DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!! Sold me a faulty video camera and then expected me to pay the return shipping. When I did not agree to that, I did not get a refund, and now I am stuck with a camera that is totally useless to me.

Absolute rubbish customer service. Items missing and all you get is send photos of problems and packaging. They do not care and hide behind a pretense of not understanding anything. How do you send photos of missing items ?????

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL GO THROUGH HELL! after order an 2 phone in black Friday 1 for me and 1 for my wife 29.11.19. (i have saved 4 month salary each one) no one send a mail or even a massage in the site the the item is out of stuck. i have to find it out by myself after more then 3 weeks. because if i know before i was cancel and buy some where else. but i have to wait and wait every week i spoke with the service they say please wait 7 more days.. wait for 2.5 month and now they send my 2 phones. now the funny thing this 2 phones send in the same day 20m apart and 40 number in the shipping tracking number. my wife get her phone 10 days ago. when i try to check where is my cant find it. i talk with my post office and costume they say my item didn't arrive to my country.. talk with the shipping company they use they say they cant check it only if the sender will ask to investigate and now i try a week to explain Banggood the logic and ask to investigate because my phone now is totally broken and the only thing i ask is to check it and not wait 30 more day just to see that my package was lost and then they will give me back the money and didn't even compensated for everything I went through because this is bang good they didn't even care that the product was out of stuck they dont care for there costumers the service make you crazy! the price didn't worth it! all the other site you can order from maybe cost a bit more but the service is great! when you ask to check you order on other site they do all they can to help you because you pay and you are A valuable customer and they value you and give you the service you need to get! unlike bang good that dont care just want your money

Sale declined but card still charged. Murky excuse that the sale did not meet their standards. Watch out for this website. I should have read the reviews before ordering.

Like so many others I have had repeated issues with Banggood. They post fake reviews on their website. When I tried posting a bad review on a product, it was never posted. I tried doing it on my phone instead and I got some weird "Error" all the time. I ordered a RC car for my son in November 2019. Expected delivery was 20th of December - perfect for Christmas. To this date (2020-02-15) this traceable package is nowhere to be seen. I almost did not get my money back - but luckily I called PayPal just before they made the decision and persuaded them to rule this to my side.

An update on the dubious warranty process of Banggood. They have now suggested that I take the faulty product to a repair shop to have it diagnosed at my expense. I have refused this suggestion as the faulty product is their responsibility.

They are scam business. So sad that Google let them advertise. The items with low prices on their website don't exist. After the purchase I was told to wait for one month so that they restock the item and then ship to me. I waited full month and still no item. I was asked to wait another three weeks, as they might restock. They make excuses to refund my payment. They put fake positive reviews on different websites and people like us get fooled.

I ordered this wood shoe stretcher which came in a plastic bag, no bubble wrap or other padding. Not surprisingly one of the pieces was broken in two when it arrived. I contacted Banggood customer service and got no respond. I tried to post a review on Banggood website, but they moderate their reviews and didn't post mine.

!!!__BUYERS BE AWARE__!!! WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! it was the first time I've purchased from Banggood and foolishly iv'e purchased a vacuum for almost 400$, they sent me a broken item, and never assisted with replacement, fixing or a refund even tough I have payed extra on shipping insurance, hundreds of conversations with there chat agents always ends up with the same automated sentences of: "don't worry ill escalate it to our team please wait 12 hours" currently waiting over 1 month and over 12 different reps who promised the same thing, and i never received the email from them. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Should be called Bangbad I ordered 3 items to test their abilities before agreeing to list their products on my own site via their dropship program. 1st item arrived broken in opened packets and showing signs of dirt and wear and tear. Clearly a customer return that had just been bagged up and sent out. 2nd Item arrived OK. 3rd item showed "in stock" when ordered now showing "out of stock" The worst issue was their complete lack of customer service, just automated replies. I think this company have not got the back room support to effectively control stock, ship and deal with customer complaints. I wish I had read the other reviews before using this company. If you are looking for a reliable dropshipper then look elsewhere.

terrible service, ordered 26th December 2019. says order dispatched 22nd january 2020 but courier still hasnt received the item from banggood. banggood refuse to cancel order and refund, because there system shows as dispatched. even though they can see the courier hasnt received item.

My product couldnt be delivered after 1 month of waiting. So it was forcefully cancelled. I have not yet had a refund from my 550 euro order.. After 1 week. The customer support is full of lies and false promises.. they are rude, and the most difficult and usseles people i have ever dealt with. I have dealt with scam sites... But this site is the worsed i have ever seen, do not buy anything here.

They've been raising their prizes the last few years are now 30% too high, fake promotions, very unintelligent customer support, broken promises, 3years ago it was nice but now it's better and cheaper to buy in my own country.

The store itself would be okay (some of their products are expensive compared to other stores and they also inclined to lie in product description), but every online store is just as good as their costumer service and this is where banggood falls short. They are using the typical tactics of online Chinese stores to try to make the conversation as long and slow as possible, i guess in the hope to make people just to give up and leave things as they are. Also the solutions they offer are ridiculous and far from being acceptable. A few more things what i was reminded concerning banggood, now that we are communicating daily with their costumer service. The laptop i have problem with has a cheap plastic body (it is not the problem with it but the battery is pretty much dead) but the product description stating it has a aluminum body. People even asked about the material, and they are lying about it saying it has metallic body. So yes, they are deliberately misleading costumers, if someone does not do their research about their product from other sources. Warranty must mean something completely different thing for them - if something goes wrong they offering a few % refund of the original price what won't solve the problem and maybe they also offering some useless banggood points (what you cant use for most of their products because of the fake promotions - same price as usual - you can't yous points on products what has promotion) Almost 2 weeks and they still did not offer any acceptable solution, and i didn't even hear from them in the last 2 days.
