I ordered this wood shoe stretcher which came in a plastic bag, no bubble wrap or other padding. Not surprisingly one of the pieces was broken in two when it arrived. I contacted Banggood customer service and got no respond. I tried to post a review on Banggood website, but they moderate their reviews and didn't post mine.

!!!__BUYERS BE AWARE__!!! WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! it was the first time I've purchased from Banggood and foolishly iv'e purchased a vacuum for almost 400$, they sent me a broken item, and never assisted with replacement, fixing or a refund even tough I have payed extra on shipping insurance, hundreds of conversations with there chat agents always ends up with the same automated sentences of: "don't worry ill escalate it to our team please wait 12 hours" currently waiting over 1 month and over 12 different reps who promised the same thing, and i never received the email from them. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Should be called Bangbad I ordered 3 items to test their abilities before agreeing to list their products on my own site via their dropship program. 1st item arrived broken in opened packets and showing signs of dirt and wear and tear. Clearly a customer return that had just been bagged up and sent out. 2nd Item arrived OK. 3rd item showed "in stock" when ordered now showing "out of stock" The worst issue was their complete lack of customer service, just automated replies. I think this company have not got the back room support to effectively control stock, ship and deal with customer complaints. I wish I had read the other reviews before using this company. If you are looking for a reliable dropshipper then look elsewhere.

a bad experience would be good compared to what I got!!!!! we got your money and no refund should be their motto dont buy anything here flush your money down the toilet and you will feel just as good!

terrible service, ordered 26th December 2019. says order dispatched 22nd january 2020 but courier still hasnt received the item from banggood. banggood refuse to cancel order and refund, because there system shows as dispatched. even though they can see the courier hasnt received item.

My product couldnt be delivered after 1 month of waiting. So it was forcefully cancelled. I have not yet had a refund from my 550 euro order.. After 1 week. The customer support is full of lies and false promises.. they are rude, and the most difficult and usseles people i have ever dealt with. I have dealt with scam sites... But this site is the worsed i have ever seen, do not buy anything here.

They've been raising their prizes the last few years are now 30% too high, fake promotions, very unintelligent customer support, broken promises, 3years ago it was nice but now it's better and cheaper to buy in my own country.

The store itself would be okay (some of their products are expensive compared to other stores and they also inclined to lie in product description), but every online store is just as good as their costumer service and this is where banggood falls short. They are using the typical tactics of online Chinese stores to try to make the conversation as long and slow as possible, i guess in the hope to make people just to give up and leave things as they are. Also the solutions they offer are ridiculous and far from being acceptable. A few more things what i was reminded concerning banggood, now that we are communicating daily with their costumer service. The laptop i have problem with has a cheap plastic body (it is not the problem with it but the battery is pretty much dead) but the product description stating it has a aluminum body. People even asked about the material, and they are lying about it saying it has metallic body. So yes, they are deliberately misleading costumers, if someone does not do their research about their product from other sources. Warranty must mean something completely different thing for them - if something goes wrong they offering a few % refund of the original price what won't solve the problem and maybe they also offering some useless banggood points (what you cant use for most of their products because of the fake promotions - same price as usual - you can't yous points on products what has promotion) Almost 2 weeks and they still did not offer any acceptable solution, and i didn't even hear from them in the last 2 days.

Terrible customer service. I received a faulty controller with my drone order. Right when i turned it one it got really hot and i smelled burning. I opened the battery compartment to find that the plastic was melted. I immediately contacted the customer service through their chat option. the rep asked for pictures, which i sent. he then said i would be contacted via e-mail. i was, and was asked AGAIN to send pictures and video, which i did. The service department must only be allowed to send one e-mail a day because they will not reply to my e-mails in the same day, i only get one response a day. Those responses included: a request for me to go and buy the product locally and they "cover" the cost, an offer to send me a replacement battery which oh by the way was not the problem, it was the controller not the battery in the drone. (if they watched the video i sent they would know that). I asked for a full refund so i could purchase the product somewhere else. the response was that their supplier would not be available until after February 10th because China is celebrating Spring, "would i be ok waiting until then?"...um, no...just send me my money back!!! would you mind sending me a product now and i'll pay you after Valentine's Day???? crappy customer service! Will NEVER use this site again.

I’ve ordered connected keylocks from France for more than 100 euros. The post service tracking said the parcel was delivered, but I never received it. Despite of the insurance I additionally paid on their site, banggood doesn’t want to do anything for me. ( They consider it’s not their responsibility). In the European Union there are some laws to protect the consumers from this kind of problem. Then, I would recommend you to avoid this company.

I've ordered a set of Drillpro drill bits, "Drillpro 7pcs HSS 5 Flute Countersink Drill Bit Set Reamer Woodworking 3-10mm Chamfer Drill Bits" They looked very nice and good quality on their website photo but when i received them i was shocked how bad they were. They were not like the photo shown on the web site. they are worst drill bits i have seen in my life. they arrived loose in a plastic bag rubbing against each other. full of burrs and some are not even grinned fully and the tip is under sized and not grinned. only good for the BIN. the photo shows nice looking drill bits in a shrink plastic package but they send you a bag of scrap metal. see photos. went to their web site to write a review but looks like their system will flag bad reviews and block them, so i was just getting a vague error message when clicking on the submit button. and could not submit my review. **** SHAME ON YOU BANGGOOD ****

Fake warehouses. whatever warehouse you choose all its sent from china. Fake, lies, useless company, don't rely on this company as them are useless in support, prices, offers, all its fake.

I have the worst experiance with Banggood , the worst customer service I have ever seen they should not supply goods overseas , I will never buy anything again from this website and I will share my experiance with everyone I know

Avoid!! Item took 6 weeks to arrive and when it arrived it was the wrong item!! They refuse to provide a refund unless you send the item back to china! I am not paying for postage to send back an incorrect item!

I ordered an electric sheep sheers from banggood,looked very nice in the advertising image, when the item finaly arrived all I got was the cutting comb ,not much good without a machine ,I think its called false advertising.

I did not receive all goods and have emailed them approx. 1 to 2 weeks ago without a response. They indicate they will get back to you within 48hrs of your email but this is clearly not the case. I will keep trying and hopefully they will contact me otherwise I will be making a claim with Paypal and writing another review
