AVOID AVOID AVOID if buying clothing that you may want to return if the size doesn't fit quite right. I purchased three blouses made by the same company and in the same size however only one fitted. The others both varied too hugely from the measurements given This company wanted photos showing the measurements and listed lots of things that needed photographing and then uploading. I simply stated that they didn't fit me and there was no error, I just needed to return them. Their return criteria are so complicated and drawn out that I've decided to cut my losses and give the blouses to charity. These weren't crazily cheap blouses and so the loss is substantial. The packaging was adequate but there was no invoice included and delivery took weeks and weeks so it meant finding my original order hard to find on my emails. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

In the middle of february I purchased electric screwdriver as a birthday present for my partner, after few days ago the customer service sent me the e-mail, that the screwdriver is not in stock so I should choose from two options refundation or wait for the product. I choosed refundation as I needed it as soon as possible as a birthday present. AFTER two weeks they sent me another e-mail that the screwdriver was sent, without any update of information they sent me the product, which I didnt want anymore. I sent them e-mail, that I want my money back and I will sent them the package back. They offerd me stupid 500 points instead of money, which I declained as a 100 point is 1$ and the screwdriver cost me 57$. Just this was ridiculous to me. When I sent the screwdriver to the warehouse from which the package was sent they are telling me, that they are not able located the package even the lady on the post office said that the package was delivered. I sent them around 21 e-mails about situation 21!!!! They blamed me, that I sent package to the wrong address. I never experienced any e-shop, who is not receiving packages in the warehouse from which was sent. AGAIN I asked them in 5 e-mails, who is then responsible about messing up my refundation at the beginning, when the screwdriver wasnt in stock- Answer still the same no compromise no nothing just stupid same e-mails over and over again WE HOPE YOUR UNDERSTANDING!!! They are not even able to answer for questions, for important question who the hell is responsible for messing my refundation!!! Now I dont my money and I dont have a product. WHAT A DEAL!!!

Never again! They do not respect the warranty periods indicated on their site. Never buy anything on Banggood because at the first issue during the warranty period the device will not get repaired or refunded. 4 months later, they proudly told me that they couldn't repair my phone, (paid 400€) and finally, they offered me a 160€ refund to compensate for the loss. To flee!!!!!

''Stay away from banggood and DO NOT BUY ANYTHİNG,advertizing and selling items in which dont have in stock is not a good habbit'' Actually I would give 0 star I wish if I could,last month I ordered ''40x60 Monocular Ultra HD Optical Lens Low Light Night Vision Telescope''and paid via my credit card.After a week or so I have been informed that the item was out of stock and offered me whether to wait until it restocked or refund money back to my account.Up to now they only told me that the refund has completed,but the truth,although I informed them with numerous emails that ı received nothing.They did not even provide me bank transaction details in order to prove that they were really completed the refund process,but unfortunatelly they provided me nothing.

Even after 45 days of purchase I have not received my item. They say ;lot of excuses when on chat. No tracking info of item which is shown shipped. they have shown as shipped after 10days in the orders page. then for more than a month no tracking infor. they showed some "Flyt Express" from china to Singapore.. I dont understand the route of china to singapore and to India.. think the shipmenttravels all destinations to American continent and will come back after seeing all places. Now I did 2 live chats with the people of banggood, on 14th march, status changed from Singapore to India and is bagged.. dont know what happened to that bag in last 2 days... Anyways, sont buy from this site, price might be shown cheap, you will neither get your item nor money... i dont know what will happen to my refund... cheating site... never buy... I strongly believe that they have not sendmy item till date.... CHEATING SITE, BEWARE, NEVER BUY, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEM... And their cutomer service is so poor that they dont respond in time... dont loose money...

Selling items they dont have in stock - you will discover it after you pay and wait a month . You will not get refund as you expect - i Payed with PayPal but got refund in some BGPoint ?! Payed for fast shipping EMS - even after two weeks not sent yet. Beware.

The product is cheap and what I have received was OK, but beware if you ever need a refund because they are out of stock. They will require you to leave reviews and screen shots including the name of there support person ("Cherry" in my case). If you do something like start a dispute resolution via paypal they will flat out refuse to refund your money unless you close your dispute FIRST, thus removing your ability to use the dispute process if they refuse to give you your money after you close the dispute.

Hey all, I'm here to tell you my experience about my order. I bought a "Mi Notebook Pro". I paid it about 900€. I placed the order on Jan the 30th, it was shipped very vast, on Jan the 31th and finally delivered on Feb the 20th... Well, where is the surprise? The surprise was on Feb the 22th when I had the change to put my hands on it! The box was opened and closed with a trasparent tape. All the warranty labels were broken on both boxes (external and internal one). These notebook are sent fully discharged. This one was sent with 75% battery charge. On EVERY new PC, right out of the box, the end user have to do the first boot, create user and configure parameters. On this notebook it was already done. An user were already created and the report system info shown that the first boot time was performed on Jan the 9th, before the day I bought it! A final confirm of that was given to me after I ran the command to get the battery report. In the battery usage history section, it was reported that an usage was done on Jan the 9th. OH by the way, the notebook has a dead pixel... maybe someone didn't like that and returned it? Or it has some other problem?! I don't know... This is inamissible, such a pc could be compromised, the previous user could have installed some malicious software or whatever. They keep on say, it is new, I show them that all the seals were broken and both system report. What they say? Supplier need to create users in order to install the OS. This is a big lie! Everytime I try to contact them they reply me with copy-paste answer. They do not want to pay return shipping bescause they say "I'm not satisfed with the item, so we wont pay the return shipping". LOL! Of course I'm not: It is used and I paid for a new item! Oh, Nor they offer a partial refund for it! Shame on them! Avoid buying from them!

Bought several products from BangGood in past 4 months. About 50% orders failed due to non-stock, non-shipment, non-delivery, faulty products. They set order statuses to "Shipped" before actually shipping and no, they don't provide tracking for every order they "ship". If the actually ship delivery takes a very long time so it typically takes over 1 month from order placement to delivery. BangGood lied to me many times saying innocuous items did not pass border control. Refunds take forever and they are very reluctant to refund even orders they cancelled themselves. I have $$$$ outstanding balance BangGood has yet to refund. It is no doubt a non-performing company. Did I mention poor packaging and online staff that communicates with you not having basic English?

I needed support on a $380 hobby helicopter I bought from Banggood, but there's no way to call. Then I wanted to return something defective and encountered high hurdles - had to be within 7 days, send an picture and a video documenting the defect, on and on. Just be sure you check on the details of their support and returns policy before you buy anything important. It will take a long time to come and you will get no customer support. I see below that "returns and refunds" are rated as easy. Don't believe it.

sent me a broken item only cost £5 very difficult to get a refund they asking me upload videos from youtube send receipt how did I pay for it when they already know I used PayPal would never use them again scammers!!!

If you are in the UK i would advise you not to use this site. I received an email informing me of a customs problem and giving me options as to what I wanted to do the email reply address was not possible to reach. I do not know if I will ever get the order or a refund ???

Ordered asmartphone on the on Jan 17 2019 cost AU$1055.02. Checked tracking everyday for 3 weeks, nothing showing up. Emailed EMS agent, no record on file in regards to the tracking number, no paper work nothing. Emailed banggood and told them of the situation, they replied with an email "saying Chinese Spring Festival (chinese New Year) here everything closed down", "item has been dispatched and will be delivered within 7 - 14 days check tracking in 2 - 3 days". Emailed them on the 15th of feb and said I am not hppy with your reason, order was made 21 days before the festival started. After my response got an email saying "We will need 3-5 days to check the problem of your order 60252570 with the logistics company and our warehouse." This is after they have said they sent it for a second time. I emailed them 4 days after the "second posting of the item" and said there was till no tracking information. reply was: "sorry for the waiting. About the order 60252570, it might get lost on the way. Then we could make refund as the item is out of stock right now. Could you kindly refuse the parcel in case it arrived there later or repay the parcel if you accept it? Is that acceptable for you?" I agreed to it, and I would be happy to pay them back if the item was delivered after the refund given. 21st of feb email from banggood saying... Thank you for shopping on Banggood and sorry for the delayed delivery. We have arranged a refund of your order 60252570 as you requested. You will receive the refund to the same payment method you used to place this order. Refund amount: AU$1,055.02 Refund arrival time once approved: PayPal Express Checkout - Within one business day We apologize for the inconvenience caused. If you have any other inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us. 24th Feb I emailed saying, refund had not showen up. reply I got was.. Thank you for the contact. So sorry for the delayed process due to the Chinese Spring Festival/weekend here. We will ask the related guy to refund your payment in priority. Could you check your Paypal account wihin 24 hours? Any other question, you could feel free to contact with us. 24 hours after 26th feb...no refund.... 27th feb I emailed. " Hurry up with the refund, I need the funds back so I can order another phone before I leave for a holiday". Reply was. Thank you for the reply. We could make refund for order 60252570. But it shows the dispute is opened here. Would you please kindly close it first and then we will arrange in the shortest time? We are looking forward to your reply soon. My response was, You have mucked me around for more than 6 weeks, refund me then I will close the disput So still I wait.. I 100% do not recommend Banggood.com at all

By far the worst company ever. They shipped me a defective product and I am trying to get a refund or replacement of the defective product. I already sent pictures and described the situation. The ask me to send videos onto Youtube, and 1001 other things to convince them the item is defective and if I don't they won't give me a refund/ send a replacement. I have contacted their after sales department and they have given me three different email addresses since our first conversation They are not a reputable company and their sales team will not give you any solutions. The latest email that they sent specified that I need to provide a tracking number to them for shipping the item back to them, and they will deduct the original shipping fee and insurance fee from the product It is now your responsibility to issue a shipping label so that I can send the item back to you and get a refund. threatening me to deduct shipping fees and insurance fees from the product is considered poor customer service. They refused to issue a shipping label to me shows that they have no intention of solving the problem. Hence I have no reason to believe that they will issue a refund or replace the damaged product that you gave me. Do not buy any item from Banggood if you value your money and you don't want to get cheap quality products which break instantly

Ordered item on Chinese New Year sale, order was processed and charged via PayPal, 8 days later they send me e-mail - Item is out of order you can wait or get refund. Shure I choose refund since item is still for sale on their site but at the twice of the price. Cheaters! No business any more with them.

Order two items. Got one in 15 days. After over a month all I get from customer service is "keep waiting". Chat puts you in a 70+ queue every time, just to ignore you at the end.

Bought items from them.never received what I paid for they keep telling me in Japan they was celebrating so holiday never will buy from these scam artist again anyone who's stupid will buy from these criminals.

I ordered 8 items from the american wearhouse. That was back on 12/28/2018. Here it is 1/17/2019 and 5 of the 8 haven't arrived and there all being shipped from China:( Don't buy from this company!!!
