i ordered twice, twice they wanted to make me pay 150% of original price(including the costly shipping).the first time was cancelled(thanks god they gave me a refund)and second time they said "umm problem with shipping... uhh we cant deliver it." dont even bother... oh did i mention that they told me after like 20 days? and i took the express shipping. 7-14 days so itll come for holidays.oly after TWENTY DAYS they contacted me. after a week or so i came to a conclusion that it wont come... pros: wasting your time cons: they are scammers.

I ordered 3 pairs of pants from the website. Took 2 months to receive them, and they looked nothing like the original photos. Very poor quality as well.

Early Dec ordered 2 flashlights, 2 packs special batteries, 2 battery chargers; batteries and chargers were required to use flashlight. Order paid for Dec 9. Dec 17 bangood stated I received orders, I emailed same date and said I did not. They then responded that batteries and chargers were on there way, flashlights would ship out 10 days later. Finally received batteries and chargers, but never received flashlights. Contacted banggood on Jan 2. Stated they were out of stock and did not know when they would receive them in, so could not tell me anything other than wait. They did offer to allow me to return items, which I accepted. Then was told I had to take to post office, pay all shipping charges, custom charges etc. They get this "they may eventually refund or exchange item". That was word for word from customer service chat. So pay everything including customs, and they may eventually refund or exchange? I asked for a number to call. Rep provided and said I could call once. Then when I told him I was calling he came back and stated my order was being processed and dispatched to shipping company, so I hung up from phone call. Then when I asked for clarification via chat he said he was incorrect with that statement. Bottom line, they do not have the item, they do not know when the item is coming in. And if I pay all fees and charges to return item they MAY refund or exchange. Don't do business with these people. Never again, I learned from my mistake. Filed dispute with credit card company. I am sure credit card company will get my money back. Also let me talk about that for a minute. Stuff I ordered I used a on site special for a discount of $63.00. And it showed on my order form as well as email. However In January what this all came to a head credit card company stated I was charged the full price, no discount was applied. Bottom line. They lie about returns, they lie about delivery, they lie about what they are actually charging. Don't do business with them.

I wish I had read more reviews before buying from this company.I bought an e reader from them that did not work.Contacted them to return the item .Do not believe their return /refund policy .They make it so complicated it is impossible to do .After numerous emails and getting angrier and angrier I gave up.Terrible company if i could zero stars i would

Purchased a Junsun S590 4K Dash Camera from Banggood on the 12th September, it took almost 5 weeks to arrive, the information on the camera was it would take up to a 128GB Micro Sim, that is why I purchased it, when I put in a 128GB Micro Sim it stated MEMORY ERROR, I then put in a 64GB micro sim and got the same Memory Error. I contacted Banggood and they asked me to sent them pictures of the problem which I did, then they asked me to send a video of the problem, I refused to do this as I had already sent them photographs of all the problems on the dash camera screen when I inserted the sim cards. I was then offered £49 compensation and to keep the Dash Camera which cost £72.97. So I as going to have to pay £23.97 for a useless Dash Camera, I refused this offer as the camera was faulty, I contacted Junsun and they advised me that the Dash Camera was unstable with a 128GB sim, this was the reason I bought it and it stated in the information that it takes up to a 128 GB sim. I then sent the camera back to Banggood, that cost over £18.00. Then Banggood would not refund me the purchase price, they said they had not got the camera back, I then sent then the Post Office Delivery date it was 25,11,2019. They still would not refund me, I then got another Email from Banggood dated 23.12. 2019 stating they would only refund the money once they got the camera back, they got it back on the 25.11.2019. then they said they could not refund the postage because I had turned on Chargeback, I checked with my credit card company they said this did not stop them refunding me the postage, as I knew nothing about turning on chargeback. They had also offered me £40.00 COMPENSATION for all my trouble, not they are refusing this, I have the Emails. Everyone in the UK should avoid this company as I believe they are involved in the proceeds of crime and money laundering, lying to me, using all the excuses under the sun not to refund me the price of the Dash Camera, the return postage of a faulty Dash Camera, and reneging on the £40 compensation for all me trouble, this is almost 4 months since I bought the Dash Camera and I have not received a refund for the faulty Dash Camera, my Credit Card company is now working on this, KEEP CLEAR OF THESE CHINESE GANGSTERS. Now they will say they are SORRY, this is another lie, all they need to do is refund my the price of the Dash Camera, the return postage and the compensation they offered my. Banggood will defraud you, guaranteed.

i order a one plus 7T 8/254GB at 29.11.19 they said 7 process time after 10 days ask why it not been ship say wait 7 more days. 14 days later i talk and say its out of stuck and wait 7-10 days. after 30 days i talk on chat with team and now they say 17 more days... WTF?! and they give you only 2 option or get the money or wait. and now if you cancel the order i will have to go and buy the phone i full price almost 50$ more because i lost the time for black Friday deals...

Really surprised with how the Banggood cheats the customers with Snap up actions. So "Sold out" ASAP 00:00:00 and nevertheless increasing of sold items. the time distance between 7 and 53 is 8 hours! So it is just a marketing cheating!

Banggood doesn´t offer a solution when there is a problem. I purchased an item with this platform and more than 2 months ago I haven´t received it. The staff from Banggood always answer the same when I contact them ----> ASK YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE They scammed me 177usd and no solution provided. AVOID IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered 3 shirts through Banggood and whilst the online catalogue appeared attractive, the products were not. Order was placed in October and only arrived in late December with no emails to confirm the items were shipped or to indicate the status of the order. The quality of the fabric was poor and thin, very differnt to the description and sizes given on the Banggod website (even after using the measurements guidelines on their website). We have attempted to return the items but have been given a 'ticket' to indicate someone will get back to us via email. We are still waiting but have very little faith in their customer service, where to return the items and actually get a refund. Not a very happy experience.

I wish there was an option "zero stars". Banggood sent me a wrong item and asked to send it back for refund to China at my own expense which would be around $70! Banggood would not provide prepaid label and essentially forced me to absorb the loss. Delivery time was a little less than a month. The customer service is unprofessional, uses canned emails and very basic English. Stay away from this company!

I received a broken electronics device (physically broken in to pieces), and made a repair / replace claim immediately, but haven't received any response whatsoever (over two weeks since making the claim). The site encourages me to write a review about the purchased product, so that's what I tried to do; obviously the review was going to be factual but not too positive. They refused to publish the review, which kind of explains why most of their products have mostly five stars reviews. Don't buy anything from Banggood.

WOW. What a scam site. I have ordered goods from them and they gave me a tracking code. After 2 months goods still haven't left China. I have asked for a refund but they refuse to give me my money back. Stay away from them. SCAM site!!

Worst buying experience i had in my life! I consider myself as a very patient and respectful customer, this is the first time in my life a site/company pushed me off the edge. I ordered a OnePlus 7T Glacier Blue color phone on the 11/11/19, there wasn't any notice anywhere that the phone is out of stock. After about a month i saw that the status of the phone is "Back Order" (which means not in stock), while no one notified me of the situation, after contacting the support they gave me 3 options: 1. Wait for the phone to arrive 2. Choose another item for about the same price (which there isn't one) 3. Change the color of the phone I asked if the other color is in stock, they said it is so i changed the color and they promised it will be shipped after 48 hours. After 72 hours i saw that the status on the site is still "Back Order", i contacted the support again, they said the phone is not in stock (although the promised it is after changing color), and was asked to wait 7 days, and they checked and promise that it will be 100% in stock, i accepted. I waited 9 days, entered the site, and to my "surprise" it was still in status "Back Order"! When contacting the support again, they asked me to wait for 17 more days!!! After waiting a month before i first contacted them, then asked for 7 more days for it to arrive to stock, and then 17 more days!!! Which in the end no one actually promises that it will be in stock (as to their previous promises), in the end i ordered the phone on 11/11/19, today is the 16/12/19 and the asked me to wait 17 more day which in the end in the beginning of 2020! And still no one really promises that it will actually be in stock at that time and after that wait 7-35 days more for the shipment to arrive. The whole time i asked for some compensation/faster shipping and the refused, in the end i cancelled my order. Poor site, promise things and don't hold to the promises and just lie, even when i had a print screen with their promises. Wouldn't recommend buying anything from them unless you are willing to wait an abnormal amount of time for the item.

Bangood cheats you if you purchase SHIPPING INSURANCE. They take your money and refuse to settle claims. Because they are outside of the US there is not anything you can do. Do not purchase anything from this POS company.

NO STARS FOR YOU! The products i received were of poor quality. On wanting to return an item, i contacted them via their website twice, and still have had no reply - 3 weeks later. They say you must contact them within a week to be eligible for a refund but they don't respond to their queries.

I ORDERED A CURRENT CONVERTER ON 17 OF SEPTEMBER AND STILL TODAY, 8 OF DECEMBER, IT DIDN'T ARRIVE. I SENT 6 E-MAILS TO THE COSTUMER SERVICE AND THEY ONLY SAY I HAVE TO WAIT!!! THIS WAS THE FIRST AND LAST SHOP IN THIS SITE!!!

I order twice two 25 amp electric showers and both time they sent a 49 amp electric shower so now I have 4 49 amp electric showers and still I am waiting for their response. They mislead the customers and they are robbing .. be careful

Bought a keyboard it arrived badly damaged. Customer service was terrible. They offered me less than a third of the price I paid and told me to get it fixed. Would never buy from banggood again
