You place an order them imply on the website that the product will arrive in a week. That is not the case 75 days later product will arrive and will be damaged. Beware if you use this company. Nothing but headaches

Two cameras do not have night colour vision as it stated since have 10 ir led light only, and one doesn't work. Sent photos and videos to show the problem as requested, nothing happens! Found out there are quite few same cases happened to other buyers after checked the review. And my review is deleted on their web site. What an dishonest company! Cry for help, who can help?

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. My order took 6 weeks to arrive, with no tracking available until the last week. I contacted Banggood 3 times to find out if it was actually shipped and they kept telling me not to worry but offered no tracking information. When it finally arrived it was broken. I contacted support and the first response was they asked me to take it to a repair shop and they would pay for PART of the repair bill. I said no to that and then they said I could pay to ship it back (another 4-6 weeks) and then once received, they would send me a replacement (again, 4-6 weeks). I said I didn't feel like I should have to wait another 2-3 months and have to pay for shipping myself. Then then offered me a 50% refund and told me I could keep the defective item, which does me no good. After a few more back and forth emails (one email per day is all you can get out of them), I finally got so tired of them that I agreed to the 50% refund just to be rid of them. So now I'm out $125 and am once again shopping for the item I purchased. This time I'll buy from a better company.

Sell item thy dont have you contact them time and time again all you get is will be back in stock in 7 days then we will send it out After months of this you get an email out of the blue saying you have a refund and the item is no longer available So why take money on somthing you don't have in the ferst place Wast of time total shambles

Terrible company! Even 1 star is too much. I bought 3 dresses and ordered a size larger than I usually wear. The first was so small, I couldn't get it over my head. The other two shrank when I washed them and one of them came apart at the seams. I contacted Banggood right away and I am still fighting for my money. Return policy? Looks good on their site but they lie. Offered me $29.00 on a $95.00 order. PLUS, they say I have to pay the shipping charges and duties. I know .... you get what you pay for and I certainly didn't expect haute couture but I did expect more than rags that smelt awful and fell apart at the seams.

Scam site. I haven't received my order promised in two-three weeks. Its been three months and all I get is excuses and blame-shifting. Find a better vendor and sleep better. All they do is send the same #BS reply to CS request--over and over ---instead of just reshipping the order.

My order was the wrong colour and also badly made. I tried contacting them along with relevant photos but found this impossible. I would not recommend them especially because of their non existent after sales service.

unable to provide a review of less than a star. Bout a tablet for my son on 2/5/20 but as of today 2/6/2020 the item not shipped nor refunded. I had contacted Banggood directly and via PayPal (dispute pending) many times todate.

Terrible company. Item shipped on March. Still not received. The tracking is very unorganized and vague. Customer service are like robots. Not helpful at all. Buyer beware.....

Took $215 from me. Item says out of stock 2 day later. Texted a rep who said it would ship 10 days later. I said ok. Changed my mind 5 days later. I asked for a refund. Richard said it was in processing; not out of stock. He said it takes TEN DAYS TO PACK AN ORDER, because of the pandemic????? No tracking number yet after 7 days. They outright refuse to refund my money.

I purchased a BSD-Racing ¼ Brushless remote controlled motorbike from Bangood as a gift for my son for Xmas 2019. It was delivered on the 6/12/2019 and the problems started then. The box and internal packaging was damaged so I took photo’s and sent them to Banggood. I got no reply. The bike looked sturdy and there didn’t seem to be any damage to it. I noticed that there was no battery charger supplied (it mentions that on the website but I missed it) so I had to order one. Also the transmitter shown in the manual is different to the one supplied with the bike. As soon as the weather permitted after Xmas my son used the bike but there were a few problems (parts falling off etc). He used it twice after that and again not without problems. In April I asked my son why he wasn’t using the bike and he replied that it wouldn’t start. There was a beeping sound and a green light blinking rapidly under the fairing near the on/off power button. I disconnected the 7.4V battery and checked it with a multi-meter and it was only emitting 3.4V so I charged it up. After charging it still only emitted 3.4V. On closer inspection I noticed the battery was damaged and when I looked into the battery compartment I saw that there was an unguarded gear cog which spins at high speed which in turn (excuse the pun) causes damage to the battery. I sent an e-mail to Bangood informing them of this and got this reply “After checking, we find that the order was delivered on 2019-12-06. As we know, each product has its own life span. After months of using, the product has greater possibility to get damaged. For this product, because the time is over 1 month, it is no longer under warranty. We are sorry for this situation. For the defective product, we suggest you to repair the product or buy a replacement in local store. Simultaneously, we will send your feedback to our supplier”. I replied that the damage was caused by the gear cog not normal wear and tear. They replied and said send photos and a video also a copy of the shipping label “so we can be sure you got it from us”. I did this and they replied offering a refund if I returned the item “unwashed, unused, in a pristine condition and in the original packaging with full tracking”. I replied that this wouldn’t be possible because we had to use it to discover that it was faulty. I made enquiries and the postage costs were going to be over £100 because of the size and weight (the bike cost £240). They never replied. I escalated this to the PayPal resolution centre and after a few e-mails back and forward PayPal responded by saying that Banggood had offered a full refund if I return the item under their stipulations. I was already in this position before I escalated it. I e-mailed PayPal and asked them if this was their final decision to which they replied “Yes if I had to return a television to a department store I would be responsible for costs to return it”, unbelievable. The whole point of this is that the goods are faulty and in my opinion dangerous so why should I be expected to pay for the return when they might say we are not refunding because the item has been used. We are now left with an item we can’t use because replacement batteries and spare parts are no longer available, even though there is a comprehensive numbered parts list section in the manual. I wish I had looked at the reviews for this outfit before purchasing but I was under pressure from my son. I notice that nobody from Banggood comments on the reviews. It has been a costly lesson for me and a disappointing Xmas for my son.

Ordering from 'banggood' is like flipping a dice, you get pretty much taken for a really bang good ride. Your money is gone with no products. +1 Month and still being shipped.

Product was damaged on arrival and refund was denied! Going through Paypal to get my money back. The fishing pole was delievered damaged. The eye loop to be specific was bent. Contaced Banggood customer service advised me to "This curved part can be straightened". Poor customer services. The eye loop on this specific fishing pole has a plastic ring within the metal loop which is damage and will cut my fishing line. You can't just bend it back. Worst customer service ever!

Scammy company that claims to haves sent my package weeks ago - I call in bs - they are selling things they probably don't even have in stock. Boilerplate excuses and more lies is all they have. If you want to waste money, it's more fun to flush them down the toilet.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I paid $450 for a projector and it took more than a month to arrive. And they sent me the WRONG item, a model that is much cheaper. It is a hassle to get a refund. They sent me a screenshot of the wrong item from a site (I don't know which site) which showed that the item costs AU $441, telling me to accept the refund of $65. I had to reply them with another screenshot which showed that the item cost $297 (I found a cheaper one earlier). So far, they have not agreed to do a refund despite me asking them to do a full refund for me. I have never had such issues with an online shopping company, ESPECIALLY when they are at fault. If they cannot send me the correct item, why can't they do a simple refund?

Tracking Vague! been waiting for 10 days for package, No matter where you look online I have never come across a company that has had such a KICKING on reviews. Endless, and even on Youtube. So glad I spent only £13 to try them out. Avoid!
