PLEASE...NEVER USE THIS WEB SITE FOR SHOPPING. I LIVE IN CANDA I ORDERED A KHAKI JACKET, SIZE XL... THE MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY CREDIT CARD...AND.. IN FOLLOWING THE ORDER UP....I GOT A MESSAGE ON MY ACCOUNT THAT IT IS OUT OF STOCK... I CONTACTED ONLINE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.. THEY TOLD ME IT WILL BE RE-STOCKED IN 2-3 DAYS... I CONTACTED AFTER 3 DAYS.. THEY TOLD ME 2-3 DAYS MORE... I CONTACTED 4 TIMES.. EACH TIME .. THEY TELL ME THE SAME..RE-STOCKING IN 2-3 DAYS.. NOW.. 12 DAYS... AND MY ITEM WAS NOT RECEIVED...IN THEIR PLACE ... THEY ARE LOCATED IN HONG KONG I WAS TOLD AGAAAAIN.....3-4 DAYS TO RECEIVE IT IN THEIR PLACE.. AFTER THEY RECIEVE IT.... I WAS TOLD SHIPPING WILL BE PROCESSED IN 3-4 DAYS AFTER THAT.... THEN IT WILL BE ABOUT 15 DAYS TO RECEIVE IT IN CANDA SO BEST SCINARIO IS 35 DAYS... PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY KNEW THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK WHY DID THEY ACCEPTED THE ORER IN THE FIRST PLACE? THIS IS DISSSSHONEST WHEN I RECEIVED THE JACKET AFTER ABOUT 40 DAYS.. IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE..... THEY MENTIONED ON THEIR WEB SITE THAT THE CHEST MEASUREMENT OF SIZE XL US (EQIOVALENT TO 3XL TICKET SIZE).. THE ONE I RECEIVED HAS A CHEST MEASURET OF 105 CM....A DIFFERENCE OF 19 CM... I COMPLAINED TO THEM.. THEY WANTED ME TO PAY EXTRA 35 $ TO GET THE CORRECT-SIZE ONE... I REFUSED AS IT IS NOT MY MISTAKE.. THE BATTLE IS GOING ON... BEST OF LUCK FOR EVERYONE

Ordered shoes sent the wrong size and way too small and narrow Will not offer a refund or any other solution Cannot communicate for emails sent back as not deliverable. DON'T BUY FROM THESE JERKS

I order 5 products and I get just 4. All are good. I contacted with support a few times but there is an answer. Only an automatic reply. It has been taking 3 months and I didn't get any refund, nothing. So I can not recommend this store.

NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE!!! After they sent med a DOA divelight - they are (Customer Service that is) disappeared from the surface of the Earth. Cause their marketing is working just fine - spamming me with offers everyday - but no response whatsoever from their support. Don't ever buy anything from this shop!!!!

Sold me a faulty item for $1000.00 USD and when I asked to send it back they offered me $100. AVOID this site guys!!!

You delivered goods that were damaged in transit beyond repair. You offer £10 compensation and credit point but did not replace the damaged goods leaving me paying out money for goods that are no good. The good where not even packaged properly bot just placed in a plastic bag.. I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing from this particular company to think twice.

trashy goods not as described, paid to return to China, never got a refund for goods , postage or replacement goods, basically ripped me off and got their stuff back. Do not use !

30 day refund - they are reluctant to comply. They will deduct import duties and taxes but will not say why or how much. Difficult to get any straight answers. Posted on Pay Pal before any issue was raised, now that is forward planning - One star is too high and should be minus 5 stars

I order stuff on january 13 and my package is stock in China since febuary 7 and Banggood are not doing anything to find it or to refund me. The only things that they told me is wait 30 days on my fisrt chat, on my second chat they tlod me to wait 45 days and today they told me to wait 60 to 120 days. If after that don't have my package to send then a Email to complain. One of the badiest place I ever did business with. No more for me, I will continue to buy my stuff localy

My first (and definitely last) order with this company was for a very expensive torch (Astrolux MF01S) costing me close to £100 including shipping insurance, but I received the wrong items. When my package eventually arrived in Scotland it was two cheap plastic clutch bags worth a couple of £ and a small metal bin lid. You can imagine the sinking feeling I had in my gut at this point, so I contacted banggood and provided photographic evidence showing what arrived including package details, barcodes and detailed photos of the wrong items. Thankfully the package had a shipping weight that proves the heavy 1kg torch wasn’t received and I thought it would be a straight forward issue and they’d send out a replacement item eventually. I was prepared to wait for however long it took to fix, if it meant eventually getting the item I really wanted and was excited about. I eventually got an official reply after lots and lots of contact attempts stating “our courier Hermes must have opened your package and stole the torch, then replaced it with the cheap items and repackaged it” and they told me I hd to take it up with the courier instead. Suffice to say they just washed their hands with it all and passed the blame, and now I’m left fighting for my money back over three months later. All I want is the torch I ordered and was very excited to receive, but instead I’ve basically paid £100 for months and months of stress instead and it STILL isn’t resolved today. My advice to anyone considering using this company is to only order very cheap items you don’t care about ever seeing. You’ll definitely be rolling the dice when ordering an expensive item. I tried to leave a review on their site but they censor the bad ones and nobody will ever see the really terrible experiences people have, so I had to come here to warn people instead. There’s reddit communities if you want to see more stories like mine before considering this company over ebay or amazon etc. Pay a little extra to actually receive your items and avoid the stress and disappointment. There’s no useful customer service at this company whatsoever and eventually you’ll end up in my situation if you keep ordering items from here. Is it worth the risk?

I ordered a hat at a great price. I was informed that it would talk about a month. I was fine with that. The hat came in an envelope and the hat, a Panama hat, was completely crushed. Working with their customer service was next to impossible and getting a refund or replacement was impossible. It would take several days and even over a week for their customer service to reply. When they did, they first said that they were happy that I received my hat and the case was closed. It took me three tries. Each time I sent a photo. After several weeks of this run around they started asking me for a video of the hat. That's when I gave up. I never got a refund.

I ordered a drone on December 18th 2019 and it is going on three months later and have not yet received my purchase. I know there is a lot of bad things going on in China with the Corona virus but they would not refund my money. They actually had the nerve to say it was my fault for not paying for tracking but yet they gave me a tracking number when I made the purchase. Figure that one one out because I couldn't make sense of it.

the quality of the goods are far from what is expected for the pricing. I have found outlets like KMart far cheaper and better quality seamstressing than clothing items from this site.

My products came in a garbage bag. The cnc shield pins were all bent over. As well as the uno r3 board missing. 3 months now. No resolve. Banggood. Or as I like to call them. Scamgood. That's all they are. Scammers. Junk. Junk. Junk. And live chat. Forget about it. As well as emailing them. Hahahaha. I emailed them the pictures the day I got this garbage. They never replied. And Paypal. Hahaha. Still under review. Stay away from banggood

Item arrived with missing parts. Contacted them immediately. Every time I am told to wait another 24-48 hours for solution. I hear nothing from them & when I contact them again, I am told the same thing. Some 10 days after I received the item, I am again told to wait another 48 hours. So it looks like I will not be getting the parts or a refund. Worst company ever, Do NOT order from this company !!!

I ordered the camouflage nets on banggood. biggest mistake of my life. quality was VERY VERY low and overpriced for what you get. i wanted to return the goods, i sent it back as they instructed me. now 6 months farther BANGGOOD want to refund only 20% of it. with countless emails still no money back GGRRR BANGGOOD NEVER AGAIN, bad service and VERY VERY low quality of items!!!!!

Banggood is one of the worst sites to deal with when it comes to refunds. We have been selling online for over 10 years and have dealt with many, they lie, say they are going to refund, then don't, make excuses, have really cheap inferior products, especially electronics. Overall our experience (spynuts.com) has been a nightmare with them, even after a dispute they want US to pay for shipping to return a defective/broken camera, $53.45 on something that cost us $67.00 LOL they're crooks, do NOT buy from them.
