I purchased a BSD-Racing ¼ Brushless remote controlled motorbike from Bangood as a gift for my son for Xmas 2019. It was delivered on the 6/12/2019 and the problems started then. The box and internal packaging was damaged so I took photo’s and sent them to Banggood. I got no reply. The bike looked sturdy and there didn’t seem to be any damage to it. I noticed that there was no battery charger supplied (it mentions that on the website but I missed it) so I had to order one. Also the transmitter shown in the manual is different to the one supplied with the bike. As soon as the weather permitted after Xmas my son used the bike but there were a few problems (parts falling off etc). He used it twice after that and again not without problems. In April I asked my son why he wasn’t using the bike and he replied that it wouldn’t start. There was a beeping sound and a green light blinking rapidly under the fairing near the on/off power button. I disconnected the 7.4V battery and checked it with a multi-meter and it was only emitting 3.4V so I charged it up. After charging it still only emitted 3.4V. On closer inspection I noticed the battery was damaged and when I looked into the battery compartment I saw that there was an unguarded gear cog which spins at high speed which in turn (excuse the pun) causes damage to the battery. I sent an e-mail to Bangood informing them of this and got this reply “After checking, we find that the order was delivered on 2019-12-06. As we know, each product has its own life span. After months of using, the product has greater possibility to get damaged. For this product, because the time is over 1 month, it is no longer under warranty. We are sorry for this situation. For the defective product, we suggest you to repair the product or buy a replacement in local store. Simultaneously, we will send your feedback to our supplier”. I replied that the damage was caused by the gear cog not normal wear and tear. They replied and said send photos and a video also a copy of the shipping label “so we can be sure you got it from us”. I did this and they replied offering a refund if I returned the item “unwashed, unused, in a pristine condition and in the original packaging with full tracking”. I replied that this wouldn’t be possible because we had to use it to discover that it was faulty. I made enquiries and the postage costs were going to be over £100 because of the size and weight (the bike cost £240). They never replied. I escalated this to the PayPal resolution centre and after a few e-mails back and forward PayPal responded by saying that Banggood had offered a full refund if I return the item under their stipulations. I was already in this position before I escalated it. I e-mailed PayPal and asked them if this was their final decision to which they replied “Yes if I had to return a television to a department store I would be responsible for costs to return it”, unbelievable. The whole point of this is that the goods are faulty and in my opinion dangerous so why should I be expected to pay for the return when they might say we are not refunding because the item has been used. We are now left with an item we can’t use because replacement batteries and spare parts are no longer available, even though there is a comprehensive numbered parts list section in the manual. I wish I had looked at the reviews for this outfit before purchasing but I was under pressure from my son. I notice that nobody from Banggood comments on the reviews. It has been a costly lesson for me and a disappointing Xmas for my son.

Ordering from 'banggood' is like flipping a dice, you get pretty much taken for a really bang good ride. Your money is gone with no products. +1 Month and still being shipped.

Product was damaged on arrival and refund was denied! Going through Paypal to get my money back. The fishing pole was delievered damaged. The eye loop to be specific was bent. Contaced Banggood customer service advised me to "This curved part can be straightened". Poor customer services. The eye loop on this specific fishing pole has a plastic ring within the metal loop which is damage and will cut my fishing line. You can't just bend it back. Worst customer service ever!

Scammy company that claims to haves sent my package weeks ago - I call in bs - they are selling things they probably don't even have in stock. Boilerplate excuses and more lies is all they have. If you want to waste money, it's more fun to flush them down the toilet.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I paid $450 for a projector and it took more than a month to arrive. And they sent me the WRONG item, a model that is much cheaper. It is a hassle to get a refund. They sent me a screenshot of the wrong item from a site (I don't know which site) which showed that the item costs AU $441, telling me to accept the refund of $65. I had to reply them with another screenshot which showed that the item cost $297 (I found a cheaper one earlier). So far, they have not agreed to do a refund despite me asking them to do a full refund for me. I have never had such issues with an online shopping company, ESPECIALLY when they are at fault. If they cannot send me the correct item, why can't they do a simple refund?

Tracking Vague! been waiting for 10 days for package, No matter where you look online I have never come across a company that has had such a KICKING on reviews. Endless, and even on Youtube. So glad I spent only £13 to try them out. Avoid!

Virus infection by mail order? I ordered mask filters from Banggood. They arrived very fast by mail shipped from The Netherlands. On arrival I immediately noticed that something was wrong. The boxes labeled with the 3M logo had a seal of authenticity and every single seal was broken. Wearing gloves and mask I carefully opened one box to find out that the filters had already been used. They were dirty and had traces of use. One 3M box contained different types of filters. Someone along the chain of delivery is having access to pre-used 3M medical supplies - and is selling them. I dare not think about where the filters have been used. I did get in contact with Banggood customers services. I thought that they would be interested in finding out about the associate seller being involved in this dangerous business. I did document my findings with photos and descriptions and provided every bit of information I was asked to provide. I was certain that Banggood customer services would do something about the matter. I was, and am, open to the fact that my assumption is wrong and that there is a plausible explanation to my findings. Customer services did indeed tell me that they would investigate the case and contact me with the result of their investigation. Unfortunately, nothing, as in absolutely nothing has happened. They do not take this seriously and I am still able to press re-order the exact article that I ordered. I have spent quite some time trying to get information about the case, but I am being totally ignored. Since Banggood takes no interest in the matter I believe that a warning should be made to the public not to buy protective gear from Banggood. No one should catch a virus by mail order!

Never recieved my items, tried chasing them up after 6 weeks and was told repeatedly to contact the delivery company which I did, they couldn't help and didn't know anything about the package, after 2 months I asked for a refund and they're not replying to me, I'm left over £150 down and dosen't look like I'm going to receive my items.

no warranty for buyers, and there is still no contact from the seller as he buys the product because he does not allow banggood, and so when making a purchase, you certainly have to wait 10 to 20 days to prepare for shipment, then after a month they can send, the product, if the seller does not send it, there is no guarantee for the money, so be careful buyer you want to buy in banggood

An absolutely HORRIBLE company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a package from them on March 26th and also paid for fast delivery and I have yet to receive my package. Not e that I have ordered packages from Hong Kong(amongst other countries) and everything has worked out fine considering the pandemic. All other companies that I have been in contact with have provided excellent service. Since my package was obviously late I have been in contact with Banggood three times and each time they have given me the worst service. THEY ARE HERE TO SCAM YOU! All they do is give you general answers and ask you to keep waiting. The first time they told me to check with the post office, id the package would not be there I would get my money back. The second time the told me to wait another week, and if the package still hadn't arrived I would get my money back. The third time they told me to wait to 2020-07-03 and if the package still hadn't arrived I would get my money back. They are playing me for a fool and THEY WILL DO THAT TO YOU TOO! Once again, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THEIR SITE! Even if you get your package delivered, the quality is absolutely questionable! Trust me, this is NOT worth the headache. And to anyone at Banggood reading this; please spare me your ridiculous policy.

Sucks as a company. Scamming US dollars for merchandise that cannot be delivered. Refunds are near impossible. Shipping is from MARS by pigeon.

Really bad customer service. I have two orders that I'm waiting for more than 70 days and they don't refund the money. When I contact to them, they just reply that is sent, but the latest tracking update is from 63 days ago. Also is very difficult contact to them. I will not buy again. I copy and past some of my emails from bangood. On tuesday 12 of march they told me: 'We certainly understand your frustration that you paid for something and didn't receive after such a long time. However, could you please wait for 2 more days? We assure you that we will try our best to provide a reasonable solution if you still don't receive it after that .We really appreciate your patience and support.' - And after these days they said. We are sorry to tell you that shipping time of your order will be extended by 30 days due to the impact of the epidemic. Would you please wait for 15 days? Please note that affected countries and delays may be changed depending on the global epidemic situation. Banggood will always be with you and thank you for your cooperation during this special period. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope for your understanding on this matter. ------------------------------------ First of all, I don't think that change the delivery time is legal. Secondly they lied me, because after these two days that they said, they still doesn't have a solution about my delivery. The last reply after contact to them many times is really disrespectful. On the reply bellow, they don't explain my issue, they don't say that I had to contact to them more than six times, that my tracking is not updated for more than 60 days. Also I had to spend my money buying the same item to another shop, because this one didn't arrived with much more time than the specified when I bought. I can understand the covid issues, but my tracking is not updated for more than two months. Should wait more? Seriously? Obviously this confirm my complain about this seller. Is not trusted and doesn't takes care about costumers. After that I will take legal options.

Bought a tristar trainer rc plane the wing would not fit, Bangood wanted photo and video, Im 53yrs old and not a clue how to do that,so fixed it myself. Then i bought an imax b6ac charger it took over 4 weeks to arrive, When i tried to use the charger it was broke came up with break down so same thing i got my son to take pictures and vid but the video was too big to send and also the charger is a clone. I will never buy anything else from Bangood again and im still waiting for a part for the airplane witch iv had too pay for and its been 5 weeks.

placed 2 orders in febuary waited over 90 days for them to ship it out still never shipped talked to customer service sevral times every time they seemed to care less. finally asked for a refund after 90 days of waiting for nothing to happen. they guarantee that if you buy something it will ship in 60 days but what good is a guarantee if nothing happens guaranteed to ship in 60 days or else what ? i get a refund and get the pleasure of trying to find things elsewhere and wait more. what a waist of time money and effort.

I am really disappointed. I have ordered a product from them. It said that I will receive it in 10-20 days, I have paid priority mail as well and I received it after 1 month, not working. I can't use the product and I have e-mailed them. They replied however they are offering a refund of $40 for a product that costs around $250-270. I have told them I would like a new product or something similar but not less than I have paid for. They replied back asking me to find a shop that might fix it and they will refund the costs. If you buy something from them just keep this in mind, if you receive a product that is not working they will not help you. They will help you by telling you to fix it or maybe you'll accept 10-20% refund. This is the first and last time I'll buy something from them.
