund almost 2 months later. I will revise this review when I get the refund. I'm not holding my breath.”

“Absolute worst place to order from. First of all, an honest review for banggood products never exists. Reviews will always be deleted unless their 5 stars. Customer service is a nightmare, and half the time they don't have a clue to what there doing. Information is not secure; don't store any credit card...etc info on this site. Products are generally low quality.”

“Ordered a Junsun Dash Camera, 5 weeks later it had not arrived, finally I got it, it stated in the sales literature and instruction manual that it takes up to a 128GB Micro Sim, when I put in a 128GB Micro Sim the camera switched off, then when I switched in on again it stated insert Micro Sim, then I switched it off and on and it stated MEMORY ERROR. I contacted Junsun and was advised that the Dash Camera is unstable with a 128GB Micro Sim, it also would not work on a 64GB Micro Sim. So the Dash Camera does not do what the instructions and user manual states, I want a refund on the camera, Banggood has offered to replace the camera, but they have not taken note of the Email I got from Junsun that it will not support a 128GB Micro Sim as it states in the instructions, I need a large sim card in the camera, that is why I bought it, Banggood asked me to get the costs of returning the camera to them for repair, I sent them the price, and they keep asking for the price, I told them I do not want it repaired, it does not do what it states on the instructions, and Junsun have admitted it does not support a 128GB Sim Card. I Would not recommend buying anything from Banggood.”

“I ordered a roll out pianos. I was so excited to get it. It arrived Damaged and doesn't work. I tried to contact the company, and there isn't a phone number that works. It turn out they are in china, So I went through pay pal, They expected me to return it , witch is understandable, except the shipping to china cost more then I payed for the item. So Pay pale would do nothing and I lost all my money. I had to save up for this. I can't afford to by another one. I got completely ripped off. Don't buy anything from this company. I just wanted to play piano...I'm so sad”

“If you want to be kicking yourself, then Banggood is for you. I'm now 1 year into an order for 2 laptops and am STILL WAITING for 1 of them. After the 2 machines arrived (12 weeks later than promised), I realised about a week in that the external video and audio out on 1 machine didn't work. I advised Banggood (Giselle) who instructed me to run around Budapest trying to find somebody to repair it . I couldn't. After 5 weeks, I gave up and shipped it back (adding 40 USD, atop the customs duties that I'd also paid). They got the machine and then determined while they could fix it, the problems were outside of warranty and I'd have to pay. I refused and eventually they agreed to fix it. That was 6 months ago. The machine is still with them. When I complain they offer me a meager credit if I'd purchase something else. Seriously, I'm out $800, and they think I'll send them more money and play their game some more. When the 2 machines arrived, have NOT RECEIVED a fully working”
