Easy straightforward purchase on a Saturday night -arrived at collection point on Tuesday . The price of the guitar could not be beaten anywhere -a very happy customer

I placed the order for an amplifier (Fender Rumble Stage 800). At the point of order I was promised a Wednesday delivery date. I took a day off work to receive the amplifier. It didn't arrive. The next day I had to work, and so a delivery was made to my neighbour. Turned out to be just the power cable. No Amp. I tried to call BAX but no one was answering the phone and I was told to leave a message. The amount of time allowed for the recording is too short to state name, customer number, order number, nature of problem etc, so I had to make several calls with pieces of information. The next day I received an email stating that they had tried to call me (there are no missed calls on my phone), that it must be very annoying and do I want my money back. True story. It's just another time when companies that want your money provide exemplary customer service, but once they have your money, they truly suck. I am so angry at the moment. Please take that into account when reading this.

Very easy to order from Bax Music web site. I was kept up to date with packing, despatch and delivery aspects on a regular basis. Really pleased I decided to purchase from this company - I will use them again and would recommend them.

From start of order to delivery everything was first class, could not fault your service and the guitar was well packed and in tune when it came out of box I will definitely use your company again for future orders. Delivery driver was very pleasant also keep up the good work.

Hermes delayed the delivery and in the end, the guitar was scratched. Only a cheap guitar, but still poor service overall.

Order 5 days late, so far. Hermes claim to have attempted delivery last Tuesday (a day before you told me to expect delivery). I was home all day Tuesday and Wednesday. Hermes photo of attempted delivery blank (I don't believe they were ever any where near here). The only means of communication with Hermes is through their tracking system, which has not been updated since last Tuesday, yet promises to attempt delivery again next working day (i.e. last Wednesday). I've sent two emails outlining this problem to you, at Bax Customer Services, (Thurs. 15th and Fri. 16th) and have received no reply. I see from your profile that I'm not alone in being treated like this. I think you should take this complaint seriously. My order no. is 6985997 - my tracking no. is 1936112398086399.

I found Bax Music really great & reliable. I have used them a few times. They delivered on time just two working days. I spoke to them as well, there customer service is great. The most recent item I bought was B stock. It was perfect. Will definitely use again.

Finally received my order 6 days late even though, the order was basedbin Britain. I have to put over 7 days late as there is no option to say it arrived 6 days late
