This is not a review about the item as I have already got one and the quality of the Pioneer turntable bought is unquestionable. So, on to Bax. My order didn't arrive on the date advised. Mixed messages regarding delivery date on receipt of order. No prior warning from either Bax or Hermes as to eventual arrival date and time. Nil response to emails from me until I threatened to cancel the order. Telephone query not answered - automated service promised call back within 24 hours - I'm still waiting FIVE days later. No apology for the delay in delivery. Poor communication and customer service all round. Refunds and returns process is very poor. Wouldn't buy from Bax again. Nearly a "buy cheap, buy twice" situation.

items arrived well packed and on the day i was told, quick to respond to phone call i had to make as i thought i had made a mistake on delivery times, very helpful and polite staff.

Hard to know how to rate Bax. To be fair to them, I did receive my order, and the product has been fine. However if you do need to get in contact with them, good luck. I believed there was a problem with the item I received (I thought there was a cable missing, turns out it was hidden in the outer packaging). So I went on Bax Musics website to get in contact with them. First port of call was an email - which I have never received a response to. I then rang them a few times. Upon calling you will be greeted by an annoying automated message, and asked what you are calling about. It will then tell you they will call you back, and hang up on you (there is no option to hold the line and wait). I have not received a call back yet from any of my calls. In summary, I have ended up OK, and my new speakers/sub are working fine. However if do you have ANY issue with your order, you will find it impossible to get in touch with Bax Music. Their customer service is useless. I suggest you try it now, I guarantee you won't get through.

Ordered a set of fender 70s tuners,they came on time although expensive, unfortunately the guide holes in machine heads are much to small and anything larger than gauge 9s won't fit without drilling tuner! Also they are smaller in size overall! Not bax,s fault but fender! Buyer beware.

I recently purchased a Dual Laptop stand. Good quality product & communication of delivery very good. However delay in delivery due to customs checks held up receiving product. Overall good service. Thankyou

I trust Bax every time to deliver a quality product, on time. I buy all my DJ gear from Bax. They might not be the cheapest, but that doesn’t matter as the quality pays for itself over time. Customer service is quick and always fantastic,

I recently purchased a keyboard bag for my Casio SA46. Delivery was slightly later than promised but no major concern. Bag arrived well packaged and is more of a dust protector for the instrument than a padded protector. Again, this wasn't promised to be padded by Bax so I got what I paid for. Happy with the price. Would I use Bax Music in future? I would have to say, based on this experience...yes, most definitely.

Just purchased a backup set of Shure SE846 inear phones. I 've used them for some years as my monitors at live gigs to hear my Roland TD50KV pro Drum Kit mixed in with the rest of the band ( wwwfirestarinfo.co.uk). They are the best in ear monitors I have come across if you are looking for a seriously good set of in ear monitors and have the funds to spend. I especially like them for the lower bass end frequencies. When I hit the bass drum or floor tom you get all the low end you would expect from a studio miked up drum kit , as well as a full midrange sound and a nice clear crisp top end when hitting the cymbals, this is using the 846's with the blue coloured filters in them. The Black filters give a more warmer muffled tone to the sound ( Good for bass guitar?) where as the white filters keep everything that bit thinner and crisper probably better for vocals? As with all in ears they do require regular cleaning as ear wax can build up and change the sound quite a bit. I would recommend using the little pink tooth cleaning brushes you can buy for this. You may eventually need a new set of plug in leads, they can eventually wear but they are easily replaceable. Make sure you but original Shure ones. The cheaper rip off makes can easily damage the tiny pin connectors in the earbuds and as these earphones are very expensive, bite the bullet and get the proper Shure replacement leads to protect your investment. The 846's easily sound as good if not better than a high end set of over the ear headphones, but far less visible in a live gig environment. What's not to like

Simply…dreadful service. Don’t be fooled by competitive prices in their website it’s not worth the hassle and time wasted. If you can’t provide decent communication with your customers, you shouldn’t be in business today. I’ve no idea when we will receive the products we purchased in good faith and from your response today it seems neither do you. Who writes a response like this to a concerned new customer using an order number that the company shared with you… Thank you for your reply. I am unable to see the order on your account and was wondering if you had a second account with us? I couldnt find your order with that number but our system has been playing up recently. I apologise for the inconvenience. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. Please just let us have a refund immediately so we can spend it elsewhere with someone who cares about customer service and actually have products to sell.

I ordered a pair of '(B-Stock) Luen Honey Burst Conga's 10.5 + 11.5-Inches with Pickups and Rack' from Bax Music. They arrived quite promptly. Without the rack. I e-mailed and initially got no response. I phone a few times and eventually got through to someone in what they are pleased to call 'customer service'. She patronisingly tried to claim that, because they were B stock they would be incomplete and that the rack wasn't included and that I should look at the second photograph because that showed 'what you see is what you get'. The second photograph showed the two congas. On a rack. I pointed to the item description and eventually she agreed that it did mention the rack and offered me a £10 voucher. Given that the cheapest conga stand is £40 this was derisory. I have since had two e-mails claiming that it was a misunderstanding and that the rack clearly wasn't included. I then got an email asking me to review the '(B-Stock) Luen Honey Burst Conga's 10.5 + 11.5-Inches with Pickups AND RACK' (my caps). So, not only are they liars, but they can't even get their story straight. I have put in a claim to PayPal and, if that gets nowhere, will report to Trading Standards (UK) and what ACM (NL).

I set up my Audient iD4 mkII and it automatically uploaded all the latest drivers etc. It sometimes worked and sometimes not. If it was working and I unplugged it not work when I plugged it back in. I had to completely turn off my computer and start again. Then sometimes it works other times not. Sometimes the volume works other times not. The volume dial is somehow activating the scroll on my computer. so it does not change the volume but as I turn it up it scrolls down the page and as I turn it down it scrolls up the page. The only working use is to scroll up and down my page. I am also disappointed with the support from BAX MUSIC. i don't have a phone and with email, it always takes a week or more to get a response from any email. So to have a conversation could months. As they don't seem capable of sending emails I will just be asking for my money back. I run professional webinars there it no way I could entertain using this interface. I thought I was upgrading from a Rubix 22 but I will happily be just carrying with that.
