Only things that let the experience down was their choice of courier (Hermes) they really are useless, regardless of who uses them. Also, the customer service side of things from Bax would benefit from a a bit more TLC, as it takes some time to get a response and can leave you frustrated.

“Bought pair Innox IVA MON-02 Studio Monitor Stands for my Pioneer Dm40s. Arrived very quickly. Outer package a bit knocked about (courier?) but inner box not so bad and stands undamaged. Very good quality stands. Nice finish and very heavy. Easy to put together and just the right size and
height (adjustable). Included some non slip stickers but there could have been more of them at no extra effort as had to cut in two to make 8 - 1 each corner. Overall very pleased and good price.”
