I order stuff on january 13 and my package is stock in China since febuary 7 and Banggood are not doing anything to find it or to refund me. The only things that they told me is wait 30 days on my fisrt chat, on my second chat they tlod me to wait 45 days and today they told me to wait 60 to 120 days. If after that don't have my package to send then a Email to complain. One of the badiest place I ever did business with. No more for me, I will continue to buy my stuff localy

My first (and definitely last) order with this company was for a very expensive torch (Astrolux MF01S) costing me close to £100 including shipping insurance, but I received the wrong items. When my package eventually arrived in Scotland it was two cheap plastic clutch bags worth a couple of £ and a small metal bin lid. You can imagine the sinking feeling I had in my gut at this point, so I contacted banggood and provided photographic evidence showing what arrived including package details, barcodes and detailed photos of the wrong items. Thankfully the package had a shipping weight that proves the heavy 1kg torch wasn’t received and I thought it would be a straight forward issue and they’d send out a replacement item eventually. I was prepared to wait for however long it took to fix, if it meant eventually getting the item I really wanted and was excited about. I eventually got an official reply after lots and lots of contact attempts stating “our courier Hermes must have opened your package and stole the torch, then replaced it with the cheap items and repackaged it” and they told me I hd to take it up with the courier instead. Suffice to say they just washed their hands with it all and passed the blame, and now I’m left fighting for my money back over three months later. All I want is the torch I ordered and was very excited to receive, but instead I’ve basically paid £100 for months and months of stress instead and it STILL isn’t resolved today. My advice to anyone considering using this company is to only order very cheap items you don’t care about ever seeing. You’ll definitely be rolling the dice when ordering an expensive item. I tried to leave a review on their site but they censor the bad ones and nobody will ever see the really terrible experiences people have, so I had to come here to warn people instead. There’s reddit communities if you want to see more stories like mine before considering this company over ebay or amazon etc. Pay a little extra to actually receive your items and avoid the stress and disappointment. There’s no useful customer service at this company whatsoever and eventually you’ll end up in my situation if you keep ordering items from here. Is it worth the risk?

I ordered a hat at a great price. I was informed that it would talk about a month. I was fine with that. The hat came in an envelope and the hat, a Panama hat, was completely crushed. Working with their customer service was next to impossible and getting a refund or replacement was impossible. It would take several days and even over a week for their customer service to reply. When they did, they first said that they were happy that I received my hat and the case was closed. It took me three tries. Each time I sent a photo. After several weeks of this run around they started asking me for a video of the hat. That's when I gave up. I never got a refund.

I ordered a drone on December 18th 2019 and it is going on three months later and have not yet received my purchase. I know there is a lot of bad things going on in China with the Corona virus but they would not refund my money. They actually had the nerve to say it was my fault for not paying for tracking but yet they gave me a tracking number when I made the purchase. Figure that one one out because I couldn't make sense of it.

the quality of the goods are far from what is expected for the pricing. I have found outlets like KMart far cheaper and better quality seamstressing than clothing items from this site.

AVOID THEM! Trust me! Everything they sell is fake counterfeit junk! You'll have to open a dispute with your credit card company to get your money back!

My products came in a garbage bag. The cnc shield pins were all bent over. As well as the uno r3 board missing. 3 months now. No resolve. Banggood. Or as I like to call them. Scamgood. That's all they are. Scammers. Junk. Junk. Junk. And live chat. Forget about it. As well as emailing them. Hahahaha. I emailed them the pictures the day I got this garbage. They never replied. And Paypal. Hahaha. Still under review. Stay away from banggood

Item arrived with missing parts. Contacted them immediately. Every time I am told to wait another 24-48 hours for solution. I hear nothing from them & when I contact them again, I am told the same thing. Some 10 days after I received the item, I am again told to wait another 48 hours. So it looks like I will not be getting the parts or a refund. Worst company ever, Do NOT order from this company !!!

I ordered the camouflage nets on banggood. biggest mistake of my life. quality was VERY VERY low and overpriced for what you get. i wanted to return the goods, i sent it back as they instructed me. now 6 months farther BANGGOOD want to refund only 20% of it. with countless emails still no money back GGRRR BANGGOOD NEVER AGAIN, bad service and VERY VERY low quality of items!!!!!

Banggood is one of the worst sites to deal with when it comes to refunds. We have been selling online for over 10 years and have dealt with many, they lie, say they are going to refund, then don't, make excuses, have really cheap inferior products, especially electronics. Overall our experience (spynuts.com) has been a nightmare with them, even after a dispute they want US to pay for shipping to return a defective/broken camera, $53.45 on something that cost us $67.00 LOL they're crooks, do NOT buy from them. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!! Sold me a faulty video camera and then expected me to pay the return shipping. When I did not agree to that, I did not get a refund, and now I am stuck with a camera that is totally useless to me.

Absolute rubbish customer service. Items missing and all you get is send photos of problems and packaging. They do not care and hide behind a pretense of not understanding anything. How do you send photos of missing items ?????

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL GO THROUGH HELL! after order an 2 phone in black Friday 1 for me and 1 for my wife 29.11.19. (i have saved 4 month salary each one) no one send a mail or even a massage in the site the the item is out of stuck. i have to find it out by myself after more then 3 weeks. because if i know before i was cancel and buy some where else. but i have to wait and wait every week i spoke with the service they say please wait 7 more days.. wait for 2.5 month and now they send my 2 phones. now the funny thing this 2 phones send in the same day 20m apart and 40 number in the shipping tracking number. my wife get her phone 10 days ago. when i try to check where is my cant find it. i talk with my post office and costume they say my item didn't arrive to my country.. talk with the shipping company they use they say they cant check it only if the sender will ask to investigate and now i try a week to explain Banggood the logic and ask to investigate because my phone now is totally broken and the only thing i ask is to check it and not wait 30 more day just to see that my package was lost and then they will give me back the money and didn't even compensated for everything I went through because this is bang good they didn't even care that the product was out of stuck they dont care for there costumers the service make you crazy! the price didn't worth it! all the other site you can order from maybe cost a bit more but the service is great! when you ask to check you order on other site they do all they can to help you because you pay and you are A valuable customer and they value you and give you the service you need to get! unlike bang good that dont care just want your money

Like so many others I have had repeated issues with Banggood. They post fake reviews on their website. When I tried posting a bad review on a product, it was never posted. I tried doing it on my phone instead and I got some weird "Error" all the time. I ordered a RC car for my son in November 2019. Expected delivery was 20th of December - perfect for Christmas. To this date (2020-02-15) this traceable package is nowhere to be seen. I almost did not get my money back - but luckily I called PayPal just before they made the decision and persuaded them to rule this to my side.

An update on the dubious warranty process of Banggood. They have now suggested that I take the faulty product to a repair shop to have it diagnosed at my expense. I have refused this suggestion as the faulty product is their responsibility.
