“Awful website to order from. My order is 2 weeks overdue at this point in time and hasn't even shipped yet. Couldn't possibly be more disappointed. This is a scam website. Do not order. I can't even get on their website most of the time as their security features are broken. Customer service gives no help and just continues to tell me its going to be ok. What a joke. It's not ok”

“I ordered 2 each sets of 10 face masks. Delivery was long as expected with Banggood, The package arrived with only one set, the package was not opened, the internal document clearly showed 2 sets. Filed a complaint, response 2 days later, sorry send pictures within 7 days. OK, sent pictures of shipping package etc. 3 days later I get a notice they received the pictures and would respond next week, with a note, if they don't respond next week, "feel free to contact them again"!!! huh. I have been a customer for a couple of years, shipping always takes 2 to 3 weeks, very often the packaging is not adequate to protect the product from shipping damage, I have received empty boxes, damaged goods, missing parts, very low quality products but this the last order. I'm done with Banggood. Similiar products with good delivery and warranty from Amazon”

“Terrible experience with this company. I ordered an item and they said it would arrive in a few days. Once payment was made and order completed, the shipment time extended weeks (yes, weeks). When I contacted them and tried to cancel the order, they refused. When I asked to return the item, they said I would have to pay for all shipping charges and I may receive a partial refund (note “may receive” and “partial refund”) after a notable period of time. I would not recommend buying anything from the this company.”

“I placed an order then it said to register with email and password so I did, then it keeps giving me a runaround of stupid move button to the right to complete puzzle 20 times I did it and still cannot register to finish my order. Seems like fraud”

“started spamming me on facebook messenger. would not remove my facebook details when asked; i know, because i'm still receiving ads on messenger. in addition to the countless ads i'm already getting in the email. they just collect whatever data they can and hold on to it. does not regard your privacy. untrustworthy.”

“I've waited for over a month for an item to be shipped. At first it appeared as Pre-order, and the price would go up the more people will order. I ordered at 06/03, and it should have been shipped at 14/3. That day came, and I entered banggood to see why it was not shipped yet, and it appears that the item is out of stock. I contacted the support, and they said that it will be shipped within 2 week. 2 weeks have passed, and the item... you guessed right, not shipped. Contacted them again, and said that I can cancel my order, or find a different product with same properties. A different product would cost 20$ more, and the product I've ordered had its price up by 16$. Even on AliExpress the item has the price up, but the seller on AliExpress actually has the item in stock. I've waited a little longer, up until today, where I got an email today saying that the shipment would take longer due to lockdown in my country due to corona virus. But I've been getting ordered in the last couple of weeks without any problems. They blame me for the delay even though they didn't even ship the damn item, because it is out of stock, while the seller on AliExpress has thousands of items of the exact same product. They wouldn't accept to compensate me for the inconvenience, with actual money (I wanted to get refunded with how the product costs today on Banggood, which is 16$ more), and they only offered 200 BG points which worth nothing, since I'm not going to shop there any more (and I was a valuable costumer of a lot of order in the past, and this wasn't my first order in Banggood). They've lost me as a customer, and I'm not going to buy there again, and I suggest everyone to do the same.”

“I ordered products on banggood.com and have been very disappointed. 1. They shipped one product to my customer with pieces missing and the product did not look like the photo. I asked for a refund 5 times and they finally agreed to refund less than HALF the price! 2. I got 2 warnings on Amazon that there were 2 products I listed from Banggood that had ownership claims and that Banggood had no legal permission to sell these. I contacted Banggood and they told me they removed one of the products and are not selling it but when I asked for a letter from them to show Amazon they refused to give me one now my account is at risk of deactivation on Amazon. I would think twice before risking your online accounts and customers by selling this companies products!”

“Not a good experience with my first - and what will be my last purchase from them. I ordered a single item from them for $250. About an hour after placing the order I found a coupon code on their product page that I missed. I contacted them to see if I could use the code or get a credit. They said they could not because the order had already been processed. I really doubt it is that difficult to issue a credit after an order has been placed. The funny part is that while I was chatting with them I was actually shopping on their site and found a drone I was going to order. I had the expectation that they would fix my problem and I would place another order. Not to be. Pretty basic customer service that they are apparently incapable of. Look elsewhere.”

“BEWARE OF BANGOOD. BANGOOD DOES NOT HONOR ITS RETURN POLICY. I received a drone that was defective and never even used it. I got a response from customer service saying i'd have to ship it back to the manufacturer at my own expense (probably more $$ than the products costs) and then they would consider a refund.”

“PLEASE...NEVER USE THIS WEB SITE FOR SHOPPING. I LIVE IN CANDA I ORDERED A KHAKI JACKET, SIZE XL... THE MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY CREDIT CARD...AND.. IN FOLLOWING THE ORDER UP....I GOT A MESSAGE ON MY ACCOUNT THAT IT IS OUT OF STOCK... I CONTACTED ONLINE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.. THEY TOLD ME IT WILL BE RE-STOCKED IN 2-3 DAYS... I CONTACTED AFTER 3 DAYS.. THEY TOLD ME 2-3 DAYS MORE... I CONTACTED 4 TIMES.. EACH TIME .. THEY TELL ME THE SAME..RE-STOCKING IN 2-3 DAYS.. NOW.. 12 DAYS... AND MY ITEM WAS NOT RECEIVED...IN THEIR PLACE ... THEY ARE LOCATED IN HONG KONG I WAS TOLD AGAAAAIN.....3-4 DAYS TO RECEIVE IT IN THEIR PLACE.. AFTER THEY RECIEVE IT.... I WAS TOLD SHIPPING WILL BE PROCESSED IN 3-4 DAYS AFTER THAT.... THEN IT WILL BE ABOUT 15 DAYS TO RECEIVE IT IN CANDA SO BEST SCINARIO IS 35 DAYS... PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY KNEW THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK WHY DID THEY ACCEPTED THE ORER IN THE FIRST PLACE? THIS IS DISSSSHONEST WHEN I RECEIVED THE JACKET AFTER ABOUT 40 DAYS.. IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE..... THEY MENTIONED ON THEIR WEB SITE THAT THE CHEST MEASUREMENT OF SIZE XL US (EQIOVALENT TO 3XL TICKET SIZE).. THE ONE I RECEIVED HAS A CHEST MEASURET OF 105 CM....A DIFFERENCE OF 19 CM... I COMPLAINED TO THEM.. THEY WANTED ME TO PAY EXTRA 35 $ TO GET THE CORRECT-SIZE ONE... I REFUSED AS IT IS NOT MY MISTAKE.. THE BATTLE IS GOING ON... BEST OF LUCK FOR EVERYONE”

“NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE!!! After they sent med a DOA divelight - they are (Customer Service that is) disappeared from the surface of the Earth. Cause their marketing is working just fine - spamming me with offers everyday - but no response whatsoever from their support. Don't ever buy anything from this shop!!!!”

“You delivered goods that were damaged in transit beyond repair. You offer £10 compensation and credit point but did not replace the damaged goods leaving me paying out money for goods that are no good. The good where not even packaged properly bot just placed in a plastic bag.. I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing from this particular company to think twice.”

“30 day refund - they are reluctant to comply. They will deduct import duties and taxes but will not say why or how much. Difficult to get any straight answers. Posted on Pay Pal before any issue was raised, now that is forward planning - One star is too high and should be minus 5 stars”
