Banggood has disapointedly revealed to be the worst aftersales assistance ever. I received the drone on 4th of september and discovered a problem on the 14th of september (within only 10 days). Banggood doesn't pay for the returning shipment if you return it more than 7 days after the delivery and that's one thing to take in mind when you purchase with them. After too many emails sent back and forth with ridiculous offers, when I got clearance from Banggood to send the item I finally returned it back to China on the 8th of october (they offered me 30 euros for a refund of a useless drone for which I paid 300!). On the 18th of october I got the reference from the tracking number that a Customer Notification had been sent, and the item was cleared from customs already on the 14th of october (as you can see in the screen shot). Today is the 31th of october and still nor the reply from Banggood neither the refund. I am doing this review to advise others to be aware of these problems. I know that Banggood prices are low but if you happen to have some sort of problem with your item and you have to activate the warranty, it will be a nightmare. I will never purchase in Banggood again, and I advise everyone not to do it also.

NO REFUNDS in fact, avoiding after promise I had a promised REFUND from BANGGOOD and they kept banging me not very good, by asking for my PayPal account, and then claimed my PayPal account is not in proper order for refunding me, so I had 2 PayPal agents report that Banged needs to contact PayPal as my account is in good order and this can be resolved between PayPal and Banggood - so after 2 month of this, Banggood said they can refund my BGpay account with them, and they said it will be there in 72 hours, but 2 weeks after when I reminded them the promos, they said they can not refund my BGpay account and that I should give them another PayPal account - so I answered there is no reason to restart the same loop of existing clients in hope we give up on the refund promised. In fact, my loss of a phone which does not function as a phone, is more then 3 times what they offered as refund, so if I give up, is on placing any more orders with Banggood, and hope it helps you know the risk of dishonesty when an item is not working after you get it from this online retailer. I also will share this with PAYPAL.

i do not recommend this company to anyone,not even to my worst enemy,they do not do refunds,this is considered to be fraudulent activity,DO NOT ENTER OR GIVE THEM PAYMENT INFORMATION,THIS INFORMATION COULD BE SOLD TO 3RD PARTY RESULTING IN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES,NOT A SECURE WEBSITE TO ORDER FROM.

I bought some merchandise and wanted to return it. I followed the instructions on the website and contacted them via email and chat to request instructions on how to return the stuff. No one replied to my email and the chat personal always assured me that someone will contact me within 24 hours however no one ever does. I left a review on another website and they directed me to check my email. I think they are just giving me the run around and do not intend to refund the money. I will never use their services again.

I have bought a kroak mini gps tracker but when arrived the unit did not work proprely. I have sent an email to BangGood and receive an immediate answer asking me to describe my problem with photos and videos. After sending these information, I received an email telling me that the unit will be replace for free. After 3 weeks, I have received the new unit but same problem ! This tracker does not have a decent user manual and SW application is poor, the biggest problems are : - Only 2G network compatible (will soon deseapear in all countries). - Poor GSM sensitivity, it make the network connection radom and take ages to connect. - Very poor GPS sensitivity and quality, the GPS never locked on satelites on my second unit... Do not buy this product a big waste of time and money ! Unhappy Customer Ph. C.

For me the worst online shop experience. I paid them 310EUR for the new TV and after 2,5 half weeks, the item was not even shipped. The customer support keep repeating to wait another 2-3 days. I have spoken (according to them) with 2 managers, but the was not able to answer my simply question - where is my item and why the item was still not shipped. So be carefull with them.

Just terrible service. The item didn't receive for more than 2 months. In the end, they issued a refund but the process was tedious and the service was degrading. You should watch out!

Do NOT deal with this company!they are scammers,they take your money and take ages to send goods....from China!when it arrives it is not as ordered.then trying to contact them is impossible! I emailed a complaint as soon as package arrived to be told they were away from office due to some sort of annual holiday and would contact me in 4 or 5 days...I waited.Finally they got back to me and I explained I had purchase 2 pairs of Ladies casual shoes but they sent US size 6 instead of UK size 6,so too small!they refused refund inssting on some vouchers towards next purchase - like I'd EVER buy from them again?I tried to return but such complicated process,they wanted photos of tracking receipt from post office and it was going to cost £17.50 to send them back to China.They have no customer service,no way of contacting via phone or live chat-just a joke!this went on for weeks!in the end I had to accept partial refund of just £22!DISGUSTING!this company needs to be closed down or stopped from advertising.

worst company - worse than ever. just pay attention to the menu options on their site.. - designed to disorientate - you have two week window - even this was hard for me to find and thats for fault finds etc. I was trying to communicate with seller who never replied for three weeks before i found the procedure they force which is so rigid no eg. video + photos are mandatory. the site wont process you issue . Any chat is on their malwared site so you dont have the records. Microsoft has sabotaged my hotmail of 20 years and Bangood (+Aliexpress wont change to my gmail account so i get no information at all. They insist on making you jump through hoops taking videos and sending them - i cant stand this company - i rarely purchase stuff here - two items - IP cam and a DC power supply - neither are working properly. Its easy to see this as a racial problem as i'm white english - but i dont think so - I think the chinese get treated just as badly by the chinese - some much worse lol. Best option is to side step them completely and start a complaint VIA PAyPAL or the debit card u paid with (UK)

Just a heads up. This company are copying images of felt bags, gloves and scarves from Etsy and using them to sell. They cannot possibly sell the real items at the prices they are advertising! Also, they are not the only 'company' doing exactly the same with the same images. There is also one called Irisruby and one called Morechoo that are doing exactly the same with the same images. Unfortunately I stupidly ordered from Irisruby before I found out. Paypal are dragging their heels saying I have to wait for 30 days from raising a complaint with the company before they will get involved. Whatever you do DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

All is well when you get the goods you order but when you dont, the customer service is verry dodgy to say the least. I have had a couple of item complaints and the customer service have not done any thing at all to help. The live chat seems friendly enough but everyting is confermed buy a superviser that will assess your case. They will always get back to you with an e-mail but then never do. Atleast never order any thing with out a tracking number, if the package is lost Banggood will not take resposibility. That is the bigg clue here, the lack of responsibility. For an International Corp. their standards are not well founded on taking care of their customers. I guess.. what the hell can we do about it when we are half a world away ordering chip crapp on the nett. If they dont want to, the dont need to do shitt. I ordered a drone with a carry bag, No carry bag. I ordered 2 mini drones without tracking, No mini drones.

Ordered a Junsun Dash Camera, paid for it by credit card on the 11th September 2019, four weeks later I still had not got the item, but they had taken my money, had to contact them about it, I finally got the item 5 weeks from the time it was paid for, then it did not work, everytime I put in the SD card it switched off, when I started it up it said memory error, I tried another SD card and I got the same problems, I contacted Banggood about this, they had a form to fill in, they had no questions about faulty goods, so I had to put in Packaging Damaged, as you cannot proceed with your complaint until you put something in the question box, then I got a message from them that they had no record of my item, but they had taken the money, shipped a faulty product to me. Have had to contact my credit card disputes about this. BEWARE OF PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM BANGGOOD.

I'll reiterate what other people have said here about Banggood's terrible customer service. If you have a problem, good luck sorting it out; Bangood will either not respond at all, or it will be like emailing a bot -- you'll get nowhere. There's also a reason why Banggood's product reviews are overwhelmingly 5-stars -- it's because they never publish bad reviews. I purchased a Teclast F7 Plus laptop from Banggood that had all sorts of quality control problems. I chronicled all of them in a review, complete with illustrative photos, and it seems that the only thing Banggood DOES read are the reviews...so they know which ones to post, and which ones to delete. This assumes that the good reviews are even real. Spend a little more and buy locally.

Really disappointing company. I ordered an inexpensive but but necessary product several weeks ago and Banggoods courier claims to have posted it through my letterbox but haven't. Yodel never get my address right, this is not the first time it's happened, but Banggood's attitude is dreadful. They only responded to one of my tickets basically stating it's not their problem, and Yodel have twice promised to call me back but haven't. It's likely they delivered to my neighbour, but my nieghbours say's they've not received anything, so without a communication from Yodel saying where they delivered to there is nothing I can do but accept the loss. Banggood should make it their problem because I will never purchase from them because of their courier, but BG don't give a damn. Be careful with this company, they're not very impressive.

agree with most posts here, been shopping at banggood for 10 years, they have really changed and not for the good, no customer service, never answer your problems when you have defects which is half the stuff they mail out anymore, their prices are not any better than I can get from ordering from USA anymore. Take way ti long to ship out your products, which by the way most of their stuff is not even shipped from a true banggood warehouse, they get most of their stuff from 3rd parties, so they are nothing more than a cheap version of amazon anymore.

I purchased a pair of tennis shoes. 1 whole size Too small, quality not good. Trying to reach them difficult. I tried sending them back that would be $25. in shipping to China. (why do they get such a break in $ in sending to us) Tried contacting again (like 8 times total) they said to keep the shoes and I can donate and they would give me $11.00 credit with a scripted apology, then I had to contact again never got that , that is less than 1/2. Finally got the $11. I tired 2 different companies for shoes also New Chic. Both experiences were bad. I did not want to go through the hassle again so I contacted Pay Pal they were kind enough to refund me $30. which was 1/2 of what I paid for the shoes at New Chic. All this to say sizes are off in China and not easy to return. Not buying again from China. Lesson learned.
